Good for short stay

View and location

The ventilation - the is no air at this place it took over 24 hours to get the place to cool down and the second ac stops - it’s hot and stuffy again. It’s a bad ventilation planning

Not comfortable with out air conditioning

Nice ocean view plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked with basics.

The air conditioner was broken it dripped water onto the daybed and my open suitcase all got my clothing wet. After a day in the sun at Culebra, we didn't need or want to be sweating all night without air conditioning it was miserable.

Great ocean front condo

Location,, ocean front, private parking, 24 hrs security guard, multiple water activities, local restaurants, multiple touristic places closer by like el yunque the National Forest and much more.

For security reasons, a double set of keys should be provided to avoid locked family members in case not all go out at the same time. Or it could be changed the internal locked to a regular locked system (butterfly)

Magical view of the water!

The proximity to the water and the view was AMAZING! The sound of the waves put me to sleep. Additionally, it was in walking distance to some water excursions and restaurants.

Beautiful Views from the Balcony

The view from the balcony was amazing. Close to park area where bio bay tours depart from. On site parking with security guard. Several restaurants very close and adjacent to park area.

Online pictures of the outside were a bit deceiving and were of the complex next door. Building is pretty old and unattractive. Could have used a few more amenities like a normal coffee maker, wash clothes for the shower, hand towels for the bath and kitchen, soap for the shower.

The apartment is clean & spacious. The view is beautiful. The restaurant strip was fantastic.

I enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony. The studio apartment was nice and spacious which made you forget it was a studio.

The lights went out 2x leaving us with no ac for about 2-3 hours due to nearby street work.
