Spontan ging somit nichts.

Výborná večeře i snídaně, velmi stylové stolování, bazén skvělý. Labyrinty a bludiště v areálu úžasné.

Skvělá lokalita a naprosto super personál.
Pohodlí a čistota na mimořádné úrovni.
Vynikajicí snídaně s bohatým výběrem.
Vždy se rád vracím,ubytováním se služební cesta mění skoro v dovolenou.

Skvělé snídaně i večeře formou bufetu.

Really nice place to rest, good breakfast and helpful staff.

The garden is beautiful, the quality of food is good and it’s very clean
No air conditioner, the room smelled too much like air freshener which was a bit uncomfortable. And we were not informed that using the swimming pool incurred in an extra fee. We were surprised by that. We thought that by being guests we had access to the swimming pool- it’s the first hotel that I have seen charges extra for that

Great location, friendly staff that did their jobs correctly (although the servers were a bit less friendly than last year, the people at the reception were still super kind), great price for what you get. The buffet always had some tasty options too.
We went to LIR too and the staff completely embraced this, leaving a ton of information out, including taxi contact information, pricing and rules for the people that might not have checked all of this beforehand.
Last time we had a room on the second floor which we preferred to this year’s room which was on the third floor - it was larger and had more character. Ceiling was quite low so we had to be careful getting out of the bed.

We liked everything from the rooms, location, staff was soo helpful (!!!) and friendly. They really made our stay special, we felt very welcome, even though we are no easy guests... (festival guys)
Food was also absolutely awesome.
THANK U GUYS! SEE U NEXT YEAR!

The family room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, everyone could speak English. The dinner buffet was really good. We really enjoyed spending time in the park besides the hotel. It is full of labyrinthes and since the weather was great the kids loved it. It was also a nice park to just chill and relax.
The breakfast buffet was quite simple, apart from the last day when they made pancakes. The cleaning of the room was very basic, they just changed towels and empty trash bins but that's it, no room cleaning or making the beds. Moreover they were doing the cleaning around 2-3 pm which was the time our kids were having nap time so for 3 days nobody did the room until we requested they do it before or after the nap. However we would expect better from a 4 star hotel, those were small details and we could live with that but the main source of disappointment for us was the access to the swimming-pool. The main reason why we chose this hotel was the swimming-pool but when we checked-in we were told there was an additional cost for it. The cost was basically the same as any public pool but for a 40 square meter pool, so we didn't go for it since we were not sure it would be kid friendly, it probably wasn't. I've worked in a 4-star hotel and went a few times to 4-star hotels with swimming-pools, it is the first time I see an additional fee to access the swimming pool for the hotel guests!

Location - if you travel with car. Breakfast. Dinner during the New Year Eve. Free parking.
The furniture and the rooms require renovation. Size of the rooms are small. Would be great to have a gym.

Everything was great, I can only recommend this hotel. The rooms, food, pool and personnel were very good and pleasant.
Only one thing - slow internet. In general not a big issue, but it has some disadvantages.
