Great location, just moments from the harbour and lovely lanes of Honfleur. Decent shower.
Not a loft, but more like a converted garage (complete with corrugated roof - noisy when rains or seagulls March across!). Very basic facilities and decor. Take an eye mask - curtains either not there or ineffective and lots of light from the skylights.
Fine for one night but wouldn’t fancy staying much longer.

Location was great
I booked this place at the beginning of May to travel in August. The manager emailed to ask if we needed parking, but for many reasons I didn’t see the question until about three weeks later. I did answer it then - it was still May. Didn’t hear from them until a day before our arrival - apparently, because I didn’t answer their question right away, parking was not available. For mid-August? At the end of May? I don’t buy it. When i said I was unhappy about it, the concierge advised me to just cancel the booking. The apartment was ok, but the sink/shower and toilet with a tiny sink were two separate rooms, on either end of the apartment. The toilet room didn’t have soap or a towel. We had to pay extra for bed linens and towels - that is not mentioned in the description. The spiral staircase in the middle of the place is bizarre - it is the only way to get to the bedrooms, and it is relatively narrow - I am a size Small/Medium, and I felt slightly cramped when I had to use it. The staircase is in the pictures, so pay attention to it.

Location was great, loft was very clean. There were a lot of kitchen utilities. It has a smart tv with netflix.
Basic facilities were missing, like soap, shampoo etc. You have to pay for sheets and towels in cash when you arrive. The loft had a weird smell. We did not get the one in the photo, in ours, toilet was not in the bathroom but was separate. The garbage bin smelled like something rotten was in it and had to put it outside and it was not replaced. Wi-fi reception was almost non-existent, it cannot connect when we were in the bedrooms only at the entrance with 1-2 bars.

Location was great
Towels and Sheets for the bed were extra costs.. Surely you always need sheets?

Great location. Right in the heart of Honfleur.
The entrance was a bit dark, dirty, and “sketchy” to get to the front door. The apartment was minimal and older. The roof/ceiling was very thin. We woke up to the pigeons walking along the roof and the “tapping” noises on the metal roof, woke us up in the morning.

The apartment is very central, spacious and clean. done recently. beds were super confortable. kitchen well equipped.
we enjoyed our stay as it was just one night. if it were longer the following would have been a bit disturbing: small beds (140cm), tiny windows very high in the wall so we could not see outside, we could hear the noise from the street.

EXCELLENT location (close to a free parking space, very close to the harbor as well as generally anything you could want to see)
The shower room and toilet are separate, so they can both be used at the same time
Honestly, it felt to everyone as if this apartment had the bare minimum to allow profit.
- The host asked for 10€ per person per bed linen (...what?), and 3€/person for towels. This is just to use them. We brought our own, and this information is on the page, but like many others, we missed it, so be warned.
- Parking was too tight for our car, even though it was technically also for bigger vehicles (host was very patient and allowed us a refund for that cost; however, the cost itself was weird, as it's stated to be 7€, and upon initial (accidental) refusal, when re-offered it was 5€ per night)
- The stairs are uncomfortable and felt dangerous; the glass floor in the loft might be visibly nice but can be quite scary if you have a fear of heights.
- One of the rooms has a window that is basically impossible to open (too high to reach)
- The stove was hard to operate and some of the pots apparently didn't work with it?
- Limited hot water in the shower
- No windows anywhere downstairs; there is only one working window in the entire house and if you want a change of air, you need to leave the door open
- The rain was VERY noisy. This is not a normal rain level of noise. The roof is constructed in some kind of way that amplifies the noise and it genuinely sounded as if it was going to cave in at several points.
- Toilet seat felt unstable and we were worried the heavier members of the family might break it just by sitting
- Furniture had several marks etc.
Except for the location, it was generally an unpleasant stay for the family

Location is fantastic, right on the edge of everything.
The stairs were not easy to navigate, particularly with your hands full.

Beds were confortable
Localization
We had to pay for bed linen and towels, wich sounded unreasable for renting a place to sleep only. Info about that is informed too discretely in my opinion.
The shower was cold, so make sure to ask support about that
The flat is not cozy at all

location, apartment itself was big and clean. two spacy bedrooms.
it was very cold inside. water was so cold that it was impossible to take a shower. host asked extra money for bed linens and towels.

great place, modern, small parking lot but free and provided, great price, great location
the stair a bit hard to walk up and down not to mention to get the bag up to the bedroom however we didnt bring it up so it wasnt a problem for us, one down side for us would probably the limited hot water for shower, because we unaware of it we shower in quite cold water

The apartment looked modern, but the service was inappropriate: There was no toilet paper, the coffee machine was dirty, the wifi was cut off in the morning, the heater temperature was limited (heater display was locked, so we couldn’t change it) and we were freezing all evening and night (having been soaked in rain water a whole day). Due a corrugated iron roof the rain at night was extremely noisy and disturbed our sleep. Besides they charged additional costs for bed sheets (10€ per bed), which you couldn’t see at the website at first sight. In our opinion this is an unfair business advantage compared to those hosts who offer them included. This way, the price we payed was higher than expected. On top of that they tried to sell a parking space, without informing us that there is free parking not far away. All in all we think this place is all about money making and comfort isn’t valued. We don’t recommend this place.

Location brilliant
The stairs plus the shower flooded the apartment

Good location near the harbour and restaurants, and friendly staff
200€ a night for a place that doesn’t even have windows or a view downstairs is steep. We should’ve rather gotten a hotel room. The walls and table were also damaged, full of broken spots and holes. Also not enough facilities - only one dish towel, no salt, no dishwasher. And the front door opens into a smoke-filled enclosed alleyway pulled back from the street. All in all, rather unpleasant when you think about the price.

Very nice and helpful host who gave us great recommendations for restaurants

Walls are a little bit thin.

comfortable, spotless, good beds
The loft was very clean, but lacked windows (only in the roof), no outside space, but good for a short stay.
4.6 / 5.0
Location and it was clean. Shower was good.
The 'extra' charges. Price on site said including taxes etc. but we got charged the tourist tax extra, then was plus for the bedding and towels. Shower room could do with a better extractor fan.
