You may be taking out previous tenant’s trash, but someone will be doing this for you. Thank you!
• Cape May Point also has a trash and recycling drop off center, if you have more trash than the containers can accommodate. It is open Wednesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until Noon, and on Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. It is located on Sunset Blvd, on the left side of the road leaving CMP and driving towards Sunset Beach.

This is our 2nd time staying at this house and it was awesome! We love Cape May Point and have rented in this neighborhood many, many times. This is one of the best houses we have rented. There are enough bedrooms and places to get away that everyone could have a "quiet spot". The glass/screen enclosed porch is a great place to hang out and have all your meals, no matter what the weather. Both the CMP beach and Sunset Beach are just a short walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped for a large group (there were 7 of us). The host is very nice and responds quickly if you happen to have any issues. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house, property, and overall experience. If you’re a fan of the Point this spot is ideal - within a couple minutes of exquisite sunsets, pristine beaches, wildlife galore, friendly people and myriad activities.
Kind and responsive host and beautiful house. Loved everything about it and can’t wait to stay there again.

This house suited our need very well. We had two kids and four adults. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The couch was a little annoying because it isn’t a full piece and the cushions slide apart. When you have a toddler all of their toys somehow end up in the separated part! Whenever we had a question or concern the property manager and the owner were helpful and immediately available. And the house is so close to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay.

A great house for families. In the downstairs there was a great room for TV and play area. Great location, two blocks from beach and easy walk for sunsets. A wonderful fully equipped kitchen. Oh, what a wonderful soaking tub in the master.

We had a great week staying in this spacious and modern styled home. The kitchen was large, with new appliances and fully stocked with everything needed for cooking/baking. The owners were just lovely, communication was excellent. The house was spotless and is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!!

This is one of the nicer properties we have stayed at in CMP. Clean. Easy walk to beach. Nicely laid out for families with kids in the first floor bedrooms and parents up in master suite.
If you are going with a group of older folks, the master suite does look over the living room – there are shades for light but no sound proofing. The result is that late night TV watching may keep awake those in the master suite. Good news is that there are two other TVs (one on first floor) that have doors to keep noise at bay.
Would definitely return.

Cape May Point
The owner/manager was very communicative both before and during our stay. The house was just as expected. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom on each of the 3 floors, and a short 2 blocks walk to the beach. Loved walking over to the Red Store for breakfast a few times. Loved biking to the lighthouse and birding/nature areas.
