Beautiful house, great location, hot tub is a real plus. Aside from a walk to the pub for a pint we stayed in the house all weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, warm and very memorable.
Cooking facilities were lacking a little - the oven did not seem to work properly, and it was a bit of an issue when trying to cook a roast for a large number.

Just returned from a stay here with 13 other people, for a weekend away. The booking process was very straightforward, and the listing and photographs are accurate. I was sent an email with house instructions and local things to do and local places to eat. The owner provided us with a lot of food on arrival, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with cutlery/plates/all sorts of baking and cooking paraphernalia. The rooms were very comfortable, and we all slept well. There are three floors - ground floor has a kitchen, dining room, and 3 social spaces. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bathroom has a full bath with a shower attachment, toilet and sink. Several of the bedrooms also had sinks. There is also a generous outdoor space, with a barbecue, firepit and hot tub.
The owner was very responsive by the booking message system, and was very patient with all my questions. One of our number used an electric wheelchair and for the most part, accessibility was fine.
Due to the number of people, there was no one place we could all comfortably sit and be together (apart from the dining table) but as there was a big group of us, it didn't feel like too much of an issue.

Loved the house and gardens - stunning.
The hot tub was also wonderful
And the bathrooms were dreamy
We didn’t quite realise there weren’t any showers. It wasn’t really a problem

It’s is a beautiful property and obviously well lived and maintained. When we arrived the host had thoughtfully left us pastries, bread, homemade cakes, fruit, veg, breakfast materials and drinks. It was such a lovely welcome.
It wasn’t abundantly clear at the beginning that at full capacity all the rooms would have a single bed added into them. It worked fine for us as we were a group of friends.

The house is very beautiful and very well equipped. The weir was only a few minutes walk away and was ideal for some wild swimming. The beds were really comfortable. We were surprised to find a spread of welcome treats when we arrived! Communication with Romney was excellent from start to finish.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

The perfect retreat with friends. Beautiful setting and a lovely welcoming buffet of pastries. Wonderful host.

We loved everything but especially the care and concern of the host. She prestocked the kitchen with amazing treats so that our vegans, vegetarians, and carnivores all had wonderful breakfasts. She had the wood ready for roaring fires. And she was available whenever needed. The house itself was perfect with places to gather together (an idyllic farmhouse kitchen, a glamorous dining room, a comfortable living room, and a cozy parlor) and rooms to retreat to (plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms). The grounds were also lovely with ample room to play and to park. We definitely hope to be back.

Regrettably my last-minute stay was for only one night, but during that time I felt like the Lord of the Manor!
After a warm welcome by the charming owner Romney, she served afternoon tea and mince pies in the drawing room.
The building and rooms retain many original features and are very comfortably appointed.
And the included continental breakfast had more choices than I have ever witnessed before. There was also the option of a cooked breakfast.
And it is only 300 metres along a tarmac track to the River Thames at picturesque Buscot Lock and Weir.
I will return at some time, I’m sure, to take advantage of its facilities while walking some of the Thames Path, and to meet Romney again.
Nothing.

Buscot Manor is the best place where to stay to visit the Cotswolds area.
We were close to several beautiful village and in the evening there were pubs and restaurants where to have fun and delicious dinner
The b&b itself is gorgeous, the pictures you see on booking only show half of his beauty.
The owners are very kind, sweet and helpful.
We stayed in a elegant, chic and luxury place but with the same warmth of a family.
We stayed there with our 2 years old son, I would recommend it not only to families like us but also to couples because is very very romantic.
The breakfast (huge and delicious for all kind of tastes) was served in a beautiful typical English style room, it was so beautiful and cozy that instead to eat I stare looking around the precious and antique furniture.
I'm already planning to go back next year, this time with my mother and a bunch of girlfriends.
I didn't like to leave Buscot Manor.
I would have stayed more than 4 days...
