Décevant car service pas à la hauteur du prix

Toujours un plaisir de revenir mais attention à ne pas aller chercher des euros par ci par là

La qualité, le service, le personnel très agréable que ce soit à l’accueil, le personnel de chambre, le service. Parfait.

Le fait de passe le parking payant à 10€ toutes les 6h vu le prix des chambres c’est un peu cheap et vu que les règles sont obscures c’est un peu mal venu car on peut payer 20€ à 30€ par jour….

Magnifique à ne pas rater

L’accueil / l’emplacement / le confort de la literie La vue magnifique sur la plage La piscine est topissime Le restaurant à ne pas rater et les musiciens whaouuuu, j’ai adoré 🥰

Le ptit dej pourrait être amélioré car pour cet établissement qui est magnifique cela ne correspond pas, le chocolat chaud à l’eau et le jus d’orange industriel, pour moi qui suit une adepte du chocolat au lait et jus d’orange pressé j’ai été déçu à ce niveau là, dommage 🤗

L'hôtel est beau mais il y a des progrès à faire sur le service!

La vue est magnifique, la taille de la chambre est bien, la piscine est jolie

Le petit déjeuner est plutôt mauvais avec du café dégoutant. Les tables dehors ne sont pas dressées alors qu'il fait beau. Nous avons eu une chambre à côté des ascenseurs et des portes battantes, personne nous a prévenu du bruit que cela cause, le prix de la chambre est pourtant le même.

La propreté de la chambre était au rdv bravo au femmes de chambres qui dans l’ombre font un travail incroyable.

Un séminaire a complètement envahi l’hôtel ne se préoccupant pas des autres clients présents. Le personnel était dépassé et sans contrôle aucun sur la situation.La nuit le tapage a été insupportable et nous n’avons pu dormir à 200€ la nuit c plutôt très ennuyeux !!!

Radisso - Ajaccio Bay

As expected with a Radisson hotel, the quality was good. We had a nice spacious room and balcony. We paid extra for a sea view which was worth the money, had a comfortable bed and large bathroom. Good selection of toiletries. It is close to the beach (just across the road), but with a nice pool area and gym. The bar area was pleasant to sit in the evening. And the view for breakfast was lovely.

The breakfast buffet was lacking selection - no porridge, very few cereals, the hot food selection was poor and the bacon was very bad. There were no gluten-free options I could find. It was surprisingly far away from Ajaccio town despite being in Ajaccui Bay - but that is something I should have double-checked myself. There are a few good restaurants close by but not very much else in the area.

The location is amazing! Vacation vibes!! The rooms are wonderful and very comfortable :) Shower amenities are excellent!

The cleaning around the pool wasn't that good.

Good place to sleep in and visit the beaches in the near by car

Breakfast was good, but not diverse. The room was nice, clean and comfy, but there was water coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. Very nice view. Nice pool. Just in front there is a beach with little stones, not sand. It is a good place for running, Ciclism and swimming. Parking is large enough. Very nice that you can get beach towels from the reception and also an umbrella for the beach if you ask. Very nice and helpful people at the reception.

The water coming from the bathroom ceiling and the hours in which we had no water in the hotel due to a technical problem. I think it would have been nice to receive at least a deduction for the problem.

Great location but too expensive for what you get.

The location is perfect; just across from the beach and within 5 minutes of good restaurants. Our room was clean and bright with a nice terrace.

The facilities didn’t live up to our expectations. The pool was always packed and the loungers were uncomfortable and cheap. The restaurant is overpriced for what it is and the bar was so slow!Although the staff were really friendly and helpful with everything.

Ajaccio may not be Corsica at its best, but nice beaches (like Argent), and this hotel is great.

Pool, balcony sea view, super comfortable bed, responsive AC (very accurate in terms of degrees), ample bathroom space.

Cleaning service was a bit random, but it was done when asked except for one day, when it was not all that clean. But the personnel are good people.

Abit corporate for us , we travelled around the island and this felt the least friendly and Corsican . Also a little remote not alot around it . Having said that the room was lovely and the view with the sunset very memorable and the pool is huge. We stayed Half Board and the food was okay ... not great but okay .

A lot of invoice issues from the staff, about the stay and at the hotel restaurant. We felt like the staff needed more training and they also could be friendlier.

When booking, always ask if an "event" has been scheduled during your stay.

The views and sunsets from our little terrace were outstanding. It was relatively quiet at night and close to several restaurants and beaches. The parking was easy.

When we checked in, the hotel informed us that the pool and spa were closed on Saturday due to a wedding. This conflicted directly with our plans which was a big disappointment. Access to the indoor pool in the spa was an additional cost, which I also found regrettable. We were misinformed about a reservation we made for the Sunday Brunch, an error which also caused a big problem with our schedule. When we did finally make it to brunch, our reservation had not been registered from the hotel reception and we were seated at an inferior table right next to the fish grill. Finally, there were no wine or drinking-size glasses available in the room.

entrance (water pool for foot) of the swimmimg pool was unbelivably dirty! with sand, hair inside and it didn’t get cleaned during my stay staff at the reception was OK

staff not friendly sometimes, but the pool with a view to the sea was relaxing

the pool and the extra king size bed

the drainage system when we arrived wasn’t working. we couldn’t shower properly. this was fixed next day because we noticed it ‘too late’ at 6pm when there was nobody to fix it anymore. in the morning we could again not take shower because of this issue. then we asked the receptionist to ask the maintenance to come after 12pm to fix when we will leave the room. after a long drive to the hotel we were not willing to change the room, unless we would have received a compensation for the inconvenience, which we were never offered, nor we received an apology for the issue. the next day after 12pm the drainage was solved second issue was that we ordered food at the restaurant pool and they brought us cold food by claiming that we were not there (however we were 2 metres away from the restaurant on the sun bed). again, no apology and starting to argue that we left after we ordered.
