The "PoipuBayGetaway" executive Villa is now being offered as a whole house Family Luxury vacation rental. This newly remodeled five bedroom/four-bath, two-story Villa is Located in Kauai's pristine Poipu Kai South Shore resort -- just a 4 minute stroll along a lighted garden path and the Beautiful Poipu Kai Park to white sand beaches, crystal aqua water, and wonderful restaurants, tennis and the world famous Poipu Bay golf course and Grand Hyatt Anara Spa. This 3,500 square-foot residence offers an all tile 40 foot salt water pool, adjoining hot tub, private patios and gardens for the entertaining of the most discriminating of guests. There is a beautiful kitchen (located upstairs)along with top-of-the-line clothes washing machine, and dryer. Hardwood and stone floors, indirect lighting, mahogany trim, granite counters and floor to ceiling glass create an elegance through out this executive retreat. The living room has a 62" TV, This villa sleeps up to 12 adults and a couple littles if ya wana put them on futons or a Pac N Play. There is a $20 per person per day charge over 8 occupancy. We have five air conditioned suites and bed rooms. The luxurious upstairs master suite features a King pillow-top mattress for that perfect sleep, and an attached upstairs granite and marble bathroom.
The Pool Terrace Suite bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has it's own separate entrance. It is elegantly appointed, walk in closet, full bath indoor and an out door lava shower. It has a queen Simmons pillow top puna'e bed in the den and King pillow top in the bed room separated by 8 foot mahogany pocket doors. Floor to ceiling glass sliders open up to a 250 sq ft fully furnished private patio gardens and the properties private pool. This suite is perfect for the family of four or close friends who would share the one bath.
This beautiful property has a detached Bungalow that sits amid the gardens. It features a King pillow top mattress, luxurious Tommy Bahama Furniture, Kitchenette, Granite floors and counters, mahogany trim and a tropical double head rain forest walk in shower. It also has an outdoor shower and beautifully appointed private patio.
The main house downstairs 4th and 5th bedrooms are nicely appointed and share a full bath w/ tub. bedroom 4 has a king pillow top and the fifth bedroom a queen and private garden view. All bedrooms have independent state of the art air conditioning for comfort and privacy.
The beautiful gardens surrounding this fabulous property consist of a variety of tropical fruit, and indigenous flowering and non-flowering plant life. Both levels have elegant patios which are more than suitable for outdoor dining. A webber gas grill is ready to go and wireless high speed internet is offered through out the whole property.
This property does not require you pack everyone in the car or cross busy streets to go to the beach, parks, or enjoy the ocean. The photos of this spacious retreat-like home do not do it justice! We had 12 adults throughout our 2 week stay and had room to be together and spaces to spread out. The home was very clean with high quality furniture and lovely art. The lush gardens and house design made it very peaceful and private. We will definitely return to this home on our next Kauai visit.

This house was perfect for our family of 12! We found it to be a perfect home base for our adventures. There was room for all of us to be together, but we also had space of our own and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The icing on the cake was the pool. It was great! Just the right size for all of us to be able to enjoy. We spent many hours hanging out at the pool. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to Kauai!

The pictures don't capture the full beauty of this place!
The property is simply incredible, a private oasis, so beautifully landscaped and maintained, and with plenty of space for our large group of 12 family members to share without any issue.
We were there for my daughter's wedding and were able to get some of the best photos of the wedding party right in the back yard of this property.
The check-in and check-out was very simple and the property owners are so friendly and accommodating.
This really feels like a home away from home - with all of the perks, views, and a very short walk to the beach.
This place has everything needed to enjoy a fantastic holiday for visitors of all ages.
Thanks to Dan and Lynette for sharing this amazing space, and to Dave for providing us with a wonderful check in experience.
We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Kauai!

This was a fantastic property to stay at for our family. The location and accessibility to the beaches while still enjoying a private pool made this trip great for both parents and kids.
It is worth noting that there is great air conditioning in each of the bedrooms and no air conditioning in the main gathering space (kitchen, living and dining room). This area has electric fans.
The pool and hot tub were so great! They were well maintained and offered a great space to relax and play!

INCREDIBLE! Dan is by far the best VRBO host that we have encountered! His communication is quick and reliable. Dealing with Dan felt like we were dealing with an old friend. The property, from the house to the pool and gardens, is absolutely stunning! There was plenty of room for the ten of us (8 adults and 2 children). We never felt like we were cramped or like there was a lack of privacy. The common areas are large and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of spices available for cooking. Outdoor Weber BBQ for grilling. The pool was so awesome that we nearly forgot that the beach was only 4 minutes away! We would definitely stay here again, feels like home!

This is a beautiful private enclave in an amazing location. The home has two apartment areas, one has 3 bedrooms and then the second basement unit has a bedroom terrace that can be made into two rooms. With an additional cabana there is plenty of room for privacy and at the same time it is easy to have together time in the many areas around the property.
We loved using the second floor patio that had views of the ocean for coffee in the morning and beautiful dinners in the evening. The pool area has three different areas to relax and enjoy the lush landscape and hot tub. So nice to have one of the most beautiful homes to come back to play and relax.
The hosts are very responsive and want to provide the best experience. A short walk to shipwreck beach, and hikes along the shore make this a gem. Enjoy!

We wanted to have room for friends and family to celebrate our wedding. This house is relaxing and the landscaping was amazing. Location is great for walking and close enough to walk to shops etc. Loved it! Dan was fantastic!

The house set-up was perfect for our group (family with kids and two sets of grandparents). The backyard pool is really beautiful, and we loved the hot tub on cooler evenings. We also enjoyed many meals on the outdoor deck. The location is great too - easy walk to Poipu Beach and very convenient location for exploring nearby. Highly recommend!

Location is relaxing with a yard that is surrounded by tropical plants, a pool and a short leisurely walk to the beach. Lots of room for a large family to spread out and
have their space, yet accommodating for all to be together without feeling cramped.

Let me start with saying that the pictures do not compare to being there. If you think the pictures are great, be prepared to be stunned when you walk onto the property. Dan was great at answering questions prior to us even getting there. He met us at the house and gave us a walking tour. Sorry Dan, put it was hard to pay attention to what you were saying while being impressed by the views and the house. Every time he showed us something else it was like, "Wow". Dan checked in on us by text to make sure we did not need anything.
The separate Bungalow was perfect for our daughter and her fiancé. The master bedroom was great for us since it is the only bedroom on the top floor. Our son and his family used the pool suite and was perfect for them. We did not even use the other 2 bedrooms.
There are 3 separate showers outside to was off sand. The hot tub is nice and secluded and the kids loved the pool. One of my favorite parts of the house was the balcony in the mornings. I would stand and look at the ocean while drinking my coffee and listen to the birds. It was very relaxing and a pleasant way to take my mind off of work and life.
My recommendation, is at night, stand on the balcony, turn off the lights and look up at all of the stars.
Overall, I highly recommend this house. I ran out of space to review and had to edit this to make it fit. Dan is great at making sure your stay is what you want and took care of us!
You won't be disappointed staying here.

The house was very clean and well-organized. The floorplan and outdoor area were excellent and worked well for our family. The location was perfect. We could walk to several beaches and it was close to a grocery store and downtown shops. Communication was great. The owner was always available and responsive.

This lovely house sits surrounded by lush vegetation that is obviously lovingly cared for. We felt like we were on a private tropical island! The house and pool are lovely. Dan is very easy to communicate with, and gave us a very thorough walk thru. We truly enjoyed our stay and this property made us very comfortable on the beautiful island of Kauai. We especially enjoyed the morning walks to the cliffs by the grand Hyatt property.

Beautiful, well loved home and property. Great for our large group. We could even see the ocean from a spot on the balcony! We were able to make cooking our dinners work with the kitchen supplies in hand. Dan was very fast to respond and correct the (very few) issues we had.

to celebrate our 80th birthdays. When other relatives heard of our party plans several were motivated to join the fun. There were 13 individuals who joined the celebration in Kauai so we needed a second home. 7 relatives stayed here at this lovely property which was a short walk to the beach. I thought this an excellent location from which to explore the island. We were constantly on the go, and the time seemed to pass much too quickly. We all had a fabulous time. The home, grounds, pool, and amenities were all first class. I really enjoyed the vegetation surrounding the home. It felt like I was living in a botanical garden.
The proprietor's were very responsive to all our questions.
I highly recommend this island home to friends and relatives.

We rented this home for our family vacation; the layout was perfect for us!! The location was ideal.
The pool was very refreshing and the tropical landscaping reminded us of Key West. The hot tub was great after a day of walking.

I could not imagine a more perfect setting for our family getaway!
It was our own private resort , with plenty of room and privacy for 7 adults, plus great kitchen and gathering space for our meals and together time. Surrounded by lush gardens, pool and spa. Dan is a wonderful host, friendly, helpful and very available for help and suggestions.
We are already dreaming about a return trip.

This is the most beautiful spot we've ever had the pleasure of staying at! The home was so inviting, the pool and outside gardens were gorgeous and gave the feeling we were the only ones on the island. The layout of the house was perfect for our family group of 11. We took our children/spouses and 5 grandchildren (9-14) to our favorite island to see why we love it so. The home was spread out well and accommodated 3 families easily with the separate bungalow for us grandparents. The kitchen was well stocked, Pool and beach toys/chairs, snorkeling gear were all used and appreciated. Kids loved the 3 outdoor showers too - so convenient for getting the sand off. Dan was a terrific host right from the beginning with quick turnaround on questions and assistance. He helped us with small questions several times during our stay - like how to clean the pool filter after "the Maui firestorm" winds which deposited debris in the pool. Location was great with close proximity to Shipwreck and Poipu Beach. Kids loved seeing 7 turtles at one time sunning on Poipu Beach. Pictures and video of this property are so true - everything was beautiful and relaxing for everyone. For over 20 years we have stayed at many great VRBO properties across the US, and this by far exceeds any others. Sorry to tell you how spectacular this property is! We had to book 1-1/2 years ahead to get when we wanted-and now it will be even harder for us to get an open date to revisit! Can't wait to return!

Excellent property with beautiful grounds and outstanding amenities. Plenty of room to spread out, great pool and very close to the beach! Beautiful view of the ocean from the oversized lanai yet felt secluded. We had 10 and there was room for more! Dan was outstanding and very responsive highly recommend!

This wonderful rental provided more than adequate space for 3 families; a total of 9 people. The furniture was attractive and comfortable with more than enough seating for everyone in common areas. Everything was clean and in good condition. The WiFi was able to handle all guests simultaneously without any glitches. The view from the upper deck afforded a peek at the ocean. This location was a favorite group gathering place for most of our stay.
The property's location has excellent access to many restaurants and shopping.
The garden area was awesome with many small areas that provided seclusion from other areas of the garden. All areas were landscaped with beautiful flowers and foliage.
My grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool.
The air conditioning in each bedroom quickly cooled the room and maintained the selected temperature.
Dan greeted us when we arrived and provided a quick tour of the property with advise on the functionality of some of the appliances. He was genuinely friendly and interested in making our stay enjoyable.
My entire family had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this rental property.

We had read reviews regarding this property and thought they were too good to be true, but our week here was off the charts. The top three features in my opinion: [1] the outdoor area is almost impossible to describe (the pictures on the website don't do it justice), [2] the location is superb, short walk to the beach and the Grand Hyatt, and [3] Dan and Lynette are readily available to solve any minor issues that may arise. The ocean view is minimal, but we probably spent way more time on the property than we would have imagined because the on-site scenery is hard to leave. This was truly a week that we will never forget.

We called this our Legacy Trip. Entire family of 10 covering 3 generations. We relaxed within 30 minutes and kept that vibe the entire stay. Beyond beautiful, a piece of paradise. So much fun and memories created. Each night at dinner we would share what our favorite thing of the day was and on the last day our all time favorite. Being together on this gorgeous property, talking, laughing and feeling like we were on our own private resort was everyone’s all time favorite - toddler, teens and adults. This house is amazing!! It is beautiful, with incredible landscaping, pool, hottub, and lots of room for my large family. The host was more than responsive, making me feel more like a family member than a guest. Staying in this house was, in itself, a vacation.

The house was perfect. We had a 3 year old with adults ranging in age from 41 to 77. For our family it was great. Our son is a chef so we spent nights in cooking with the kitchen perfectly outfitted for cooking/barbequeing. the pool and jacuzzi were clean and functional and the yard area was a showplace! The walk to the beach was a must every morning with the little one. Hikes along the beach trail short drives to other beaches, restaurants etc. The house is great, the owner's are great - absolutely perfect.

We are 3 couples, friends for 20 years over 60. This home is spectacular! Clean, perfect location and ample beds, areas to gather and supplies like towels and kitchen stuff. But the most wonderful part of this whole experience was the owner and his godson Tony. So kind, generous and welcoming. Always checking on us offering assistance to help to make our stay better. Hope to be back again. They are fantastic, the house and property are beautiful! Recommend highly!

We took a 4 family multi-generational trip to Kauai with 8 adults and 5 children the youngest being 9 months. The house was more than perfect giving every family their own space. The pool, spa and garden felt like you were staying at a tropical lagoon. The house was well stocked with essentials. We loved it! Dan is quite the gardener; make sure you check out the banana tree.
