About this house rental
About 12 KM from CBD, the house is overlooking a natural forest inhabited by small beautiful monkeys. The house is fully-furnished and has 3 downstairs bedrooms fitted with natural wood corset.
It has a big seating area with one set of leather couches, a marvel coffee table and another set of Italian wide arm rest couches and a hard glass coffee table, the dining has an 8 seat mahogany round table.
The open kitchen is fitted with mahogany cabinets with marble stone working tops, a 6 cooker gas and electrical cooker. The ground floor has toilet and bath room white tiled from floor to ceiling. The upper floor has a master bed room fitted with 6 walk in corset. It has a big bath room/toilet. The upper floor also has a private gym, and a sauna. We also have a private bar and an open balcony to seat 20 people.
The house is well secured with electric fence, security guards, and alarm systems. The house is built on a hilly area and the compound is well landscaped, it also has a natural permanent river transversing it which is ideal for riverside night bonfires and picnics. We also have 3 small beautiful residence dogs.
