Our first-floor unit (No Steps at All) has Three-bedrooms, Two-full baths, full size laundry, fully equipped kitchen, sleeps 8.
Our condo is a first-floor unit (no steps at all) and very well maintained. Smart TVs in all Bedrooms and Living room, clean bed linens and King master bedroom and full bath with 2 twin single bedrooms and shared pool is less than 80 feet away with the hot tub. Unit has 1,350 square feet of space to spread out in or relax on the screened in porch. Just 1 mile off route 501 and only 8-minutes to the beach. Very clean bathrooms with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Located near a Golf Course. Convenient to all attractions, and Wi-Fi included.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was comfortable and as described. This was our 2nd time staying here and look forward to coming again. Only negative is the living room TV needs repairing. It probably would've matter as much if we weren't in the condo a lot due to the tropical storm. Otherwise great stay and the host is very responsive

My family love this condo with the space needed, 15 minutes from the beach, 10 mins from airport, and close to food and stores! I would recommend and rent again. Thanks Myron you have beautiful location and will look forward to coming back again.

We rented this condo last year. The owner responded to my email ASAP. The AC unit went out, and the owner got it fix within 3 hours. Keep in mind it was a Saturday ,and after hours. I really appreciate that since I’m very hot natured, in we were in Myrtle Beach.

This condo was super clean. Very well equipped for cooking. Close to pool. The pond outside the front door had turtles and ducks. Thanks for a great stay. It felt like home. Only 10 min drive to all the attractions we visited.

Love the location. It is close to most attractions, stores and restaurants. My kids loved having access to the pool coming back from other activities in the area. The apartment was super comfortable and well air conditioned. It felt homey.

Everything was as said online. Great price and was very quiet. Very nice resort. It is a little off the beaten path but was perfect for us. My only suggestion is treat for insects as there were quit a few and fix the little things that are broken. Nothing that would stop us from staying again. It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

After a speed bump with checkin, everything was great! The previous renters did not leave on time and they trashed the place. The cleaning ladies were wonderful! They worked for hours while we were there trying to get everything perfect. Even offered to come back the next day and clean more. It is in a great location. Outside of the business of MB yet close enough to go where ever we chose in about 20 mins. My boys loved feeding the turtles and fish in the lond right beside the condo.

I booked this as a place for me and my 6 friends to celebrate our friend's upcoming wedding. We used it for our golfing bachelor weekend. It was a perfect location for golfing and near the beach. Clean rooms and plenty of amenities. Incredible price for what you get and where it is. Would 100% book there again and recommend to anyone.

This was a beautiful place to stay and we would do it again. I just have one recommendation. I think you should add to your description that people need to bring their own 'beach' towels. Reading your note on the table when we got there that asked us NOT to use your towels for the pool left us in a predicament. It was also a little too late to have packed them. However, since we were flying, packing a bulky towel wouldn't have been great either. It might be a good idea to invest in a few towels labeled only for the pool. We had to go buy some and then cart them home. Other than that, awesome stay!

Property was wonderful! Air was already on when we got there. Clean and well taken care of. All necessities were met and our kids loved it too. We literally only had to bring ourselves. Everything else was provided. Of course once you run out of things like toilet paper and paper towels then you have to get those on your own but initially they were provided. It also helped that we were on the ground floor, so we didn’t have to carry things upstairs. Condo was pet friendly and we had a pond right outside our front door that had turtles n fish. We had a screened in porch off from the master bedroom that overlooked the golf course. Golfers close enough that they actually walked up and talked to us. We plan on staying there again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. We got there Before check in time and house keeping was still cleaning.. They were very sweet ladies... The place was very clean!! And we took the extra effort to leave the unit the way it was when we arrived.. leaving those sweet ladies nothing to do but put clean linen on the beds.. we vacuumed, and cleaned that unit as if it were our home.. we will stay there again

Wow. What an absolutely beautiful property. I can tell you from the time we started the process with Myron, until the time we walked out the door, everything was perfect and easy. The house is spacious enough for 6 guys on a golf trip or for a very large family. The house was clean, the pool was close, and the community was centrally located. We can't wait to use this condo again. Thanks again for the great experience and we will highly recommend to anyone who wants to know where to stay in Myrtle Beach.
