Superb place!!

Beautiful place to stay, very good ambiance, the lawn and common areas are well maintained. Kids will love playing there. Beautiful view of the city from the Hotel. Food is really good. Rooms are very clean and neat. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

1. The room i stayed, the bathroom was bit congested, space was bit less there but it was clean and well maintained. 2. If you look through the room window(you cant open it), the walls of the property, etc you see is very dirty, it never cleaned for years. You wont feel to open the curtains.

Breakfast is ok

Food is really disappointing.No choice for vegeterian, menu is very limited.considering hotel location.no nearby restaurant.

The view

The room wasn't cleaned, bed wasn't made when we checked in. Room size was very small. The food wasn't good and took 2 hours to arrive. Under staffed and inefficient. The receptionists were the only efficient people in the entire property.

Pleasant stay

Food was very good and the staff was wonderful . They don’t have a mini fridge but are helpful in cooling your drinks .

The rooms have very thin doors and anyone speaking in the corridor disturbs you.

It was ok

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom and lotion pump was not working. The towels were very old and shaggy looking. The price was very high compared to the nearby hotels we took in the neighborhood

Nothing as such at this property to like however only view can be enjoyed which you can get every wherein in Ooty.

Breakfast and room service is worst as per the cost. Cost is too high and charging for view only. Hotel staff too rude and are not supportive and understanding.

The Google map took us through a very bad road. It is better if the management mentions to take the road going to kotagiri via Charing cross

Comfortable with very good food and good location

The breakfast and the food at the place was very good. The dinner was ala carte and absolutely delicious. The same holds for breakfast. Perfectly designed menu suiting all taste buds and was of perfect taste.

The bathroom has a weird smell. That is something to take care of

fabulous overall. highly supportive staff from top to bottom.

In short time they helped to create birthday set up for my co brother who was there as family. Food was tasty

Stay was not good as I expected

management team was good. operation manager was v professional and really was helpful and supportive to help us deal with issues we faced.

smell in rooms, corridors food not good menu not good v small deluxe rooms as per price and compared to other hotels old infrastructure

this is my first travel with kids, we really enjoyed and has made remarkable note to family.

Break fast is very good except coconut chutney. we have to appreciate the special diet chicken stew prepared by sushanth and chef for my son. the food was awesome. staffs were very kind and good hospitality.

I requested for discounts and was not accepted, but still ... night stay for drivers is no clarity. you could have had dormitory for the drivers with basic requirements like bed bathroom and hot water facility etc..... this could have been charged separately as how north side hotels are doing.
