Fantastisch hotel

Mooie grote kamer met een groot balkon. Vriendelijk personeel. Bijzonder goed ontbijt en diner.Heel afwisselende gerechten, veel keuze . Mooie sauna en zwembad.Goede fietsenstalling.

Im grossen und ganzen Guet.

Schöner Empfang, Mit Prosecco. Sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet. Kann alles haben, vom Spiegelei, über Rührei, kleine Pizzas, Omelette. Heisse Wienerli, Schwarzenmagen, Südfleisch,alles was Du gern hast ist vorhanden. Zimmer auch O. K. Im Zimmer auch noch ein 2er Prosecco, 1 Orangenjus, und eine Flasche Mineral. Auch Kaffee- Maschine ist vorhanden mit 4 Nespresso-Kapseln und Zubehör. Auch Reinigungs-Personal machte alles Täglich Sauber. Kompliment. Auch sehr Schönes Hallenbad. Nicht viele Leute,

Keine Gästekarte, in Österreich ja üblich. Kein guter Ausgangspunkt für Radfahren, sehr Steil. Dusche im Zimmer nicht gut. Kann drehen wie man wollte, immer sehr heiss, gemeldet in der Reception.

Die Ameisen und der Duschkopf haben das ansonsten sehr positiver Bild getrübt.

Zimmer, Frühstück und Freundlichkeit des Personals absolut lobenswert.

Duschkopf evtl. verkalkt (nur geringer Wasserdurchlass) und Ameisen im Bad.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, der auf eine Wiederholung wartet.

Das Frühstück war super, die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer, das Schwimmbad groß und angenehm temperiert und das abendliche Menü ein kulinarischer Genuß

Sehr enttäuscht gewesen.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön

Service und Organisation war schlecht. Bei Anreise wurde nichts vom Hotel erklärt - wo was ist und welche Welnessangebote es geben würde etc. Das Abendessen war nicht gut! Das Buffet mit Salaten usw. nicht zufriedenstellend Unser Frühstückstisch war nicht mal gedeckt. Weiters wurde nie Brot nachgefüllt und Obst detto und Salat Auch die Nachmittagsjause war sehr dürftig und man musste in den eiskalten Saal gehen um sich was zu holen. Das Hotel hat leider sehr abgebaut und kann es daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Spa was great - large area with a wide variety of saunas. Pool area was beautifully decorated and the various water jets near the edge were really relaxing. Room was very comfortable and quiet - modern and very comfortable. Staff was very kind and responsive. Very good value.

Elevator is very slow. We were on the 4th floor and had to wait 5 minutes sometimes for the elevator to arrive. Food was OK, but expected better. Not sure how the layout of the buffet could be changed, but there was too much traffic in the center at breakfast. Overall the hotel felt crowded and it was not even full.

Great hotel with fabulous facilities

Super nice facilities, the spa and pools are amazing and the rooms and bathrooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast is fantastic and the food overall was good. Extremely friendly staff as well.

The buffet was not to my liking, very much dominated by meat. There was not much for vegetarians and it was difficult for them to remember to account for vegetarians for the starter dish. I did not like that you could not decide for yourself where to sit in the restaurant and you were forced to sit in that same spot for the entire time, except for when you wanted to sit outside. The bed was also not great.

25 euro per day extra for a dog after reservation was made final

Big hotel, good breakfast

After making a reservation with booking.com and kindly letting them know i was travelling with my dog, they replied I would be charged 25 euro per night extra for the dog. I thought this is an unreasonably high amount, so i proposed to them either to charge me a more reasonable fee of 10 euro per night or cancel my booking free of charge. They didn't reply anymore. I asked booking.com to intervene. They also didn't get through and suggested i would call them to sort it out. I didn't. I went there for two nights and eventually paid the 50 euro extra for the dog. Since i dont think this is a fair amount to ask for a dog that just sleeps there on the floor, after the reservation was already final (with a cancellation fee of 50%), and especially since I feel this isn't the way to interact with customers, I give this bad review and would not recommend the place.

super overestimated place, some of the staff were rude, others were OK. but for the money it was not worth spending them. swimming pool was cold, and quality of food was awful.

could use some daily room refills of coffee and shampoo plus hot water kettle. if there was one at the room then disregard.

Superb

Loved the Wellness area of the hotel that it shares with another hotel and it can be accessed via the underground tunnel. Great location and close to the lift.

I was shocked by a strange hospitality incident we had in the restaurant during dinner. Rather rude female waiter (in her 60s-70s) that ruined our dinner by coming back twice to our table and shouting at us in front of everyone else “this is not your food” while we were actually enjoying that food; without explaining properly what happened and went wrong. She made us feel as if we stole that food. You should explain to your guests how half board system works once they enter the restaurant to avoid any misunderstandings and spoilt experience. The rest of the personnel seemed to be lovely though.

Nice friendly hotel with a lot of services, good food and next to the busstop and lift

Very large breakfast all you could eat, dinner had a lot of courses and was to much, but good and every night a different menu. Nice and friendly staff.

The dinning room was very big and we felt a little bit lost

Pleasant

Sauna complex is very nice and a real plus for the hotel. Good breakfast and comfortable room

Half-board dinners were not good, heavy food, overcooked and no taste. Plenty of different choices but not good. The food that is served in the bar/restaurant looks much better.
