Precioso

Nos ha encantado todo. El hotel es precioso, tanto el edificio, como las zonas comunes y las habitaciones. Ubicación excelente, todo muy limpio y un buen desayuno. Todo el personal que nos atendió fue súper amable. Volveremos sin duda :)

Sólo mencionar una cosa, el desayuno se sirve en el jardín al aire libre, por lo que la gente puede fumar. Tuvimos la mala suerte de estar sentados cerca de una pareja que empezó a fumar, y no fue muy agradable desayunar mientras nos comíamos su humo.

Absolutely gorgeous and true to its name - Royal Rooms

It is a gorgeous place with lots of character. The type of hotel that you’d always remember you stayed at even if it was for one day. It’s antiquey and decorated with lots of attention to detail. Staff and owners were wonderful. We had a suite and it was totally equipped with everything. Garden is absolutely beautiful with so many gorgeous well kept plants and a fountain. They serve dinner there as well which sounded really nice but we didn’t get a chance to try it. The location of the hotel is great as well.

We loved everything.

Great experience, excellent location, great staff and good breakfast.

Royal Sitges Rooms are in the excellent location, the staff are exceptional. kind and ready to help. Breakfast was great.

My room was on the ground floor and it was rather noisy.

Perfectly located stay in 10 mins distance to the beach and 3 minutes distance to the train station

For an architecture lover like me the hotel was perfect. The hotel was like a museum and the garden was just stunning. Free breakfast was a bonus. It was also just 10 mins walk to the beach

The room was too small for 100 euro per night but it did have everything that was needed for a person.

Disappointing

The staff were very kind

The single room upstairs is tiny, uncomfortable and very dated. Small bed, stained fridge, floors and drapes, leaking shower. Not sound-proof at all with a window in every wall bar one. The hotel gets locked for the night with no staff on duty or any number to call in case of an emergency. On my last night I had to spend 2.5h outdoors because the swipe card for the building stopped working and i could not get in.

Such a beautiful hotel run by very friendly owners and staff. It was perfect.

An absolutely stunning property throughout.

The only thing for me was the bed was a little hard for my taste. Other than that nothing, it was perfect.

An extraordinary experience

The rooms and decor are extraordinary. We had an amazing terrace. Unfortunately the weather was cold.. next time we will hopefully be able to spend more time on the terrace :) Staff perfectly helpfull and friendly. Can recommend this hotel

Such a beautiful hotel! Amazing decoration, lovely people, a cute dog, what else can you wish for? I would really recommend people to come here and be amazed at the details, furniture, statues and colours.

The walls are very thin. Hope you don’t get a neighbor who’s is a light sleeper.

The owner was very gracious and accommodating when I wanted to extend my stay at the beginning. he seemed very kind

I hate writing negative reviews but I’m still pissed off a week later. The second morning when I returned from getting coffee the young woman in the room next to me stuck her head out the door and screamed at me. she couldn’t stand the “noise,” she couldn’t get any sleep and I should “have some respect!” I have lung disease and I cough a lot in the morning. I also wake very early. Its not something I can control. So, fair enough, my coughing woke her up. When reception arrived I told him what had happened and asked to be moved to a room distant from this person. When I arrived back in the afternoon the stone-faced receptionist told me they could put me in another room. It felt like it was a broom closet. What pissed me off was that it felt like I was being punished and there was no apology for the other guest or any indication of sympathy.

Perfect stay for a proper Spanish holiday!

Friendly host, helpful staff and excellent location. Loved having breakfast in the garden patio. Overall I felt at home in a very unique location. I want to go back!

Could have been a great hotel.

The initial visual appearance of the rooms and property is quite opulent. The staff were very friendly and tried to be accommodating.

I'm not into giving poor reviews for nothing but this hotel proved to be very disappointing. I have eaten and drunk in the garden area on many occasions but actually staying there wasn't what I expected. There are so many reasons for this that it is difficult to explain them all. Basically, the property is poorly maintained (net curtain fell off and took two days to be out back, problems with the safe, wardrobe door wouldn't shut, bedside cabinet door kept falling off, the roof terrace needs a good tidy up and the furniture and decking are shabby). Our room on the ground floor was really noisy due to the constantly banging glass entry door and being next to the road. On day 8 of 10 the owner asked us if were were enjoying our stay. Pity it was a week before we actually even had contact with him. I said about the door and noise. He offered to move us but with two days to go it wasn't worth it. I didn't go through all the other issues as he looked quite shocked that we had any criticisms at all. The other issue seemed to be staff who were trying to be accommodating but all seemed unsure of what their role was and how to carry it out. Often we were asked if we wanted anything done in our room. Surely the 'house staff' should know what to do. When after several days we asked for a change of towels they left us one clean set (between two) and didn't take the others away. On another occasion we were left one large towel and two small hand towels - for two adults!! In the end I found the linen cupboard and got my own and some toilet rolls which also weren't replaced. The bed linen wasn't changed for 10 days. The garden area is quite tranquil and the website says about relaxing in it. It was therefore very disappointing to find that after breakfast it is locked and you can't use it. The bar, which is in the garden, was only open Tuesday to Saturday evening - even to guests.

The room Anna Bolena is great located in the top floor on a tour . The bed isnt great i have to say . The view are amazing ! The room It's a bit *outdated* on deco and comfort. Otherwise all was good . Thanks

Very romantic hotel in a great location. Lovely staff and a friendly dog too.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We had breakfast in the garden each morning, which was lovely. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Special mention for Guillem, who looked after us so well throughout our stay and recommended a great seafood restaurant for dinner. Not forgetting Bey, the hotel dog, who is a sweetheart.

Nothing really. We had a slightly wobbly tap in the bathroom sink, but apart from that very minor point everything was great.

A bit of noise at night from the street when windows open, but you are at a holiday resort, not in a pensioners’ home 😉

Quirky rooms, beautiful breakfast garden, staff who couldn't do enough when asked but left alone otherwise. The owner and his dog Bae were ever present and friendly. All in all, a great find in a fantastic location. Can't recommend highly enough.
