The place was just as advertised, and the hosts were helpful and quick to respond. Lots of tech in the house. It was evident that they had thought through a lot of details to make the house special.

I was in Parma visiting family and this rental had everything I could ask for! First and foremost, it is impeccably clean. It has easy access, it's well lit, and all the light switches are clearly marked. The kitchen is modern and updated and is very well stocked. The house has a large tv and a great sound system. The whole house is open and roomy, very comfortable and in a lovely neighborhood. The backyard has many seating options and is quite relaxing. Ken, the manager, lives nearby and was extremely responsive. I highly recommend this lovely house.

This house is everything you need. Love all the smart features, especially the refrigerator! Yes, the bathroom is small, but you’ll get over it. The yard is amazing. Location is great. Communication on point. We will book this place again.

This charming house was a delight for us while visiting family in Parma. Everything was exactly as pictured, only even better than expected. The kitchen was a joy to work in, and we hosted family dinners for eight very comfortably more than once. The bathroom is tiny, as reviewers have indicated, but accommodated our needs and those of our visitors. The lighting and heating in the house was high-tech and fun, and easy to operate. The house was in spotless condition. The location was great for us, and surrounded by stores of all types within easy reach. The property manager was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay in this house again if it's available when we visit Cleveland in the future.

The property is exactly as advertised! Very comfortable and a great backyard. Close to everything, including downtown Cleveland. Two minutes away from Giant Eagle Walmart, and many other merchants. The owner thought of everything in updating the property and then some! The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had and was on hand to greet us at check-in. We will definitely stay here again when we travel back to Cleveland!

Overall, a nice home with a comfortable yard for our family gathering. Backyard with deck, playground and gym was really enjoyable. Bedrooms are nice with plenty of drawer/closet space. Kitchen was fully equipped. Bathroom is on the (very) small side and required us to store bathroom things in other rooms and move them back and forth, but it is a very pretty bathroom with a nice tub. We had a few minor issues, but the owner was responsive and plans to address them. This home worked well for our small family gathering and for venturing out and exploring the greater Cleveland area.

Second Time Staying at Parma Heights House
This was the second time my family stayed at the Parma Heights House. We used this location as a halfway meeting point for us and the grandparents.
The house is a smart house, which is pretty neat. It is also updated/modern. Has comfortable bedding too.
However, there are some things for the future that should be considered if one decides to stay here (even for the owners to consider possibly changing):
1. The bathroom is completely updated but TINY. I mean TINY. The glass window is see-through so don’t plan on taking a shower at night unless you block the window with a towel. The door to the bathroom you can see through as well. Owners may want to change out the window and door to offer more privacy for their guests.
2. The outside patio needs a bit of maintenance. The deck has boards that are warped and rotted that need to be replaced. This could lead to a hazard if not replaced. Also, there is a giant birds nest in the gazebo that needs to be removed as it was empty and had debris still surrounding it. The swing chairs would be better supported not by the gazebo, but it’s own stand. They are pretty, but are becoming warped from the sun so falling apart.
3. Thank goodness for the fence because the road next to the house (Denison) is super loud at times. So sitting outside can be a bit noisy. The upside is the really cool playhouse for the kids and the gym for the adults. We didn’t use the gym, but if you need to get your workout in, it has a bike and rower in it (just was too hot to use during our stay).
4. The backyard could use some groundskeeping as well (lots of weeds).
5. Renters pay a cleaning fee and yet there was dust all over the glass entertainment area, on top of the refrigerator, and on the vents. The cleaning company isn’t cleaning this place like they should be. Plus, If I’m going to pay a cleaning fee with my stay, then I expect the place to be better dusted upon arrival.
6. The formal dining room seems like a waste of space for this house and is not child friendly by any means. It’s beautiful and perfect for adults, but if traveling with small children, this room is off-limits. Plus, there were dead flies in the window boxes located in this room that haven’t been cleaned.
For the cost to rent this place for a week and all of the fees associated, I would expect a little more care of the property (the grounds and cleaning).
The last time we stayed here we also received a bottle of wine and movie goodies (popcorn/candies), we didn’t receive anything this time around. Not truly a big deal, but staying for a week and you’d think they would offer something like last time.
However, it IS in a fantastic location and close to everything one could need while also being close to downtown Cleveland and area attractions. We spent more time at the house this trip than the last one, which is why we noticed more stuff this time around that probably wasn’t a big deal during our last trip. Plus, we stayed a week this time too.
Despite some of the suggestions, we would definitely return here again as a meeting point, but wanted to point these things out so that future renters are aware and for the current owners to make necessary changes.
Lastly, the next door neighbor did take out the garbage for us on garbage day and texted us when one of our car lights was left on. They were very helpful during our stay with just responding to a quick question about the property.
Otherwise, we enjoyed the house and had a wonderful week spending time with family while in Parma Heights.

My husband and I were traveling to the area for a wedding and visiting with old friends. This was our first big trip out of the local area post lockdown and it was great! We were so happy to find a place near where we wanted to be that had a ton of great amenities and was extremely clean. I wanted a place with a nice outdoor area as well so that we could visit with a few friends in the area prior to going to the wedding. This was perfect! While the weather was a bit chilly, it was still nice to sit out on the back porch and have a small fire to stay cozy. We made great use of the gym equipment in the shed. We also found the kitchen to have everything we needed and it was easy to prep food for ourselves to limit going out. The house was close to a lot of stores and major highways so we could get the things we needed and get to and from the wedding locations with ease. Very happy with our stay and hope we can book the place again next time we visit!

This home is so beautiful inside and out. All of the amenities are upgraded, the space is very clean, and the layout is perfect to just enjoy and relax. Our young kids had a blast playing in the backyard and we loved the pavilion on the deck. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

The home is really beautiful and equipped with all the smart bells and whistles. However, the bathroom is extremely small..... there photo hides this key detail very well! Honestly, had I known the true size of the bathroom I wouldn’t have booked the home. Everything else was really nice though and the backyard was a plus.

The home was wonderful. Plenty of amenities. Helpful owner. Nearby parks and a reasonable drive to Cleveland attractions. It not only met the description, but exceeded it. Two examples: a free bottle of wine waiting for us on the counter. And the biggest hit for our 2- and 5-year-old children was the new playground that has been added to the backyard. Complete with slides, swings, a rope climbing wall, and more. It was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was outstanding with the entire house remodeled with many high end features. We loved the deck area with the hanging lounge chairs, there was plenty of electronics in the house from security, heated floor, entertainment, lighting and whole house functionality. The bathroom was a bit small, but worked perfect for us. What would put the cherry on the top of the cake would be a sauna on the deck. We rented this place to get away for the week and do some hiking in the Cuyahoga National Park. We absolutely loved the place.

Outstanding
If you are in need for a nice place to stay in the Parma area, this is the place to stay. The kitchen an amenities are amazing. The owner did a great job to label everything and left instructions on how everything worked. We stayed with 2 kids under 3 years old, and it was the perfect amount of space and back yard. And not to mention, the kitchen is gorgeous! You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Really great find!
So happy to have found this little gem. The thoughtful layout and home features made it a perfect place to enjoy our Christmas holiday. It had everything we needed and more. The renovation was very well done and the smart features were a bonus. The fact that it was already decked out in tasteful holiday decor made it so welcoming - and we were so appreciative of all the details. Hope to be back again and again!

Incredible Smart House
We had such an amazing stay at the Parma Heights house this past weekend. We used this house as a meeting/half-way point from NJ and IL to see relatives and to just spend time together some place different. The house was equipped with everything we could ask for/need. It’s a smart house, which was a nice touch. Now our daughter wants an Alexa from Santa!! The house in itself is clean/in perfect condition. Very homely, yet extremely elegant and modern all at the same time. We can’t get over how beautiful the backyard area is and how close the house is to everything!! The house manager was also on standby to help us with the lock entrance. Above all, we were just thrilled to be able to stay in such a lovely home and make new memories while in the Cleveland Metro area!! We hope to use this house again for future meet-ups. It felt like Home. Thank you for opening up your home to us and for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful yet affordable home! We will be back hopefully in Spring 2019!!

Great smart home in a good location
Close to everything. We were visiting Cuyahoga Valley national park, and this was a great launch point to get to the scenic train in the morning. The home is a smart home, with Alexa helping you out with the thermostat and lights. Also, the fridge has a LED screen on it as well. Owner provided a bottle of wine.
Deer wander through the neighborhood, and the location is close to stores and whatnot, but it is quite at night despite the ideal location.
Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Smart home, good location
We're trying to go to every US National Park, and this stay was about trying to check Cuyahoga Valley off our list. The house was located very close to the park, in an ideal location to catch the scenic train in the morning. It's in a quite neighborhood but with a Walmart, Target, and Starbucks nearby, along with easy access to a bunch of other conveniences. The house is a smart house, with the thermostat and lights powered by Alexa. Also the fridge is a smart fridge, complete with LED touchscreen. Nice backyard to relax in. Also, deer frequent the neighborhood, so you may see one in the front yard now and then.
Easy to get to, owner and management company were very communicative. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would stay here again.

Just as advertised. Wonderful Stay!
We loved the rental. It was very clean and comfortable. We visited over Memorial Day to visit family. This was a great alternative to a hotel with so much more room and my kids loved the backyard. Everything was perfect and exactly as it looks in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of five.
