Insalubre villas : moisissures partout sur les murs, matelas, oreillers (poumons encore infectés à cause des spores)
Pas de spa
Pas de yoga
Aquaparc dangereux ( notre fils a été blessé)
Manager et propriétaire malhonnête

A very peaceful resort. The staff were lovely, everyone met you with a smile and were attentive.
The two bedroom villa was a nice layout with an outdoor seating area with TV and a kitchen area with a large table and fridge and private pool. The rooms and bathrooms were large and bright.
The scenery surrounding the hotel is beautiful. As there is nowhere really to eat locally around the villa it meant we ate in the onsite restaurant 3 times a day for a week. The food and service was consistently good.
The children all enjoyed the slides at the pool which is used often by some friendly locals. Each room had a smart TV which was very handy to keep the kids entertained. The gardens of the hotel are lovely and the fish swimming in the ponds kept our little boy entertained.
When we first arrived we were placed into one of the garden villas with two double rooms. We arrived at 1am and there was someone there to open our room for us.
Unfortunately the rooms were uncomfortable. Both the bedroom and bathroom were damp, there was mould on our pillows & bedsheets and we found it hard to sleep with the smell.
The resort manager was keen to resolve this the next morning and upgraded us to the two bedroom villa with a private pool, which was much better.
The housekeeping was ok, a basic clean up daily.
I think with a bit more time and money invested into the hotel it could be absolutely fantastic, a few small changes could make such a difference.
Overall we had a nice week here, I would say manage your expectations and pay the extra money for the villa and you will have a good time. The staff are all really lovely and the scenery is beautiful.
Probably a week is too long unless you plan to do day trips out and about or have your own transport.

Only water park for kids and staff were good people. Thanks to them.
I was in villa A03.The room was dirty specially the shower. clothes cabinets was very old and dirty and broken woods . Didnt feel good at all sleeping on that bed.Just one side bed table. Few tissues .no safe box. Window door was broken felt room was not safe to leave my passport and money. Lizard in house. Broken wall paints in ground and black dirt in corners .seems they didn’t prepare room for guest at all. Reached there at 10 pm had no choice just to sleep for the night but check out next day and didn’t complete my other night and wasted my time.didn’t go to see Tabanan and went back to my previous hotel in Ubud.to be fare with them I Paid for 1 night which I should have not paid since it was not at all the same as the photo net and clean.

Basic but out of the huddle of the city. Nice and quiet
A little dated and the room layout was bizarre with no lounge area and kitchen had no cleaning items and lacked any eating items like plates etc.

The Resort has wonderful pool facilities (with waterslides) and a restaurant overlooking a paddyfield in a beautiful Balinese pavilion. The villa is large (2 bedrooms and a seating area) and has a small courtyard. It's reasonably priced and if you're happy to chill and sit by the pool with your family or whoever, and maybe have a drink it's a nice place to relax for a couple of days. The waterpark is especially good for children.
The Resort was clearly very beautiful at some point, but is much more run-down now. The paint is peeling off the walls, the towels, while I'm sure clean, are stained, and the kitchen is entirely empty apart from a tea/coffee station. I think because the location is not central there are not as many guests as might enable them to make improvements.

we got a good price for a weekly stay.
In total, we have wasted money and time. the property is far away from all places of interest, and it’s hard to get there and get out unless you have your own vehicle. Grab doesn’t work there, and the hotel driver charges a fortune.
Their restaurant had no fresh fruits or juices whatsoever and very limited selection of meals. We were sick of hearing “No!” to every item on the menu. Breakfast was a joke - tiny portions, nothing fresh, had to wait ages for the food.
Rooms very fine but due to the heat outside you are better off with a villa with own pool as the main pool was crowded and unclean.
We ran away from there the next morning.

Leaving here
This hotel was not a pleasant experience. We ordered an airport transfer that never came. We were put in a room that we didn’t book. We added on breakfast that never happened and the room wasn’t ready for us when we arrived at midnight. The sheets were old and covered in stains. The shower leaked in every direction. They let us in and realised the door was broken so then early hours sent someone to repair. Just a nightmare stay not what we booked at all.

I've stayed at Umadhatu a couple of times with family and had a comfortable stay every time. The bedrooms & dining/living space are spacious - perfect for family stay. We enjoyed using the pool and wondering around the property as it offers beautiful views.
It could be due to the location, humidity, etc but there are some spotting of molds and moss in the bedrooms. Perhaps regular aeration and slight renovation might help with this issues.

Great place for kids. The slides are a bit old but it's fine and the place has several entertaining things to offer. We stayed in the villa and then staff was friendly. Good value for price.
Several things bothered me in this place. First of all the breakfast is a joke. They only had 3 things. Fried noodles, white rice and a bit of fruit. They also didn't let us sit in the main Cafe for breakfast but instead put us in some old dirty side part of the property. Also we took their pizza deal for lunch. Another joke. The pizza does not have the toppings that are listed on the menu! Much less and very small. So they are tricking you into taking their pizza deal (buy one get one for free) and then give you a pizza that costs almost nothing to make with almost no toppings . I complained about the toppings from the menu not being present on the pizza and they basically said that's how it's made. What an idiotic way of handling a complaint. Never eating pizza there again, and you shouldn't either...

Unfortunately it would appear that Covid has taken its toll on this place. It was run-down, a little dirty, unkempt inside the units, the food wasn't nice at all.
Would have all been acceptable for a much lower price, however this was the worst and most expensive that we stayed at in a two week trip (staying in 10 different places).

Kind staff
I was very disappointed and shocked after entering the bedroom. Strong smell in the bedroom. Maybe mold. The color is falling from the wall. This resort won't last long due to corona I guess.
