it’s right around the corner from the town square and all the shoots and food. short walk to the water and 20 min walk to the bus stop or a short Uber. the staff is very nice and helpful!

The price is affordable.
I arrived at the hotel at late night. The hotel's POS had some problems. The hotel could not charge me money by card. Then I tried to check in first, put my baggage in the room, and then try the card again. However, the Boss of the hotel insisted on paying the money first. Unfortunately, my cash is not enough to pay the room fee. The hotel pushed me to withdraw money on a dark deep night, or I have to leave for another hotel. Withdrawing money at late night is not a very safe behavior, but I have to do so. The experience is a nightmare!

Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff members. Breakfast was delicious and overall value was great.
Rooms are small and very basic. Still a great place for a night or two.

the receptionist stayed late until we arrived late at night, and they were flexible with the breakfast hours - we needed to leave early morning to catch a bus so they made it ahead of schedule for us

It's very well located, room was nice and warm, good breakfast and nice staff!
The rooms do get noisy as you can hear people outside

One of the staff members was really nice and helpful, but he only worked one day that we were there.
Very good location. It's right near all the restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Everything is walkable.
We got a private room and paid almost $70 per night, we weren't expecting much but we also weren't expecting something this poor. There is definitely a sewage problem in the hostel. The rooms and bathroom smelled really bad, and they said that theres nothing they can do about it. They tried to mask the smell with bleach, but it only lasted a few minutes. The smell was coming from the toilet and the shower, which wasn't a great sign. Something that made it worse was that none of the windows stayed open, so we couldn't get any fresh air.
The walls are really thin - we could hear everything. The "full bed" is 2 twin beds put together that don't stay together and the beds generally just weren't comfortable. We both left with back pains. Last thing is that this hostel isn't social which isn't a huge deal but if thats what you're looking for this isnt that - we didn't really meet anyone and the staff was just on their phones most of the time. We were planning on staying here again after our trek, but I cancelled the future booking because we really couldn't do it anymore. I found a hotel that cost $20 more a night and made such a difference...
I don't like giving bad reviews, but I was really surprised to see that this hostel has so many good reviews and wanted to share my experience. Maybe it's different for shared rooms? Who knows. All I can say is I wouldn't recommend staying here in a private room / as a couple.

Location is great.
The hostel is operating with a tour agency organizing trips to Torres del Paine where we almost got killed when the minibus driver speeding at more than 120km/h on a gravel road lost control of the minibus. We raised our concerns to the hostel and the agency but I don't think anything will change. They didn't offer any kind of compensation for our terrible experience.
Regarding the room, the walls are really thin and you can hear the others rooms TV and people.

nice and clean place
very good breakfast
I decided to stay here because I had limited time in Puerto Natales and I knew they organised tours to Torres Del Paine. I booked my room (private room was only available, thus more expensive) and I contacted the property one month in advance to book the tours. I then found out one day prior to my arrival, after several reminders, that one of the tours was full and hence I couldn’t go. This meant that the property acted late to book the tour.

The host was great!!!, she explained us everything about the area and booked all our trips. She was really kind and very attentive.

Helpful staff, convenient location.

Nice staff and convenient location. You could walk to the bus terminal (about 20 mins) and the city center is only a few blocks away. Nice restaurants just around the corner. They offer trips and excursions and breakfast is included. For a room with private bathroom and breakfast it's great value for money.
I guess it's a matter of personal taste, but we didn't like the breakfast (although a lot of other reviews highlighted it). It's bread, eggs, jam, a piece of cake and a yogurt. You can also get cereals coffee and tea. It's a good range offered but the taste was just not good (our opinion). What we also didn't like is that the booking.com ad says that they offer a free shuttle service between the hostel and the bus terminal. One of the reasons we decided on this property. After we booked and asked about it they said they don't offer it anymore since the pandemic.

Great location, fantastic value. much better than some other, more expensive, options elsewhere in the city I stayed before.

Very nice place, friendly personnel and close to the city center! We enjoyed our stay very much

The staff were so nice and helpful - allowed us to leave some bags in the back while we were hiking in Torres del Paine for a week, and went out of the way to make us a nice breakfast early in the morning.
Some of the windows wouldn't stay open by themselves which was inconvenient when we were trying to ventilate the steam from showers or cool the room off. That was the only issue!

Very friendly staff and great location.
It was loud at night, and the bed was uncomfortable.

One of the best hostels in town, recommended by Adam the hiker YouTuber. The staff is amazing and helpful, breakfast included and very nice. They have very nice public space, luggage storage for free and taxi services. Also ATM and banks nearby. I stayed here for 4 nights. They prefer to not pay in booking because it might take commission, it is cheaper to pay in cash once you arrive there without reservation. One tip is to directly reserve the hostel. It actually saves your money.
Shower tap is broken in room 13 and that's it. Sometimes WiFi is disconnected. No lunch or dinner provided here and not able to use the kitchen either.

The breakfast was really nice and the staff is super friendly. I totally recommend it.
