It was straight across from a sandy beach with cocktails and food on offer from the main hotel!
Breakfast was average but good enough to put fuel in our tummies
4.0
The bedrooms were a good size and the pool setting was beautiful. The rooms were very clean with fresh towels every day. Our room also faced the sea which was across a small road from the hotel. It was a 10 minute walk into the village which was perfect for us. The staff in reception and at the pool bar were friendly and very helpful.
The bathroom was a little small and the fridge could have been bigger to store larger bottles of water. The hot elements of breakfast were never hot as there was no warming lamp or hot plate. It would be better to stay with the cold selection as that was excellent or eggs on order e.g omelettes, poached etc. The tables were not laid at breakfast and I had to collect my own cutlery, salt and pepper, napkins etc. and plates only cleared once we left the tables which was a bit odd and felt like a cafeteria rather than a hotel. I would have preferred to listen to Greek music around the pool as it was too British/American and I could have been anywhere in the world. We were not charged for sun beds on the beach but weren’t advised they were free to hotel guests which was a little confusing as the staff at the pool bar told us they were €25 per set when we asked. Pool/beach towels were provided but there was a charge to have them changed/washed which was very strange. Any hotel I’ve stayed at before has provided this service complimentary and whilst I understand the crisis with energy prices, the bathroom towels were changed everyday, which in many hotels is only on demand due to environmental impact so this would be a better approach for the pool/beach towels.

Excellent location, well appointed facility, amazing pool and extremely friendly staff!
There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this property; everything was just great!
4.0
Location is great, right in front of the beach and we get to use the beach space with the provided hotel sunbeds for free. Normally you would need to pay to use it (25-50 euros).
Staff was friendly, special shout to Andreas. That hotel would not be the same without him! He made us feel comfortable from day 1 and always went far and beyond to ensure we were having a good stay.
Rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfy.
Another great thing is that they have background music most of the day, so if you are having breakfast, lunch or dinner or if you are chilling by the pool the atmosphere is always there.
We told the hotel we were going for our honeymoon, it would have been nice to get something welcoming us when arriving at the hotel. There was nothing unfortunately.
Also, breakfast was poor for the quality of everything else, it was cold and not many choices. It could be more elaborate. Staff wasn't refilling what was empty and the "hot" food wasn't hot. So if you like cold scrambled eggs, this is a good place. 😅 - also breakfast foods could be labelled. Not everyone knows what certain things are or what are in them. They could be more caring of that as ppl have different dietary needs.
For the bar, the cocktails were really poor, we tried a few and even asked for the same one again telling what wasn't so good and it came exactly the same. It was a real shame as we love good cocktails by the pool.

Lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean hotel in a superb location. Across the road from a beautiful sandy beach with sunbeds and easy walking distance of lovely Naoussa. A fabulous pool and terraces with plenty of sunbeds and a lovely poolside bar. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite and offered a warm welcome. Our room was large and had a newly fitted, modern bathroom which was excellent. Bedlinen and towels were good quality and nice toiletries supplied. Our room also had a spacious terrace, but the "sea view" was somewhat obscured. However, we had a lovely stay and would return again, especially as its location is unbeatable.
Our room (apart from the new bathroom) was very comfortable but, like the reception/lounge area could do with a bit of updating (or removal of a few ornaments and artefacts) as it was a bit on the fussy side and they aged it somewhat. The breakfast was also very limited and "samey" - and along with other guests. we found it disappointing. A better breakfast would have made this a 10.

Beautiful boutique hotel on the beachfront. The staff were really lovely and accommodating. Our room was very large and tastefully decorated in a traditional style. The bathroom was also lovely and spacious with a good shower. The pool area was beautiful with lots of seating. Breakfast was a big buffet with a large variety and a selection of different coffees and teas. The staff were very accommodating and happy to help us arrange taxis. I’d definitely recommend booking transfers to and from the port with them as the drivers charge more in person at the port.

THE LOCATION WAS GOOD ON THE BEACH. THE POOL AND BAR PROVIDED A GERAT VIEW OVER THE BEACH.
THE ROOM WAS VERY OLD AND NEEDS REMODELING. WE BOOKED FOR OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND WERE GIVEN 2 SINGLE BEDS. OUR ROOM SMELT OF SMOKE FROM THE PEOPLE OCCUPYING AND SMOKING IN THE ROOM NEXT DOOR.

really good location , very clean and comfortable. staff were friendly and on hand for everything you needed.
could have provided bottled water on the rooms , hotel restaurant food wasn’t worth the price

Great for what we needed but with caveats. I was looking for something for three nights near Noussa in Paros for my husband, son and me. I wanted to be right on the beach and I wanted a family friendly place so there might be kids for my son to swim with at the pool (and to avoid a situation where he’s the only person around splashing and making noise). I located Contratos online, and the location worked, the beachfront and large pool ticked the boxes and the price was 'fine'.
Having now stayed there, I will agree with other reviewers that it’s a four star hotel but ‘a low 4’.
Breakfast was good, if slightly limited (great coffee machine!) and the food at the poolside restaurant was good. Service overall was good, the manager (maybe owner?) arranged a transfer for us back to the ferry port the last morning and she was always really cheerful and attentive when I had questions.
The rooms were clean but somewhat outdated. I think the policy that you get a set of pool towels at the start and you use them the entire stay is a little weird, but fine.
So overall, I would say this suited our needs very well, but for the money, I expected a little bit more out of a four star hotel.

Hotel does not look anything like the pictures, I booked with my wife and three children, asked for interconnecting rooms, when we got there, they put my wife and I and in one building, my children in another building, bear in mind I have two young children, they had no interest in helping or remedying the problem, instead choosing to blame BOOKING.COM for mishap, I ended up checking out an hour later and paying to go and stay some here else..
This hotel is 100% not a 4 star. its a low 3 star at best

location is amazing. opposite the beach and only short 8 minute walk into town. peaceful, quiet but close to all restaurants, parking on site and has been refurbished so modern rooms
4.0
The hotel staff was super nice and helpful, the pool was fantastic. Location was right across from the beach. The breakfast was really good. It was a buffet that offered a lot of options for everyone.
The rooms are outdated. One thing that left a REALLY bad impression -- I invited my friends to meet up at my hotel before we went out for the night to check it out (as we were all at separate hotels and took the time to see where the others were staying to compare). The minute I walked onto the hotel property to show them around, we were being watched like a hawk. I went into my hotel room and within 30 seconds (this is not an exaggeration) my phone rang, telling me no guests were allowed in my room. I had no issue at any other property. Would not stay here again because of it. Unless you want to be monitored like you are 18 years old. All the other hotels we stayed at were gracious and inviting as we checked out each property.

The location was wonderful. It was near the sea.
The pool was great and the bar by the pool was nice.
The food was very good. Here i ate the best souvlaki
In the bathroom, it was good to have a place , where you can put the cosmetics and to seal the shower window, so as not to fill the floor with water.

Location, Pool, access to beach, pool bar
rude staff, old/outdated rooms, poor breakfast

Great location, directly opposite the beach, all the facilities one would need for a holiday.
Parking area to secure your vehicle.
A short walk into the town of Naousa.

I had travelled here with my sister and we loved the hotel. The location was amazing with the beach just at the hotel doorstep across the road. The rooms were big and we had a little area outside for ourselves. The hotel has a big pool as well and a bar near it. The breakfast at the hotel was great. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The center of Naoussa was a 10-15 minutes walk away from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay.
The only major downside to staying here was the wifi. The signal inside the room was very bad, we had a difficult time accessing the internet when in the room, while outside the room it worked alright.
3.0
Great pool, close beach. But the staff were not so welcoming and the breakfast was not so good..
The staff were not welcoming, the breakfast was not so good… Certainly not a 4-star hotel standard.

Family run hotel absolutely beautiful recommend anyone to stay there. Beautiful rooms, beautiful breakfast, beautiful pool area & wonderful attentive staff.
3.5
Overall we had a great stay. The location is great (small beach in the front of the hotel and a 5 minutes walk to Naoussa), the room with seaview really nice and price/quality ratio was ok.
The breakfast was fine although somewhat limited compared to other hotels we stayed in, in the cyclades. And the beds were not the best quality. Please note; flushing the toilets makes a lót of noice. And we don't exaggerate. If "neighbours' flushed at night it would wake you up.

Location and the beach
Lacking customer service skills. Owner sits and yells at staff all day long

Beautiful setting and lovely staff
The mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

What an amazing place to stay. From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing. We were collected from the Port in a large air conditioned Van. We had lunch in the terrace restaurant while we waited for our room to be ready, the food was outstanding and the service was brilliant. There is an amazing atmosphere in this hotel a fabulous pool area and with the added of the gorgeous sandy beach just across the road. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I will definitely be returning very soon.
There was absolutely nothing that I did not like - the place was amazing

Location was perfect. Loved being on the beach and loved the short walk into town. Staff was lovely.
Room and bathroom were a little tired and super small, but they were immaculate and we had great views from our balcony.
3.0
Nice hotel within walking distance to the center of Naousa, with a large swimming pool. The hotel is on a small beach, but enough for swimming. Our apartment was nice and large, with a terrace, we were fully satisfied with the accommodation. The hotel has its own restaurant.
Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the billing of our services. We traveled with our family in 7 people, but 2 persons lived in a neighboring hotel. We ordered a hotel transfer from the port, where they asked us for 5 Euros per person (a total of 25 Euros). We asked the driver if he would take 2 other people with us (that was a minibus), the driver agreed and they paid him 10 Euros extra for the transport. However, the hotel finally charged us 50 Euros for this transport, because, otherwise, we would need 2 taxis (the price of the journey between the port and Naousa always costs 25 Euros). For one transport by one car, in this case, we were charged 50 Euros and the driver received an extra 10 Euros. Staying in this hotel cost us more than 1,500 EUR for two days, so they wouldn't have to try to do such things. Be careful when ordering the transfer. Next time we will choose another hotel.
