The location was excellent. 2 minutes to the Pile Gates entrance to the old town.
Bed was comfy, shower was good.
Nice to have a terrace area that was shaded.

The host is so friendly and location is so close to oldtown. So we can easily move anywhere in Duv. 😍

The location is incredible: a short walk to the main street but not right in the mess. The flat was super clean and equipped with washing machine, clothesline, kettle, microwave, etc.

1 block away from old town. The apt was big, had everything you might have at home and more. Was clean, well decorated, comfy bed and cute.

Lovely quiet apartment outside the old town walls with good fixtures.
The advertised parking space was a joke. It's a public parking space more than 2km away from the apartment that anyone could access. This should not be considered part of the accommodation.

This add is a scam: the supposed parking does not exist. It took us almost 2 hours of exchanges with the landlord upon arrival to understand so.
This is a flat of various surprises.
First when booking: we made a booking on the 6th of July that was supposed to be cancellable until the 4th of August. Surprise, when we received the confirmation email, it was cancellable only until the 4th of July namely 2 days before we booked.
However since the flat was meeting one of our top criteria, a parking space, we decided not to complain and to go ahead with our booking. What a bad idea.
On the arrival day, we received a message from the landlord with the access code to the frontdoor and no further indication.
We did a good 4 or 5 tours of the city trying to locate the flat following the itinerary from booking, using google maps, plan or waze without any success. We asked the local policemen and taxi drivers. The flat was not to be located by today’s means. Desesperate, we called the landlord who asked us to park at the pile public parking which was full.
We eventually parked at the nearby Hilton where the landlord met us. He let us understand that the flat is only pedestrian access. Quite strange for a flat that includes a parking lot. He assured the parking was nearby. My friend could walk to the flat with a few luggage while i could follow his 2 seat only car to park. 25 minutes later I parked at the bus station in the middle of nowhere.
The landlord drove me and my left luggage back to the flat surroundings. I had another 20 minutes to clarify his definition of parking available with the flat and the answer was cristal clear: everyone knows you can not park in Dubrovnik !!! But don’t worry walking to the bus station takes only 10 minutes ...
The day we did the walk back, it took us 25 minutes to reach the designated area and another 25 minutes to locate the car.
Last but not least we were charged an extra 17 euros (+6,6%)

A really great apartment in the middle of the town but very quiet everything reachable within few minutes. Lovely decorated with good taste. You find really everything you need in the kitchen in good quality, bath nice and big enough with space for your things, terrace is beautiful.
I rated staff with 9 but just because I did not see anyone but I talked and mainly with Anthony and way fast ay me helpful
The thing I did not like had nothing to do with the apartment… it’s parking in Dubrovnik or better the cost of it. It’s smart to plan how to arrive and where to park or get into old town

Everything! Literally a 1-minute walk to Pike Gate of the old town so easy access to historic center, but great to be right outside the walls for having space a and lovely terrace! Air conditioning was a lifesaver! Anthony amazingly helpful in helping us get to our free parking, very kind and accommodating. We were a family of 6 so rented both apartments that shared a private, serene and comfortable terrace.
Nothing!!!

Anthony met us at our taxi stop to help us with our bags and show us around the property. He was very friendly and accommodating. His wife even had homemade cake waiting for us along with local wine.
The bedroom was large and the bed super comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. The rest of the apartment was very cute, we felt like we were staying in a Croatian family home with all of the personal touches.
The terrace is large and inviting, the perfect place to sit with morning coffee or evening wine.
The location was perfect, very close to the Ploce Gate to the Dubrovnik Old Town. It's a pleasantly quiet location. We've stayed within the Old Town on a previous trip and prefer this location. Close to the action without being in the center of it!
There are a few stairs to get to the apartment, but this is Dubrovnik so stairs are to be expected. Just a note for those who may have difficulty navigating stairs. Was not a problem for us at all.

A very cozy apartment with everything you need, 100m from the old town and action. Not to many stairs to climb. Just a few. The price is fair. An advaice for whom will go by car : The parking in Dubrovnik, in a decent place, close to the location cost as much as the price of the room! We paid 100 euro/ 24h parking!!! Otherwisw everything is excelent.
