easy access - parking available - comfortable rooms
the restaurant menu is limited and doesn't change often

The area of the hotel is amazing 🤩 very calm pleasant place surrounded by forest near the beaches, 2 playgrounds for kids, spa section very nice, tennis court... Fast and kind reception staff...

Free parking, quiet relaxing stay, dog friendly (they provide you with accessories for your dog)
Further from beach then expected, view over factories from the room

it might not look as much from the outside but by goodness! inside was absolutely stunning!!!! from the facilities to the restaurant to the rooms, to be honest I would happily not leave the room it was so lovely!
we loved everything so there is absolutely nothing we didn’t like!

Rooms well designed, and friendly staff. We actually preferred smaller standard double room to the suite as it felt warmer and well designed. Nice choice of soft furnishings.(unfortunately some of them stained). Glass picture on the wall nice idea.. as looks great but is it safe? Not sure..
Although remotely positioned hotel I didn't see much connection between design in the suite and poppy's on the ceiling lit up,image of the cow chewing , on the back of the telly.. We get it, meaning close to nature ...but with led light and white clinical look it lost me.led light around to warm up the room great but suite has in general very cold , office like feel. I know it's kept white for the purpose of colour to do the job, but lack of soft furnishings feels less special and less comfortable. Office like ceiling makes it feel very cold. Room is more fun for the kids because they like to change the colours on the led lights. Bathroom also is better in the standard double room. Impossible to watch telly from the bed in the suite, too close to the bed and can't be tilted up-down. I'd recommend hanging it off the ceiling past the pillar. Somewhere before the couch.
Even though everyone was friendly there was a lack of service. From the reception to restaurant to housekeeping.
We chose hotel because of its location to the Sea and swimming pool. On arrival we were told swimming pool was "under construction"we asked for bikes and we were told about mountain bikes for €21.50pp ,even though the card in the room said 9.50 starting from the normal bicycle. We didn't get a chance to get on mountain bikes, which were the only one mentioned at the reception, overpriced, as there was no available bikes. But when we went to our room we could see 3 non mountain bikes from our bedroom window, in the shed, only in the door opening of the cabin/container, possibly more were inside. When we again approached reception we were told one bike has a flat tyre, rest they don't have keys to, because some customers didn't give back the keys etc... which I can understand but there was no good attitude, like " let me go and check" or " I'll have a look for you.." ..and what are the maintenance staff for?? To allow so many bikes sitting there not being fixed? We we're willing to pay for 4overpriced mountain bikes.. we couldn't get them.
Then We asked how far is to the sea and we were told it's 4km to the beach which we'd be more happy to go on the bikes with kids to explore. But we didn't explore the area because of lack of bikes. We asked later about the bikes but the same story..we felt just brushed off.
We asked at the reception where it is closest to the beach, but there wasn't much help, we asked if rockanje has nice beach,we were told yes you can go to rockanje, and we drove but we were looking for it for quite a while. As it wasn't straight forward and signage on the roads confusing,we felt like we were breaking the law as we felt we maybe drove to someone's private property.. but we eventually got to the seaside..

It wasn’t mention on booking.com that the pool is not functional. it was not mentioned that guests have to pay separately for sauna.

Great rooms, quite luxurous, very clean, nice view, very nice swimming pool (free use) and lovely dinner. All in a versatile surrounding (sea, forest, industry).

Facilities were excellent. Pool, sauna and massage fabulouse. Staff were excellent from check in to the entire stay.
There wasn't anything to dislike. Apart from the rain, but hey the hotel can't control the weather.

It was a modern comfy room. The location was near a walking area.
I had a nice relaxing massage from Karin from Lavande.
And the staff was friendly and helpful.

room was clean.
annoying single beds that moved around. thin walls so could hear neighbours. ate the most disgusting chicken burger I’ve ever had in the restaurant

Nice room, I could connect my Bluetooth on the room soundsystem.
Nice surroundings to walk
Nice to have a jacuzzi in the Pool

It was a pretty comfortable room with a good bed and stuff for making tea/coffee, good breakfast. We liked the location of the hotel: supermarket is not far by foot and very beatiful village to walk there. We drove by car to the beach, so I can't say how close it is if you go there by foot/bicycle.
We had an upleasant smell of the canalization in the bathroom. If you don't close the door, you will smell it in the whole room. Also, we had a view on the roof and pipes but it wasn't a big problem during night that we spent there.

Location was good, Bluetooth link to sound system was good but volume could not be turned up. Room lighting multicoloured control and was impressive. Bike store facilities
Poor decor in bedroom, marks on walls - stains on bedroom furniture. Feature Light display above bed brightness could not be altered. Black paint on ceilings in bathroom and toilet , poor quality painting. Lack of any draw space for clothing and wardrobe space was poor and lack of hangers. Wall corner had damage marks on it. Cracks in plasterwork around door frames. Had problems with food, meals not warm enough on occasions. Staff did not really care when we mentioned it. Food presented not as listed on the menu. Very basic menu one night, not warned about this when we booked. Breakfast items ran out and had to stand and wait for them to be replaced. Pancakes left to dry out without being replaced. Lots of workers staying and evening meals in just jeans and tea shirts did not give a good image. Cleaning in bedroom was not great. Restaurant cleaning basic look like it needed a deep clean.

the receptionist was very kind and friendly
we couldn’t stay out at the night and we must spend the night in our rooms because everything closes too early, even when we tried to stay on the chairs near the hotel we couldn’t because they claimed that people want to sleep and we are making noise but in fact we were just playing cards and it was already the weekend (Friday and Saturday) so we don’t want to sleep early 🤨

very nice with good utilities
for the massages it would be great to have more massages beds and not just one.

Service in the restaurant was poor, having to ask three times whilst waiting an hour to be served my supper.
