A gem of a hotel, beautiful rooms, use of hotel hamam for free, friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast. Excellent location in a quiet spot just across the river from the Old Town. Highly recommended. Great value for money.

A szálloda elragadó, rendkívül kedves személyzet. A reggeli ízletes.
Minden tökéletes volt.
Nem volt ilyen.

Beliggenheten.
Veldig merkelig oppførsel av frokostpersonalet. Hamamavdelingen var slitt og ikke så lekker.

Konumu çok merkezi.

An interesting and historic building, close to the Latin Bridge, so a great base from which to explore Sarajevo. An excellent local-style breakfast was provided. The room was very clean, with a fridge and tea making facilities. You have use of the Hamam, which we very much enjoyed- we highly recommend the Turkish Bath with massages! The staff erected very helpful.
We don’t have any gripes- the hotel does not have a restaurant and does not serve alcohol, but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

This is a beautifully restored hotel with ornate rooms. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. It is located a short walk away from the old town which makes it ideal for exploring the old town of Sarajevo.
4.5
Interesting decor, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff. The best thing was the location - just steps from the old town but very quiet.
4.5
Great location. Most sites of interest are within walking distance. Lots of places to eat nearby.
There are some signs of disrepair. A few small details need attention e.g. making an iron available for guests. Good breakfast but limited choice.
4.5
Nice room, exceptional breakfast, plus use of the hammam is included.
Only one suggestion - a cold bottle/ jug of water in the room would be welcome in hot weather.
4.5
As always Sarajevo welcomes people with warm heated and genuine hospitality. In this Bosnian tradtion i felt wonderful in this beautiful arabian decor. The warm bath was beautiful.
4.5
A simple but comfortable place with great history and a Turkish bath! Within easy walking distance to everything in town. friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast.

I love this place. The building is beautiful. the staff are lovely. and the rooms are comfortable and peaceful

In an old building; all staff are kind and helpful; has one window that opens; plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower; room is clean; bathroom is spacious; hooks on back of door; breakfast from 8-10; breakfast ladies well organized and helpful; basket of bread, sweet bread, could order omelette or eggs, cheeses, jams, olives, tomatoes, meats if you wanted, whole fruit, savory spreads, Nutella, juice and coffee; some authentic Turkish furniture; extra toilet paper left in bathroom
No overhead fan; most rooms are on the ground floor - ours was next to busy road; tiles in shower and bathroom get slippery when wet; room is too dark - online pictures make building and rooms seem much lighter; Hamam was a huge disappointment only a 'hot tub' for soaking in rather than a large marble slab to lay on and soak in heat - it was not very warm inside; there was no working sauna; visitors in sauna had water in glasses on tiled floor- that didn't seem safe in a wet tiled room; room in pictures looks much more cozy and sweet than in actuality - hotel needs some TLC.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, amazing hamam, very good breakfast
Room a bit outdated
Room on first floor facing the street with cars constantly parking in and out

amazing breakfast, wonderful hammam and friendly staff
nothing at all

The hotel is an authentic architecture that I like, when traveling to the land with different culture. One really feels as sultans guest there. The room is cozy and clean. I liked especially hammam, which is authentic too. Breakfast was divers. Location is great. You can reach Baščaršija and historical objects in few minutes. I liked that the hotel is small and has the atmosphere of familiarity. Very comfortable mattresses and calm rooms despite central location.
The air in the room was poor at arrival. After opening windows it was fine, but I recommend to the stuff to take care about it before arrival. It can reflect on the first impression.
4.5
style of the hotel, the hammam, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, accommodated early check-in
room was on ground floor so with curtains opened people on the street could see into room so couldn't open curtains and therefore no natural light
4.5
Beautiful building with comfortable rooms and access to the Hamam which is beautiful and relaxing. Walking distance from the Old Town of Sarajevo and the Latin Bridge.
Nothing. Everything was great.
4.5
An original setting, close to the old town. Lovely staff, too.
4.5
Location very near old town. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.
Facilities need refreshing. Ventilation in rooms needs to improve.
4.5
Well decorated, comfortable rooms, a good breakfast spread and kind staff. Excellent location
The pillows are very thin and lumpy and could do with an upgrade. The walls also aren’t too thick so if you have loud neighbours, you’ll hear them
4.5
excellent staff, great facilities, would definitely stay again
4.5
There was a Hamam inside :)
There was no room service or a restaurant/bar.

Renovated old fashioned hotel minutes from old town. Highlight is the hamman. Hotel guests can use gorgeous authentic sauna and steam room. Treatments and scrubs are also available which I highly recommend.
Rooms a little dark.
