The Best part is the Breakfast. All Staff are extremely helpful and every time smile to you.
Maybe it was only my Room but the Fridge was to loud i have to cut the power every night.
My Bed was also to high but comfortable.
If you want hot water in the shower you can read a book before you get it It takes 7-8 minutes.

I enjoyed to stay at Kahama Hotel very much. Room is good and spacious, and good ventilation. It is located close to the beach, just 5 min walk. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I love their breakfast and they change menu every morning and I never feel bored during my stay (4 nights).
Nothing!

The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. Their breakfast is also pretty good for the price
it’s not on the beach front and it’s stated on the description. They also don’t have hot showers

The breakfast was a good spread of continental, Kenyan and Indian food. The location is walking distance from the beach at a very reasonable cost. Overall a great experience. The hotel is ideal for the purpose it is built.
Only concern was that I had travelled for Work and the hotel is ideal for Beach side vacationing. So it is a bit far from the city center. More my problem, than the hotels.

What can I say about this place? It's been a while since I was so well taken care of. Kahama is indeed in the right place - hospitality. Right from the gate, you'll be warmly welcomed by the guards who go an extra step to help with your luggage. Cathy at the reception is a gem that should not be lost at all. She is welcoming, has a beautiful smile, she is conversational, a problem solver, she listens to suggestions....she is amazing.
Breakfast at this place is fantastic. There is a wide variety to choose from.
But most of all, I loved the decor. I love African art and Kahama got it right from the start. For those who have Africa deeply rooted in their hearts will feel the connection while at Kahama.
Thank you all so much for the exceptional care you gave to me the entire week. I'll be sure to return some day.

Breakfast was my best experience for my stay. Staff that couldn't do anymore for you and the variety of food was fantastic.
Despite low numbers in the hotel and having 2 separate Wifi locations, the WiFi was still poor, with sometimes no connection.

Room arrangement
Not user friendly shower, takes time to adjust to the hot water... The fridge in the bedroom leaks alot of water when switched off.. the alcohol in the fridge, alcohol should be kept in the bars not the resting place cz of our religious faith

overall a very well managed hotel and good value for the money, i would stay here again.
the room was nice, spacious and looked like the pictures
aircon worked really well, good position in the room
I liked the breakfast, i had it three times and each time they offered new and different things, so not boring at all
good security
the staff was friendly, even the security are really friendly and professional, especially Francis who was so helpful
there was a safety box in the room, but i didnt get it to work even with the instructions
the curtains don’t really make the room fully dark, so in the morning you wake up early cos it’s so bright in the room
the room cleaning is good but could me more efficient and professional. on the third day they forgot the complimentary water and one towel. i called them to bring it right away but it took still more than 2h and another call until i finally received it
laundry service took too long, it took almost 2 days until i received all my items back
they took a spare room keycard from my room without telling me - i was looking for it for a long time and thought I lost it, but then it turned out the cleaning staff took it from my things without informing me. sometimes i also noticed things in my room were misplaced, like my charger was unplugged or my toothbrush moved

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff members were also very friendly.
The property had several power outages and no stand-by generator was available.
