Yannis and Alexandra are wonderful hosts and Kalimera studios are just perfect

The property is in a prime location for the shops and restaurants

I would have liked the room to be cleaned and fresh towels given more than every 4 days 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel are just not enough although they did empty the bins every day

Great location, helpful owners, accommodation and cleanliness to high standards.

Friendly and helpful owners. Highest of cleaning standards. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Air conditioning and wi-fi excellent. Great location for both Moraitika Main Street and beach.

From the entrance, the welcome, the accommodation, the pool, the wonderful hosts Alexandra and Iouannis - there was nothing not to like. The apartments and surroundings were kept spotlessly clean and the location was excellent for both the beach and facilities there and the shops and restaurants. A superb and utterly charming place to stay.

I didn’t like the fact that we had to leave!

Very happy!

Lovely welcome, clean and whitewashed accommodation, good shower pressure with plenty of hot water, stylish seating areas outside rooms, easy parking, and short walk to restaurants and beach - and well-priced. We were very satisfied!

It was a shame the pool wasn't open in October, but we were allowed to use the bigger one at the apartments over the road, so no real problem.

Gerne immer wieder , einfach wunderbar.

Man ist sofort zu Hause . Alexandra und Iyannis sind wunderbare, liebevolle und aufmerksame Gastgeber . Es gibt außer des Balkons auch noch Terrassen auf denen man sich aufhalten kann. Man kann fußläufig alles im Ort erreichen . Der Strand ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt und der schönste . Wir waren 14 Tage dort und unser Mietwagen hatte einen eigenen Parkplatz.

Perfect stay with the nicest owners

Kalimera Studios does not only offer beautiful rooms, a pool and a nice sitting area but also solves all problems and makes your wishes come true. For example, I only sleep well with soft thin pillows. The first night I had troubles sleeping because I had a thick pillow. The next day I asked kindly and received a perfect one. We also had some troubles with the aircon which was fixed immediately. So, ask and receive help. The owners were always really nice and helpful. Besides that, we would recommend COOP for warm bread in the morning. Kalimera has a small kitchen. So, it’s super easy to prepare some breakfast. Additionally, we can recommend Zak’s Taverne. We went there two days in a row and had probably 8 Limoncello on the house 😂. Seriously, the whole town impressed us with kindness.

There was nothing wrong but a mosquito net could be helpful for the evenings. If not, the air conditioner is very good too, since it is located in the kitchen and doesn’t focus the bed.

Best place to stay in Moraitika.

Has everything you need, located in the best part of the area too. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants in the area. Aleksandra & Yannis go above and beyond for the guests anything you need they can sort, they can sort you taxi transport if needed as well. Property has lovely rooms with balcony’s, swimming pool out the back with sun loungers and parasols is a lovely addition especially after a hot day at the beach to cool down with some local wine from the coop supermarket 50m from your door. Air con is icy cold unlike many places in Greece these ones work perfect! Property is very clean and fresh it really is the place to be in my eyes in the area.

Exceptional

Kalimera is lovely and one of the best studios/apartments I have stayed in whilst visiting Greece. The location is perfect for beach, supermarket, restaurants, bars and bus stops. The studio was perfectly clean with lovely extra touches such as soap, washing-up liquid, tea towel, toilet roll etc. I have visited Greece many times and no other property offered these extras. Yannis and Alexandra are wonderful hosts and are always on hand to offer help, advice or just chat. The pool was lovely and clean and was well looked after, which was just like the whole place. Would definitely recommend to any traveller, young or old for long or short stays to stay at Kalimera. téleios kai chalarotikó

Excellent location and hosts!

Excellent location, just a stroll into town or down to the beach. Hosts, Yannis and Alexsandra, were very friendly, helpful with excellent recommendations. Pool area and outdoor seating was great, enjoyed cards and meals outside. Terrace was really nice too. Also, beds and pillows were so comfortable.

Bathrooms were small, but that is typical for Europe.

Beautiful bougainvillea

We stayed here for 3 nights, the studio was really lovely, very clean and in a great location. A very easy walk to beautiful beaches, taverna's and shops. The building and apartments are well cared for by the owners who clearly take pride in their business. The owner is lovely and helpful.

Not a criticism by any means. A little bar by the swimming pool would be great or maybe an option to purchase beverages and snacks in the reception. A washing machine facility would be great.

Very enjoyable

Excellent location, close to beach, numerous restaurants and local bus stops. Lovely bakery for breakfast 2 mins walk. Wonderful hosts who were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

bright, airy, spotlessly clean, pretty classic Greek accommodation. fantastic location, 2 min walk to the town and beach. the hosts are just wonderful, so nice and helpful. will definitely being going back to stay again! highly recommend!

perfect stay, perfect accomodation with the best hosts and cleaning lady :)

everything about the property was superb, even before we arrived - there was some delay at Stansted and Aleksandra was on hand on support at this point, we were met on arrival and the stay was perfect. We had all the equipment to make it a home from home experience- perfectly located near to the beach and the high street also.

we loved everything about the property and the attention to detail!

Exceptional

it's a lovely place, perfect for families. it's quiet, clean and with a nice pool. It is ideally centrally located in the island which allowed us to visit easily the north and south of the island. Aleksandra and Yannis are sweet! They are very attentive with their guests and it's really enjoyable. They're also very resourceful and helped us to book activities we wanted to do. They gave us great advise for restaurants, island destinations, boat rentals and taxis. We’re looking forward to going back to kalimera studios for our next vacation with our family.

Fantastic location very close to the beach, and with plenty of options for eating out. The apartment and communal areas are spotlessly clean. Yannis and Aleksandra could not be more helpful and did everything possible to make our stay a great one. We hope we can return one day.

Good

The hosts were very nice and welcoming. The location was very good, close to the beach, restaurants, bakery, supermarkets, yet secluded. The AC was very good too.

The bathrooms were very small and old. The shower was terrible. Cleaning only after the 4th day was not enough especially because there aren't any cleaning supplies in the apartments. The WiFi wasn't very good.

Perfect stay in Moraitika

The positive attitude of the hosts - Alexandra and Yannis. The good location of the property, near the main road of Moraitika, close to taverns, bakery, shops, pharmacy, everything :-) Very close to the beach.

Great location

The location is excellent, near the beach, restaraurants and shops but still very relaxed and quiet.The owners were very helpful when we had questions and when we needed to rent a car.

I can´t say anything else that was negative.

Yannis met me when I arrived at about 06 in the morning :-)

The veranda could have been a little bit larger, and it could have been plastic chairs at room 13 - not only stools. Everything else was excellent.

Lovely Apartment in a great location.

Excellent location, clean, very friendly and helpful owners, good value for money. Pool is spotless.

Only tiny criticism would be a lack of large glasses/cups, but this is hardly noticeable.

Very fresh, cozy and clean rooms and common areas. It was a lot better than the photos and very calm. The people working there are extremely nice and helpful. Great value for money and would highly recommend!

Amazing! Yannis and Aleksandra are exceptional hosts-we will be back!

The property is modern but in keeping with traditional Greek style, the bright white and blues and all of the flowers surrounding the property really stand out! The small pool area with sunbeds is peaceful and clean. The rooms are everything you need for the price, all equipped with en-suite, fridge/freezer small hob and kettle, toastie maker and cutlery. Fresh sheets and towels most days and spotlessly clean. The property is in such a good location exactly half way in between the beach and the hillside village and shops, nothing is more than 20 mins walk away, while beach is only 5 mins away! Local supermarket is also a 2 min walk. Some amazing Tavernas nearby-Bella vista at the top of the hill being our personal favourite-the walk up is steep but only 15 mins!

Great stay !

Beautiful apartment with a nice swimming pool area. Right next to the beach and supermarket and other restaurants. Easy to get into old town etc with car but also next to a bus stop. The owners are very welcoming and help with anything you need. Rooms cleaned often and they have a car park for easy parking. Would definitely book again and recommend.
