Lindo departamento

El edificio y las instalaciones son nuevas. Está decorado con buen gusto. Está cerca del centro (pero como para ir con auto).

Es chiquito, para un máximo 3 personas pero si quieren estar cómodos es solo para dos personas (de hecho, en el desayunador y el balcón solo hay bancos para dos).

No volvería.

Qué pudimos alquilarlo a último momento y fue muy amable la señora que nos atendió por teléfono.

Estuvimos dos noches. La primer noche terminé durmiendo en el piso. El sillón cama está muy viejo y fue imposible usarlo. Tuvimos que pedir un colchón para la segunda noche. Le faltaban hasta cucharitas. Las toallas estaban duras. Todo muy usado y viejo. Le faltaba limpieza.

Si tenés que viajar a San Miguel de Tucumán, tené en cuenta esta departamento.

Tiene todo lo necesario para alguien que viaja por cuestiones laborales. La ubicación es buena ya que está cerca de la terminal de omnibus.

Esta bien. Tiene problemas de mantenimiento y te cobran un 20 % mas x "comisiones"

Sarah se hace la distraída cuando antes de llegar que te defina el precio y no te lo pasa. Cuando llegas te dice que Booking le cobra una comisión del 20 % que con mucha simpatía te la cobra a vos. La zona esta bien pero tampoco es que me desgarro las vestiduras. El edificio esta bien, es moderno, es lindo y las fotos son coincidentes en términos generales con lo que uno se encuentra.

Los amenitis no existen, osea hay un mater yerba y azucar pero no hay bombilla. No hay nada de nada como para decir llego y arranco. Dice que hay plancha pero sino la pedis no te la dan por ejemplo. El receptor del portero no anda y si pedis algo no podes hablar cuando llegan. La cocina tenia el gripo suelto casa que hace dificil su utilizacion. El jabon del baño tipo liquido pero vacio, osea no hay jabon. La luz del aera de la cama (es un monoambiente con un mueble en el medio que divide cocina y tv de la cama) se puede prender pero no apagar, salvo con un fierrito o algo. En fin. Esta bien pero tiene sus problemitas.

Good for one night and reasonably priced

Good comfortable beds and sofa. Close to the bus terminal.

It’s very small for a family of four. The kitchen needs a few more basics for preparing meals. A kitchen knife and a couple more pots and pans.

Manager is very nice but couldn't help us with water/wifi/apartment issues. The rooms are very nice and clean.

The neighborhood where the property is located gave us a very bad first impression because it doesn't look safe. It is not located in the city center . I asked for two apartments on the same floor because it was a family trip and we got two apartments in different floors , manager couldn't help us with the issue. We didn't have wifi connection for several hours ( which is very common in argentina ) but the main issue of our stay was the fact that we didn't have hot water during the morning and any of us took a shower . Manager couldn't help us with any of those issues even though she was very nice and she apologized repeatedly. I wouldn't recommend this property.

This is a perfect location

The Apartment Manager is a very kindly Person and helps if you got problems. The rooms are nice, clean and the kitchen area is in a perfect codition. All in all... this Residence is perfect :) Next to the residence is a very good Burger Restaurant ...very tasty...
