Eden was such a great host. The ease of checking in and any instructions were clear and concise.
The location was amazing, a 5 minute walk to a dog friendly beach and great dirt roads with adorable cottages for walking. The kitchen had everything anyone would need and the refrigerator was spacious. The cottage was immaculate, we will definitely stay next year!

The cottage is in an excellent location, a few blocks from a nice beach and near a lovely pond. The shady sand-packed roads that ran through the neighborhood and circled the pond had almost no traffic and were great for walks with kids and a dog. The house itself has upgrades, with nice appliances and a good shower. The living room is somewhat small, but the screen porch was a nice place to eat.
We were there during a heat wave so very much appreciated the air conditioning, but we did find it confusing to adjust. The pre-set temps seemed to change at random times.
We had a visit from family with a one and a three-year-old, so having all the bedrooms on one floor was convenient. The only challenge was the very heavy front door that sometimes swung shut by itself. We had to be careful exiting with toddlers or the dog.
We enjoyed the nearby Marshland Restaurant and a little more than a mile away discovered the Manomet Recreation Area with one of the most creative playgrounds we have ever seen.

We loved our stay here. Also we didn’t have to deal with the crowd of public beaches since it’s private. Our dogs had a blast too - as they can go on beaches all year in Plymouth.
The house was literally stocked full of everything you’d even need there. You name it - the house had it. Besides food.
Communication with the host was always very quick even mo the before we went. We loved it. LOVED.

My adult daughters and their husband's as well as my grandson thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is well appointed with everything you need. Great days at a beautiful beach just a short walk away. Short drive to Plymouth or the cape. Owners are greatly communicative ro ensure all needs are met. I'll be back.

We stayed a week at this charming cottage. It has a vintage Cape Cod feel, but the kitchen and bath are modern. Having a dishwasher and plenty of ACs was a big plus. Very quiet area. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The hosts were friendly and responsive to our needs.
I also highly recommend 42 Degrees for dinner.
We’d definitely return. Only suggestions for improvement would be some more landscaping and perhaps a small patio near the outdoor shower and tables. However, it appears that the hosts have been improving the property recently, so perhaps this will be in the plans.

The house was well stocked and comfortable for all guests. The location was convenient to many attractions. The best part was the outdoor shower!!

This was a great place for our annual family vacation with plenty of room for 3 cooks, grandchild and dog. We spent lots of time on the screened porch tho the beach was a quick walk down the street and my husband and grandchild caught lots of little fish in the pond. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Plymouth stay
Everything was as described. A little bit Smaller than expected but not too crowded. I was surprised at how close the neighboring house was though

Perfect stay - exactly what we needed
With 3 kids, a husband and 2 dogs we were fully accommodated by this property. The master bed was the most comfortable bed away from home that we have ever had. Adult daughter was happy in her own queen room with her dog, 2 teens were happy in twin bed room, and we were in master. AC units worked perfectly. Outdoor shower was amazing. The walk to the beach was very nice and very easy. The beach was incredible. Already dreaming of booking to go back. Very happy we found Eden's place. Great experience.

Amazing getaway for the family!
What a wonderful vacation spot! Steps from the beach and steps from a great fishing pond. The home was spacious and excellently equipped! We would love to return and will recommend to friends and family! Communication with the host was seamless! A must do in Plymouth!

Great location and great amenities
Eden was a very responsive and gracious host and the cottage was extremely well equipped and in very close proximity to the beach. The window ACs kept us cool through a heatwave and the screened-in porch was fantastic for outdoor meals. The cottage is well positioned, it is truly walking distance to a beautiful (although somewhat rocky) beach, is a 5-10 minute drive to the grocery store, 10 minutes away from the Pinehills, and 15-20 minutes away from downtown Plymouth. Although the cottage itself is older, the appliances are new and the layout is very convenient. And the best part is that it's dog friendly :-).

What a Great Get-Away
This was our first family vacation using HomeAway and we couldn’t ask for anything better. We were in a wonderful neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, close to stores and restaurants, the cottage fit us all, we loved the big yard to play games and have campfires. Plus our rescue pup was able to join us and the weather was fantastic. We are so happy we finally did this and wouldn’t change a thing!

my family really enjoyed the property, it's proximity to the beach & location on tiny Rabbit pond. The beach access was great, beach was a little rocky & seaweedy but we are familiar with Manomet & it was as we expected... serene! the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of clean linens, & washer & dryer were very convenient. A few critiques on the property: the kitchen was difficult to cook ( we are chefs & cook every meal) as the counter space was minimal & not conveniently located. I missed a dishwasher (other than me ). Outside the door, between outdoor shower & house was sandy & muddy, resulting in tracking in unwanted sand after showering... really minor details but just for feedback. We never had problems or needed to contact the property owner, so all was good! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great location!
5 minute walk to the ocean. Pond right behind the house was fun for kids to swim in and I caught some bass and pickerel. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Thanks for a great vacation!

A well equipped cottage
This is a quirky cottage with a five minute walk to the beach and a yard big enough for wiffleball or bocce. The kids thought it was great. The air conditioning was welcome during a very hot week. There's plenty of kitchen equipment but not much counter space. Sheets and towels were supplied but beds were a bit lumpy. Internet and TV were very good. The location is convenient to a supermarket, pizza shops and restaurants. If you are interested in Pilgrim history, Downtown Plymouth is only 20 minutes away.

Reminiscent of Lodge in the Woods . . . very serene
The Albanos are the perfect hosts / hostesses. They are very accomodatting and they have supplied everything that you could possibly need. All you need to bring are your clothes. The nearby beaches and pond are perfect places to gather your thoughts and enjoy nature. This destination is truly a retreat from the city.

Great cottage in fantastic location
This cottage is very nice. Four beds in three bedrooms. Great screened porch and outdoor shower.
Even better is the location. Co-located between beatutiful cliff overlooking the ocean and a nice, warm, quiet pond. Really a very special place.
Owners are great to work with and close by. Loved the welcoming bottle of wine!

Very relaxing and clean
This is a wonderful cottage - the area has a nice beach vibe but with the privacy of a wooded area. A basic house with no frills, but a pretty open-beamed living room and airy feel. Everything is freshly painted and spotlessly clean, with shiny wood floors. Two bedrooms are large, one is average sized. The screened porch is large and peaceful. The loft areas could be fun but aren't set up for sleeping. The outdoor shower has warm water (love!) and the owners said they're building an enclosure around it.
It was well furnished with new, comfy beds and sofa bed and all the utensils, small appliances, and extras that you could want. The nice owners live next door and made sure we had everything we needed. The yard is very large and private. It's a short walk (about 2 blocks) to a private beach. Most beaches in the area have steep staircases but this one has a ramp, which was easier for hauling beach supplies. It's a typical rocky Plymouth beach but the kids wore water shoes and had a blast playing on the boulders and hunting for crabs. Part of the beach is sandy for lounging.
There's a nice family restaurant 1/4 mile away for meals and ice cream. A short drive to stores and more restaurants. It's a 15 minute drive to downtown Plymouth with lots of history, cute shops, great restaurants, and gorgeous harbor. One day we drove onto the Cape to visit Sandwich and that was a quick drive.
We were thrilled with the house and with the Manomet location. We've spent many vacations on the Cape but Plymouth is so convenient for visiting family in the Boston area and also for day trips to the Cape. We'll definitely be back!
