Value for money, great accomodation and good location with helpful staff

Room was excellent, pictures were true representation of the room. Location was great, coffee shops, restaurants close by. Lady who checked us in was excellent - polite, informative, helpful and took the time to explain about the property and surrounding area.

Our stay was brief, but very enjoyable.

The acommodation is located a perfect location - in the city center, near the Ponte Ross Bridge. The rooms are beautiful and open, with high ceilings and comfortable beds. Furthermore, everything was clean. Since we arrived late, the host provided us with instructions for parking and gave us a number code to enter the rooms. The acommodation doesn't have it's own parking, so we parked at the Molo park which is 5 minutes away from the place on foot.

The only issue here is that the windows cannot be opened, so the air wasn't that fresh. The rooms did have an air conditioner, though. Everything else was fine.

Perfect place to stay

Great location (bakeries, cafeterias, Ponte Rosso...), parking is close to residence, good communication with owner. Comfortable place and good beds. Quet zone, but in the centre of Trieste, close to Serbian Ortodox Church.

For me and my friends, everything was perfect.

Great location, very clean, and very responsive host.

Host was very accommodating in terms of check in and check out. Room was very good size and quiet. Excellent location.

Bed was a little soft and having two separate one person comforters rather than one large two person comforter made sleeping a little uncomfortable.

amazing location in the middle of triest

the location is perfect! super easy access system you can check in whenever you like and then settle the documents/payments later in the evening with the host sarah (who was lovely). the room was perfectly fine, the bathroom wuite modern. but like i said the winning argument here is the location in the middle of triest!

there was construction going on on the façade of the building when we were there (AUG 2022) and they start quite early so you might be waken up by it.

Great location, nice receptionist, great design of both room and common area.

Showerhead was broken/leaking and the room was so small that there is only one step between bathroom door and bed. It was just sad to see how many apartment rooms they tried to squeeze into this unit.

The location is good, the host is very nice and helpful.

The bathroom needs some improvements. There are no hooks for the towels, no place for soaps and shampoos when you take a shower, because the shower door is not closing, the water is splashing everywhere.

Well below basic expectations

Nothing apart from the old style building

Noisy from the street bars, no sound isolation between the rooms so you could successfully hear everything your neighbors were doing. Bathroom is not functional and not practical: no stand for shower gel in the shower, no possibility to put your toiletries anywhere. No iron, no possibility to make a tea or coffee, no possibility to open a window. Bed had no blanket, we only had a bd sheet and asked the host for a blanket, never received an answer. Furniture is tired and the room is not terribly clean. If we ever go back to Trieste, we will be avoiding this flat at all cost.

The room is beautiful, very high ceilings, old building. Check in unproblematic.

No parking. The street was very loud and it was not allowed to open the window. I dont use an AC at nicht, so i couldnt sleep well, it was too hot for me.
