Close to the slopes for ski in and out
The location was out of town and the last bus was 8.30pm so you couldn't have a night in town. The walk back up hill was too long

The view on the mountains and the wood design of the room.
The building which was a bit outdated.

Fantastic warm welcome. Good well suited appartements with nice view (north/west mountain side).

The appartment was very clean, spacious but cozy and the view was breathtaking. All basics available in the appartment. Close to the town and there is even a bus going up and down the whole day. The hostess was most helpfull and friendly, could reach her easily the whole day.
The main lobby and common areas are quite outdated.
What would make the appartment complete is a washer and dryer.

Attention Please! Take all your belongings with you when leaving the room.
My spouse didn't feel the need to carry his wallet while skiing, so he left his daily use bag with the wallet inside in the room and didn't touch it.
When our vacation was over and we were packing up to leave, my spouse took his bag with him. While paying for the ski fee, I asked for his card because of a limit issue with mine, and when he opened his bag, he saw that the wallet was missing.
When we reported the situation to the reception desk, they said they would look into it and get back to us.
Later, they said they searched for the wallet but couldn't find it.
Even though we told them we suspected that the service staff who came to our room to fix the squeaky bed while we were skiing might have taken the wallet, they didn't care. Perhaps such incidents occur frequently that they behave so relaxed and uninterested.
In summary, we were very upset about the Louis Vuitton wallet and the money inside, but we were also upset about having to block all credit cards, renew all official documents such as IDs and driver's licenses, and go through the process of getting them again.
Moreover, when we said we would report it to the police and announce it on social media, we received threats in response, saying that they would do the same to us.
In short, be careful with this facility.

Ski in ski outish.
Access to and from town is practically only possible by car.

the studio flat was big, clean and comfortable. the building had a handy ski room in the basement and it’s a ski-in/ski-out. close by there was a ski rental with good prices and 2 restaurants.
it is a little far out of town so we didn’t get to explore much, but we were okay with it.

Clean and nice appartments, with restaurants and shops on floor level with possibility to buy some groceries and freshly baked bread. Ski rental on floor level, where you also can buy your ski passes, very convenient. The best of the bests are Tonia and Etorre, who provided excellent service during the whole week and especially when our car broke down at the time of departure. We would not have catched our flight home without your help, thank you so much!
Nothing.

Great that one could ski in and ski out of the property. Equipment hire, bar/ restaurant, outside drinks area, plus a small cafe/shop on site is good. The food in the cafe and restaurant was good. The apartments are functional without any luxury. I would stay there again.
Do not miss the last bus home as the walk up from the town is tough in the day, never mind in the dark with snow and ice all over the very windy road. The restaurant owner was not interested in large parties i.e. 10 people or even smaller groups showing up without reservations. Although he was a nice character. Taxis disappear early enough as well unless pre-booked.

Amazing view from our room! Great breakfast in the Base Camp Restaurant. Ski-in and ski-out, easy access! Girl that works as host, Tonia, was very helpful and polite, absolutely brilliant!
Would rather prefer one double bed instead of two single folding beds! Cannot easily go to the city center without a car.

Generally all was ok, but we got unlucky with the room. Upon arrival there was a smell in the apartment. It originated from bathroom. bathroom was smelling badly like the sewer pipe was open somewhere. First day we could stay in the room only by heavily ventilating it many times per days. The smell was coming from washbasin to our opinion, as after we were keeping it closed the smell reduced, but it never disappeared. I wish they solve the problem quickly as it seams not only our room had the issue.

Location was excellent although passing over private land to get to the lift was a little concerning - someone needs to sort a deal there to allow it to be official!!
There is an old hatch to the right of the apartment door of most apartment which can allow someone to easily break into the room. I was locked out of my room one evening because my son had left his key on the inside of the door lock which meant my key would not open the room door. He was asleep with earplugs in as he is a sensitive sleeper - he could not hear me banging on the door. There was no answer from the apartment operators. I was only able to gain access to the apartment through the hatch. This was a major issue for me in that a key placed in the lock would prevent the door being opening with another key and then being able to easily break into the room. From a fire safety point of view the door lock would not meet UK fire safety standards. There was no means of escape if there was a fire in the kitchen which is both the entrance and exit.

Basecamp offered a good breakfast, which we enjoyed once - other mornings we used the kitchenette in our room: had self-made breakfast and coffee with the Nescafe capsule coffee machine. Room was spacious, wifi worked well, beds were good (though just two twins put together, not queen), there was no disturbing noice from in- our outside the building. Location was good; though in the morning you need to ski down and walk a bit to the proper lifts; in the afternoon you can superbly ski down directly all the way from Klein Matterhorn (3883 m) to BaseCamp's yard and terrace. Then have the rewarding drink... :)
