Ideal location, easy to get on beach, friendly locals
Worked nicely for my getaway time and also for family member
Who was in/out - parking was made easy with assigned spot &
Several “visitor” spots -
Instructions for operating TV in main room was difficult for me
So gave up & enjoyed the books from the property library exchange box on site - clever idea .
Enjoyed my stay in New Seabury-

Much needed time away
This property was just as advertised. Cozy, clean and just what we needed for some much needed R&R. The beach was a short walk, not crowded and peaceful. Thank you Andrea for sharing your townhouse with us!

Perfect New England beach vacation
We just got back from a week at Andrea's condo. The unit and neighborhood were perfect. Everything was modern and clean and the Maushop Village is wonderful. We loved the friendliness and being able to walk to the beautiful beach and enjoyed the nightly music. Communication with Andrea was perfect from booking to check-out. Only negative was that we were there during a heatwave and the lack of A/C in the unit was a bit challenging.

Beautiful and relaxing stay!
We had such a wonderful stay here! Loved the property and the neighborhood. Well appointed unit - lots of extra towels, bedding, beach toys and water raft for the kids. So nice that for once our third child didn’t have to sleep on a blow up mattress because there was a trundle bed mattress under one of the twin beds. You can see the ocean from both upstairs balconies and a perfect location to sit for morning coffee. Lovely flowers all around and short walk to the beach and marketplace. Great communication with the owner and very accessible. Wonderful stay!!

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed. Walkable to beautiful private clean, family friendly beach. Very quiet at night, no wild parties or disruptive neighbors. The host of the property was extremely helpful with tips on activities especially for my 8 year old granddaughter. Would definitely stay there again!

Awesome Thanksgiving Getaway
We spent 10 days at Andrea’s Maushop Villaine condo I et Thanksgiving. I’ve rented a few condos in the area and this one is definitely the best maintained to date. The condo is at the back of the property (more private than others) and very well equipped. Andrea is friendly and helpful. The private beach is phenomenal.

Perfect stay in a perfect cottage.
Perfect fall getaway! Cottage had everything we needed and then some. Very clean. Great location. Owner was always readily available by text and took care of a few minor things immediately. Loved walking on beach in mornings and having coffee on deck. Hit up Green pond fish market in falmouth for the freshest seafood around. Was a really wonderful fall stay in Mashpee.

Andrea’s place at Maushop Village was everything we wanted. The home is attractive, clean, furnished comfortably and is situated in one of the quaintest villages on Cape Cod. It’s obvious, Andrea has considered making sure you have everything you need for a Cape Cod vacation. The condo was a great base for visiting family, friends and exploring the area. It was even better for just reading a book on the back patio, cooking a meal, walks in the community and enjoying the spectacular view off the back deck. We were there in October during the COVID year so some of the seasonal businesses were closed. Instead, we enjoyed the peaceful private beach on property, sightseeing all over the Cape, and walking trails in some of the several wildlife preserves and parks in the area. I highly recommend the trails in the Mashpee River Reservation and the shops and Restaurants at Mashpee Commons. A Great Escape!

Best Beach Location
The Maushop Village condo was just right for my sister and I, and our husbands. It was close quarters but the location was perfect. We took our coffee in the morning, and cocktails in the evening, down the stairs, or to benches overlooking the beach. Lots of bike riding and walking potential, and easy access to towns in either direction. And the beds were very comfortable!!! We would definitely return. Word of caution, most of the shops at the village close by mid September.

Quintessential Cape Cottage
The cottage was immaculate and very organized. Check in was a breeze. Condo had all we needed and was nicely decorated. Was a short walk to the beach and Maushop Marketplace which had bike rentals, shops, restaurants (Raw Bar, Deli, Coffee shop sandwich spot) and Ice Cream and candy store. Also it was within walking distance to the Poppy Inn, The Lure and the Popponesset Inn. The beach was also nice, very clean and maintained. Located in a protected cove so there were no big waves which was great for the kids. I had read another review about seaweed on the beach but when we were there it was totally fine. There was one storm which brought a little seaweed but it was gone the next day which is normal for any beach (East or West coast). We loved our stay.

Perfect Getaway!
We are already missing the water views and private beach access! The condo was perfect for our family of four and the location was ideal with walking access to the beach, the Marketplace, and trails! Due to COVID, we ate many meals at the condo. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed including a gas grill. Lots of other nice inclusions were towels (for bath and pool), soaps, detergent, etc. which cut down on how much we had to pack! Highly recommend!

Relaxing stay
Location is great for those who want to have some quiet time with very friendly neighbors who make you feel at home (we spent 5 weeks there). The beach is exactly 2 minutes away, clean, and not crowded at all. Everything is exactly as described and can be seen on pictures. Importantly, it was a comfortable living with lots of small details that make a big picture. In fact, during 5 weeks of our stay we didn’t need to ask for anything as we could find it already provided. For example, batteries for the remote were stocked as well as several extension cords for all of our countless electronics. Kitchen is well stocked, we cooked a lot since we didn’t want to dine out due to Covid. Bedding was nice with extras provided. Andrea was reaching out regularly to check if we needed anything. There is no AC but the nights are pleasantly cool if you keep the balcony door open and ceiling fan on. There were only a handful of days when it was truly hot but there are also extra fans ;) We didn’t want to leave! Next time we are on the Cape, we will definitely check if Andrea’s place is available.

Wonderful!
We have summered at Maushop Vilkage for 34 years. This was our first time renting Andrea’s cottage. The location was great, and the views were wonderful. The cottage was clean, comfortable with a “beachy” feel. The small upstairs decks had wonderful views of the village and the ocean. The patios were great for having meals outside or sitting in the sun. The cottage was equipped with everything you needed for a vacation at the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo and beach!
Loved our stay in this beautiful condo or townhouse as it has upstairs with two bedrooms and a bath. There is a half bath on first floor with the living area and kitchen. This is a awesome place to stay while visiting Cape Cod.

Exceeded Our Expectations!
This unit was immaculate and located in a wonderful community. Here is where we were surprised the most—-situated in a wooded area complete with trails, the unit was in walking distance to:
A. Private Beach
B. An adorable open-air marketplace complete with restaurant, shops, live music and putt-putt golf. The gown-ups can relax with a cocktail while the kids can explore. Something for everyone!
Andrea is an amazing host. We strongly recommend this rental and hope to return!

Comfortable
The accomendation was fine however the beach was small and the water was full of seaweed. I could not walk on the beach or go into the water. Cell phone reception was poor.

Loved the view!!!
My family and I spent the 4th of July on the Cape with friends. This unit was perfect for our family of 5. It’s location was perfect, whether we were going to the beach or to the Marketplace. Had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels and beach necessities. The view from the master bedroom was breath taking and was my favorite place for my morning coffee. Already talking about going back next year.

Great place to stay on Cape Cod
Well maintained and clean Condo in a beautiful development, close to the beach and hiking trails, and a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Centrally located nears Falmouth, Woods Hole, Cotuit, and Hyannis, so the selection of good restaurants are plentiful. Property is well equipped with everything you need....cookware, grill, beach towels, beach chairs, patio furniture, etc. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay on Cape Cod. Even thought the weather didn't fully cooperate, we still found plenty of things to do to keep us busy, and enjoy the beautiful scenery that is only found on Cape Cod.

Grear spot for a family!
The area is very quiet and close to the beach. The condo has all that you need. The owner was always available by phone and provided some good tips about local spots for recreation and dining.
