maja asub ok kohas

The location.
There where no window covers. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and the sauna didn’t have any lights.

There was nice sauna and wonderful terrace. Room was clean.
We booked villa for 7pm but staff didn´t know that we will arrive. So I called contact number and woman who answered were very surprised and she didn't know that we will arrive. So we waited for a 2 hours and got our room only at 9.30 pm. Then she offered us some coal to do grill. I thought that this is apology for so long waiting but instead she charged us 8 euros. After some time we opened bottle of wine and asked her if she has some wine glasses, she said that yes we have but it will cost 5 euros. We used just tea cups then. And villa was empty, we were only ones who stayed there. There is small kitchen in room but there is not a single 3in1 coffe or some tea and no salt or sugar. There was paper tableware and plastic forks.

Nice house in good location. Very quiet neighbourhood and nice stuff. You get, what they promise :)
Everything was ok.

In room was 2 beds, balcony, sauna, shower, kettle. There is also a stove and a cooker.
unfortunately the room was designed for 4 people, but the dishes were only for 2 people. coffee, tea is not included in the offer. if you come to spend the night it's great. There was an extra charge for dogs.

The only good thing in this place was comfortable bed.
1. My room was on the first floor right in front of barbeque place. And there was a family who barbequed so they all the time were watching in my windows. No privacy! I had to close the blinds and stay in quite dark room.
2. Walls are super thin so I heard everything from outside and other rooms.
3. There was no towels in my room at all (except one small, very thin towel in bathroom for hands. I didn't take with me my own towel so I had to buy one in the local shop.
4. There was TV, but wasn't remote control for TV. So I even didn't turn it on.
5. Didn't use Wi-Fi so I don't know was it good or no.
6. Doors to entry and to bathroom creaked very loud.
7. There was some bad smell in bathroom (typically toilet smell).
8. There was some problem with toilet bowl and water didn't stop to flow. Several times we managed to fix it by pushing the flush button many times, but it made our stay uncomfortable.
I definitely won't choose this place for stay again. Not that money worth.

Good location around edge of town with quiet neighborhood.
Worn out furniture, especially chairs. Scratched walls. Scrambled WiFi signal with no possibility to watch TV with that. Unclean windows with remains of spider nets. A small roof between 1st and 2nd floor was full of bird excremations that was not very delightful to watch.

The place is perfect. Everything is clean. Room is large enough. And last but not least - sauna is a real extra!
Would be nice to have more kitchen equipment (pots and pans), as well as bigger cups. Also, some carpets nearby the beds are welcoming :)

Nex time I would choose room with balcony. The room for three persons is very simple. There are not a lot of cafe or restaurant, the room has not kitchen, so you should think about dinner:)
