Superb

The location is exceptional! A lot of possibilities for hiking, biking, etc. The spa facilities are nice and not overloaded.

Overpriced baby unfriendly oasis in the middle of nowhere

Well, it's one of the oldest SPA in the region, and it's still great despite its age. It's also the only SPA around. The room was warm as well. They have a lot of SPA facilities as well.

They have a ramp, but it is absolutely unusable - very steep, close to the wall and without steps in the middle - so, impossible to use a wheelchair or stroller - and we had a baby stroller. Same story with access to the SPA area - prepare to manage with steps somehow. They have no air conditioning in the rooms, and there was no kettle even in the suite room. They charge you 17 EUR for a baby crib - I've been around the world, and no hotel asked money for it so far, it was a free option everywhere. In the SPA they have a very poor baby area, basically just one small pool. Breakfast was not tasty, and the coffee was so-so as well. But it's the only SPA around, so it's overpriced, and you will pay if you somewhy will want to get there. Narva-Jõesuu in 40 km to the East offers much better SPA options, if you want to enjoy it.

Disappointing

Friendly staff.

I didn't like the tiny beds in the room, and the weird smell in the room. I was also very disappointed with the breakfast. The eggs were the worst. I couldn't believe there were serving the food selection ther were for breakfast. I was unable to eat anything there for my whole stay.

I liked the wellness centre, it was really nice (lots of things to do and not too many people). We stayed in a junior sweet, which was ok as well.

What really annoyed me was the fact that most of the visitors there didn't wear a mask (although it was required then) and the staff members didn't pay any attention to that.

Excellent services, good stay

Excellent services, esp. wellness spa Orhidee. Quiet, good ambience, not too many customers and no children eunning

Basic rooms are quite spartan. We had Junior Suite which was perfect
