Wenn man mit wenig Komfort auskommt, durchaus in Ordnung.

Für uns war es in Ordnung, aber alles ist ein bischen die Jahre gekommen. Ein bischen old fashioned. Die Technik machte Probleme. Mal fehlte der Wasserdruck, mal der Strom. Es gibt kaum Internet. Trotzdem ist es ein himmlisches Fleckchen Erde. Es wäre gut, ein bischen mehr in Pflege und Sauberkeit zu investieren.

Kein Internet, keine Trockenmöglixhkeit für Wäsche. Alles ein bischen auf der Zeit gefallen.

Don't stay there winter . You will freeze

I paid for a week's stay and only stayed 3 nights. Was a cold place. No internet, no phone, no TV and no radio. Poor facilities. Very little heating.

I didn't like anything, old and outdated. Dirty. Luke warm shower. One roll of toilet paper supplied. Poor heating, freezing cold. Dark and damp. Did not stay the whole week. No refund Was made to feel unwelcome. Got back late sum nights. All windows open , no locks on the doors. No lights on. Freezing cold. And owners go into your room while you're booked in.

Superb

Gary was lovely and very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome on arrival. the views of mount Taranaki are incredible if it’s not a cloudy day.

I like the cleanliness of the place. It is an old place but they have kept it clean and tidy.

Kitchen is a bit small considering the number of people that they accommodate. Also there are only 2 toilets. A bit of kitchen and dining space, an additional fridge and extra toilets and showers would be great.

Very good

The scenery and the quietness of the farm. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I will most definitely stay there again.

There is nothing to dislike. It's good value for your money.

Economical and spacious, but dated one bedroom cabin with own entrance outside of main town centre.

Friendly owner met us and showed us to room. Own entrance. Towels and clean sheets. Overall bathroom and kitchen were clean.

The bedding was very musty. The blankets and cupboards were extremely musty and need to be washed and aired. There were no fire alarms in the chalet. The fridge did not appear to work. There was no key provided or lock on the door.

Farmstay Bliss

The location is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. The driveway into the property is also beautiful. The owner was very friendly.

I had a nightmare trying to communicate with this farmstay...and couldn't in the end stay there because I couldn't get confirmation that they could host 2 of us. I tried calling, emailing, texting through their sister Lodge...no response at all. Had to find alternative room and they are not even willing to refund me. I expected a better and their lack of respinse meant we had a very stressful time in Taranaki that night.

the rooms were clean and nice for a hostel and it was a restful resort! perfect place to settle some days and to refuel in your travel journey!

Having no Wi-Fi or 4g was a little inconvenient also a bed side lamp would be nice for

We enjoyed our stay.

I liked the quiet peaceful location, with great views, and the old style building. Immaculate gardens. Very friendly host. Friendly farm animals.

Cleanliness could be much better and over all it was a bit dark inside. Perhaps better lighting and trim back the trees a bit from windows would be good.

Location and scenery

Dirty accommodation like nothing had been cleaned in ages, no locks on any doors so I felt unsafe, ants in kitchen and toilet, very cold and insufficient heating, very disappointed.
