L'hôtel a tenté de me facturer

Si la note est faible c’est que l’hôtel a tenté de me faire payer 2 fois le séjour. Si vous regardez dans notre échange de message sur votre site booking, vous verrais qu’il m’avait demandé de payer une première fois sur mars. A mon arrivé, ils m’ont demandé de payer les 3 nuits. J’ai dû insister pour leur montrer que j’avais déjà réglé. Je trouve cela inadmissible qu’il tente de faire payer 2 fois et qu’il n’y a aucune excuse de leur part. Ils affirmaient que le problème venait de votre plateforme booking alors que je n’ai jamais eu de problème de ce type avant en passant par votre site. Pour information, voici un détail plus précise de ce qu’il s’est passé. (mail envoyé à la direction de l’hotel) Je vous contacte pour vous remonter un problème intervenu hier à mon arrivé dans votre hôtel. La personne à l'accueil m'a demandé de payer la taxe de séjour + le prix de la chambre. Je lui ai dit que je pensais avoir déjà payé la chambre et qu'il ne devait rester que la taxe de séjour à payer. Elle me dit que non car on ne paie jamais via booking et me tend le terminal de carte bancaire avec 368 € (environ) pour régler le tout. Je lui dit que je préfère vérifier et sort mon ordinateur. Je lui montre cette discussion où on voit que vous m'aviez demandé de payer ainsi que j'avais payé. Un 2eme représentant de votre hôtel arrive. On lui informe du problème mais au lieu de vérifier il me demande de remonter sur mon relevé bancaire pour vérifier si j'ai bien payé les 348 €. Je lui montre que sur la tenue de mes comptes il est bien indiqué un paiement de 348 €. Mais le Monsieur de l'accueil veut le voir sur le site bancaire. Pendant que je me connecté sur le site de ma banque, il reçoit une information comme quoi j'avais bien payé. Je trouve cela inadmissible qu'un règlement se perdre et que l'on m'a demandé de payé 2 fois. Je n'aurais pas insisté en disant que j'avais déjà réglé j'aurais payé 700 € pour 3 nuits....

Great holiday

Was very apprehensive before arrival as such a mixed bag reviews thankfully Everything was great bright and lots of space Pool huge lots of room. And loungers We had one of the best holidays and am so thankful as we really needed it. The hotel is literally 10 min walk if even from absolutely everything. Pls try biggies breakfast place which is simply delicious about 10 min walk also or take the little train

One receptionist nearly destroyed trip with pure rudeness and aggression older lady with glasses disgusted in her behaviour if I'd of been in my own country I would not have tolerated it very unfortunate as everything else was perfect thankfully happened day before we left

Great value for money with some lacking facility

Large comfortable rooms with a bit dated furniture and aircon. Food was good with enough variety, also the pool area and the external area is great!

We missed a fitness facility and a sauna which would be general for a 4-star hotel. We arrived late in the evening and there was no reception staff to welcome us, only a waiter who seemed exhausted and fed up with the situation.

great value for money.

Amazing location and friendly personnel. The best part is so food, huge thanks for the great chefs for making delivery meals every day. The hotel is well located, 5 min from the beach. There are supermarkets and restaurants right next to as well. The swimming pool is large, and it is comfortable for swimming.

Maybe add a small gym/workout place for adults.

Great food and pool; could be a bit better

Amazing pool and garden area. Lovely food and amazing variety. It was nice to sit outside. I'd go again. Nice lazy holiday.

If you can't sit outside at meal times since it's a bit busy, then you must sit inside and it's a bit of a dungeon basement. Not the best location for a dining room. The hotel is not as central as others and its a 7 minute walk to the sea front - otherwise its next to Lidl and not with the most exotic of views. But then, the hotels in the centre are just not as green as this one or spacious in terms of their pool. One lady at reception was a bit rude. She didn't seem too friendly or welcoming at all. Some of the bar staff resented pouring beers and drinks for eternity and definitely didn't like me as an all inclusive guest constantly returning. Lol! The single beds just need to be roomier and the quilts thicker and heavier. Not as cosy otherwise. The WiFi was rubbish.

They don't have change for wet towels.

The apartment we stayed at (room nr. 406) was newly build, everything was new and functional, including the airconditioner. The bed and the sheets are very comfortable we slept really well. The hotel was 10min away from the nearest beach. There is a market just beside the hotel where you can buy cheap products and food. A lot of variety for the breakfast and dinner buffet.

We brought the towels to the beach to be able to dry our body. When we came back to the hotel to take a bath, we wanted dry towels but they said they don't have any dry towels (which i guess, since the cleaner are NOT from the apartmenthotel and they just clean in the morning, but they didn't tell us that). The receptionist are kind of unfriendly in this matter telling us we were not suppose to being the towels anywhere else.

Old but good🤗

Everyone working in the this place had I high level of service. The food was very delicious and very variated, even though we where there for 12 days. The location of the hotel was really nice. Not so far away from restaurants, shops and bars but even though with not so much noice. Nice pool area. Nice animation team, did a great job.

The hotel seemed old and worn when you knew that it was a 4 star hotel. Compared with other 4 star hotels. The room and bath room had a good size, but old and worn. The animation information were not working properly.

good value for money for a family holiday

We liked the room a lot, It's a bedroom with bathroom, a living room, and a balcony of good size. We were lucky to get the view to the swimming pool. It could have a touch of colour to make it visually more attractive but the furniture is discreet and solid. The mattress was too hard for me, but they solved this problem with an over-mattress foam. The swimming pool area was excellent with enough sun loungers and a good towels system. Mauro, the lifeguard, was very helpful, always ready to interact with children. Against my expectation, the food was very good. With had breakfast and dinner (buffet was what is to be expected from a buffet). There was always a good variety of fresh food with several meats, fish and vegetables. Especially for children, which could be difficult, there was always something handy. The half board was good value for money and the restaurant personnell was very attentive and kind. The proximity to the Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets (they both have sockets for charging electric cars) proved very useful.

The entertainment could be better. I do not actively take part in adult's entertainment but for children (I can only judge for older children) it was not so active if I compare to other places I've been to. It was not so easy to find what was on offer and then sometimes what was written did not take place. The WIFI (one of the main criteria for me to book the place), does not work at the pool area. And it did not work during 2 days at all.

Great stay at Garbi Hotel

The pool area is really good - lots of sun beds within well kept garden areas. Room was a great size and very clean Staff in restaurant were very friendly - good selection of food Hotel about 10 min walk to beach: restaurants - next door to a supermarket

Could only change pool towels Monday Wednesday Friday Most customers were German so hotels catered for this in signage /tv / food etc - this wasn’t a problem for us

Exceptional

Perfect place, very comfortable and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. The food in their restaurant is just amazing, variety of dishes is impressive, the food is great quality and very tasty. Nice pool area. Big parking lot with free parking.

Family place

Relaxing pool area with many loungers available all day so no need to worry there will not be any free ones. Clean and comfortable 1 bed apartment.comfy bed. Nice views from the hotel regardless of the side of the building. located very close to the beach, bars and restaurants but still far from the noise.many parking spaces available on the street right outside the building. Tasty food and enough of selection.really liked we had a clothes dryer in the room.Free wifi in the lobby. This place is perfect for families with kids.

All inclusive coffee in the bar/ restaurant very bad quality.Welcome coffee that was left in the room on the day of our arrival was really good but not available any more when finished upon our request. This is just as simple thing as coffee and should not be restricted to all inclusive guests. Poor WIFI signal at the pool area.You need to pay to rent pool towels, they should be available for a deposit only. Animation team is a very nice bunch of people working for a German holiday agency but the evening entertainment was a bit of a joke, especially the disco.It was literally looking at the animation guys dance on the stage. Hotel guests should be encouraged to dance and have fun themselves:) intetesting experience anyway:)
