A disappointing experience with outdated decor, poor service, and questionable cleanliness.

A Step Back in Time (and Not in a Good Way) This hotel seems to be stuck in a time warp, and not in a charming, vintage way. The interior design feels like a bizarre mashup of outdated 90s aesthetics from southern Russia and the Arab Emirates – a combination that's as confusing as it is unappealing. Our arrival at 9 pm was met with the promise of a readily available in-house restaurant, boasting a tempting menu. However, after 20 minutes of patiently waiting, we were informed that our food would take another hour to prepare. Needless to say, we promptly canceled our order. A quick trip to the restaurant's restrooms only added to our disappointment. The facilities were unclean and appeared to be constructed from flimsy, temporary materials. The room itself initially seemed tidy but revealed its true, less-than-pristine state upon closer inspection. It felt more like an escape room than a relaxing retreat. The breakfast buffet was the final straw. Despite being advertised as available until 10 am, the buffet was practically empty by 9:30 am. Overall, this hotel experience was a major letdown. From the outdated decor to the lackluster service and questionable cleanliness, it's safe to say we won't be returning.

Great hotel for anyone traveling through the airport)

Great location and super rooms, great food

Access to the spa area should be included in the price) it’s not expensive, but it’s humiliating when you find out that you don’t have the right to buy a suite in a hotel, it’s not right. On my last trip with my family in 2022, no one asked to pay for access to the sun loungers by the pool

Location + the night staff at the reception were lovely Recepion staff good over all

Smell of room style of room Resturant . The service is slow. Breakfast: no fresh fruit at all (in a land that has fresh fruit in abundance.) No musli, no nuts. The swimming pool: greedy owners charge double extra for a towel and a sunbed No coffee/ tea-facilities in the room The shower is to complicated

overpriced, not worth the money, many things are broken

Very nice breakfast. Free toothbrush and toothpaste. problem with our TVs was quickly addressed by the staff.

Broken holder for toilet paper, would open accidentally all the time, hurtling my arm with its heavy metal frame . Dirty air vents, broken window ( we couldn’t close it ). The swimming pool is not included in the price. When we sent a child to buy french fries, the waiter didn’t give him the change and kept it to himself, without kid’s permission. Bed for kids in our deluxe suite was impossible to sleep on (pieces of metal frame felt through the mattress). So we had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. Elevator didn’t work half the time. Receptionist wasn’t friendly. No bathtub in deluxe suite, only a shower.

I've had late arrival but the staff was warm and pleasant, they did everything fast and comfortable for me. Traveled by car, the parking space was wide and easy to get. The room was clean and cosy, had everything I needed. The breakfast was good and contained variety of food and drinks due to every taste. Nice place to stay

I was looking for a hotel near the airport, and it was near the airport

the hotel show a 5 stars hotel, and honestly, I guess in Western Europe, USA, and Asia, we have a different conception of what and how should be a 5 stars hotel. This hotel it's not bad at all for one night stand waiting a flight, but it's a 3 + stars no more. But as I said, it's not a bad hotel to stay for a night, room a quite big, and the hotel is very clean. a lack of services but it's ok.

If you need the shortest distance to the airport, it's the best option. Otherwise - think twice.

Stuff was very helping and nice, especially the reception girl. Distance to the airport was the main advantage. Food was tasty.

The sounds from other rooms were terrible and didn't let sleep well. No kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. In general it's a good 3-star hotel, but not 5.

It is very close from Airport.

Bottle of water or perhaps, a kettle or a coffee machine is expectable in "5 star" hotel. Shame, this was not there. Breakfast starts too late and was not worthy to pay for it (included into room price).

the potential of using the pool

pool opened on Sat only at 1pm . ( due to function day before) no hot drinks were served at breakfast , jacuzzi at rooms are in poor state of repair . look like that maintenance is bad

Very beautiful hotel, proffesional staff, always smiling. Big sauna with turkish hammam and jacuzzi is a must. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport which is very comfortable - no traffic. I recommend!
