Rooms with a view, spacious and clean, excellent breakfast, parking space at the property and the cherry on top: speciality coffee available in the restaurant.

Unexpectedly good restaurant - very tasty meals for reasonable prices.
Great location a beautiful views and surrounding of the hotel.
Dogs are truly welcomed :)
Wellness was for extra charge but our reservation via Booking.com failed to mention the extra charge. It appeared to be included in the accommodation.

There was free parking available.
The view from our room was quite nice.
The room was clean and the staff was friendly and polite.
The hotel has a storage room for skiis with a ski shoe dryer and is in a walking distance from the slopes (around 10min. walk).
The room decor and style was horrible: yellow/green desks on the walls looked cheap.
The beds were uncomfortable, instead of one double bed we got two single beds standing next to each other. The TV, electric outlets and night lights were designed for the beds to be 1-2m away from each other and they looked odd/mispositioned when the beds were joined, making them hard to use.
The pillows were in bad condition: one was totally worn out, the other one was torn.
Thin walls: You could easily hear people talking or children screaming in another room or on the corridor.
The shower holder was broken.
To wash hands after going to the toilet it was required to go the hallway and to the bathroom, because there was no sink next to the toilet.
Toilet doors open into the toilet and the toilet is very small, making it cumbersome to enter or leave the toilet.
Bathroom door was crooked and squeaking as if no-one serviced the hinges for years.
There was no kettle in the room.
For breakfast and dinner there were not enough vegetarian and lactose-free options. They may have hired the team from old and renowned Koliba restaurant but the menu is focused around only a few meat options. The vegetarian risotto (only meat-free dinner option) was dull and tasteless.

The restaurant served great food and great service. Hotel staff is really helpful as well. They answer all our question and request and accommodate all the request. Kettle and hair dryer, just have to ask from the reception. Breakfast is ok as well. Ski storage room is a highlight to have dry and warm boots in the morning and keep the skis and board clean.
The hotel seems a bit aged. The room deco and cleanliness can be better too. Maybe due to the peak season and proximity to the slope, I would say the price is on the high side. However, the service oriented staff make up for all the short coming, Kudos.

Very good location, probably the best restaurant in the area, friendly staff.
WC is too small, stupid entrance as door opens to inside direction. No sink inside as shower room and wc are separated. And it was no hair dryer.

Like at home, but with better location, beautiful view and fresh air.. All staff was friendly and helpful. Wellness was very good too. We had really good relaxing days.
