It was a perfect place to regroup after a lot of travelling. It was quiet well organised and the staff always friendly and efficient.
I didn’t not like anything and I have travelled a lot.

excellent and very friendly service! Everything was done with care and love.

Good Location, beautiful garden
Poor breakfast, full parking, poor and noisy AC,

Staff friendly
Initial night we arrived as restaurant was closing. They served us broiled simple childrens pasta which was unacceptable. Initially we had a room looking over parking lot. For 500euros a night disappointing. They did switch us though after we complained.

Nothing. very expensive and unhelpful staff.
Very expensive, staff are very rude and unhelpful.
No elevator
to bring a paid coffee to your room you have to pay 11 euro extra as service charge!!. there is no coffee machine and not even a kittle!

Staff, rooms/bed, patio, beach access, pool. Mario, in the bar, was the best server we’ve ever met.
Water pressure and temperature was variable

The hotel and its surroundings are beautiful. We loved the pool area and the serenity of the place, it had a feel of stepping back in time. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful! It was a very relaxing place to stay and we did have a lovely long weekend. The beaches close to the hotel are gorgeous!
It is a bit out of town so not many options around you for food so you are confined to the hotel and the lunch menu is expensive. The food was good but simple and could have been much more affordable for what it was, especially compared to other hotels and restaurants in the area. The bar staff were very helpful and attentive though. Dinner was ok but again very expensive (fine dining style costs) for what you get. We were sat inside where the breakfast buffet usually is and the whole room felt a bit awkward and quiet. We ate in town for the other nights though and loved it! A taxi to town will cost EUR20 each way.

Great staff, great location with a beautiful little beach only a few metres away from the hotel and pool. Peaceful.
Struggling to find anything, my room was a bit small and the communal areas need a little more colour. Nothing else!

loved the location and feeling of space. great value
felt the room was slightly jaded.

Location of the Hotel is fabulous. It is great that sun beds are for free. The Hotel has a spacious garden, with nice trees and plants. There are two restaurants, one is for breakfast and dinner and the other for the rest of the day.
We could smell a musty smell in the room, bathroom needs renovation. Massage was more expensive than stated in catalog.

place to relax and rest with some beautiful beaches nearby.

The hotel has fantastic facilities, the beach is very clean and safe, the pool and landscapes are well maintained, the rooms are spacious but could use with a minor refresh. The reception and bar staff were very good and helpful, quite the opposite of the restaurant staff.
Breakfast was good, lunch was OK, and dinner was consistently bad.
The chef was trying too hard with the menu, fillet with chocolate sauce was the worse offender, we struggled every day to find something we like (and we are not fussy eaters).
They offer two menus, the a-la-carte and the special menu, you're not allowed to mix from both even when you offer to pay them over two separate bills.
The restaurant staff are good except for the the waiter with the glasses, unfortunately for us he was the one serving us the most and he never explains the dish to you, he just serves it, I think he must have been feeling very stressed because he was rude to us for our entire stay, luckily enough there are good restaurants outside the hotel so our vacation wasn't ruined by him, and the superb bar and reception staff means this is something that is not normalised in the hotel, just one bad apple ruining it for everyone.

Wonderful property - very quiet, relaxing. It is a small boutique hotel, very luxurious and comfortable.
The level of service is amazing!
Large and comfortable rooms, great terrace.
Not far from Villasimius and very close to the Marina.
The evening restaurant is not good. Prices are very high and the quality of the food is very average.
Small bathroom.
Beach is not completely private.

I liked the beach and how close and clean it was.
The staff were unpleasant and rude. The vibe is super weird. The discrimination in treatment ( as I am in my early twenties or maybe because I am black, the priority went always to older people ) to be interrupted by the reception by another client and to get left in hold until the others are good. For breakfast a table next to me had a bottle of water so I did the same and got a bottle for on my table ) the waiter came and took it off and I insisted I was really thirsty and feeling sick, he was like “ these are the rules “ but apparently the rules don’t apply on everyone there.Being suspicious by sending 3 waiters in the same moment, a matter of 30 minutes to check my room number felt awkward as i was the only one asked THREE TIMES SAME moment.
The night before my last day spent it crying, tthere was a dinner and went to book a table for myself ( one personne ) and they told me it wasn’t possible so I spoke with manager ( as the bar was closed too ), so no drinks nor food for me. The manager told me that it was “ Of course “ possible and apologised and then I busted out crying and explained everything to the him but he has done nothing to make it up to me. I was SUPER HAPPY TO LEAVE THIS PLACE !
4.0
The generous size of the bedrooms, with simple but comfortable furnishings. The layout of 1st floor rooms overseeing the gardens and pool with the sea in the background.
The pool and garden installation with sunbeds, towels and hammocks, with lifeguards and staff making sure everything is perfect at all times. The intimate and secluded aspect of the property, you never feel like the hotel runs at full capacity even during one of the busiest times of the year (ferragosto weeks) The proximity to the lovely semi private creek beach with its sun beds.
The attentive and kind service and the politeness of the staff, who made sure every day we felt catered to all our needs.
The main dinner restaurant offering a limited menu of only good but high end cuisine. Definitely lacking options for lighter / simpler dishes (e.g. no salads, or option of garnishes, few vegetarian options, only gastronomic creations with a long list of ingredients or “revisited” recipes). Also very pricey.
Definitely not a menu adapted for a family with children under a certain age or for a longer stays than a couple of days. Nonetheless the staff was lovely in arranging for some exceptions for myself (vegetarian and pregnant) and kids options. The pool restaurant menu was a bit more varied and adapted to a beach resort but only available at lunch time.

big garden, good access to sea
terrible staff at restaurant (slow, disorganised, not attentive, not friendly). Food was average, got food poisoning from raw shrimps

Four different places to relax: at the sea, in the garden just near the sea, in a splendid garden , around the swimming pool
very friendly staff
the price- quality is high in comparision with the other parts of sardinie( costa esmeralda excluded-): 3 days in nord-est end of july castelsardo Baga-baga 609 euro booking 9, 3 days mid-east cardedu corte bianco 852 euro booking 9,2, 3 days mid-east countryside Su cologone 1104 euro booking8,6, and in hotel cala caterina 3 days 1500 euro booking 8,6

The breakfast could have more choices

Staff was very helpful, charming and available - without being too present. Definitely the strongest point.
Nature and cleanliness of the place (including tye fantastic garden) is top top.
Service at the pool is always a plus and it is located in a little paradise - close to everythibg but secluded enough to keep quiet.
I would recommend it without thinking twice - probably on a semi-pension though.
Restaurant is too expensive for the quality of the food served in my opinion. Most likely it is better when taking the semi-pension scheme.
Breakfast also we found some morning that the viennnoiseries were dried (probably from the day before) and pitchers of the juices not cleaned.
The bed and mostly the pillows are really not up to standards compare to the rest the hotel offers.
But that’s minor compare to the Pros this hotel offers.
4.5
Beautifully kept grounds next to a marine protected area with lots of wild life. Lots of little corners in the garden with choice of shade or sun, clean pool of good size, small beach right by the hotel or a larger beach 20 minutes walk away. Very friendly staff. Good food.
Very little not to like. Some of the beach furniture is a bit aged, and some of the bath installations were a bit wonky but nothing that really distracted from a very enjoyable stay.

Stunning location and layout of the outdoor beds on grounds and beach were perfect. Breakfast was excellent.
A kettle to make tea should be available to all rooms.
Rust on the balcony railings ruined a bikini and paint flaking off a balcony seat stained a pair of shorts.

The service in the restaurant was poor but the rest of the staff was excellent.

Food and freshness of fruit at breakfast. All courses at dinner were excellent

location, reception was very helpful. Thank you to Julia and Antonio for making our experience better.
First of all, this was my worst hotel experience in Italy. This hotel was not ready for international travelers. They claim it was a 4 star hotel, but does not meet any of those requirements. The pictures of the beach and hotel room did not match what I saw. Furthermore, the hotel management was awful and unhelpful.
Breakfast was very bad selection, extremely long line for food (5-10min), and waitstaff don’t speak English. For lunch/dinner at the restaurant, it was a similar problem. It was a very long wait to order food and to have the food given to us.
Room is equipped very weakly, with old equipment (doesn’t even have a kettle to make tea or get hot water).
Beach is dirty and has too many people. The hotel in total has horrible value, prices of a 5 star hotel but service not matching even a 3 star.

Grounds well kept and relaxing environment. Great beach access with own chairs.
3.5
Fantastic location and beautiful surroundings. My little man had lots of shaded areas to play around.
Rooms were clean and not overly hot at night.
The food in the half board is average for Italian standards, I think the lunch bar menu could be improved with a bit more variety.
There’s only limited spaces at the beach and swimming pool, frustrating having to rush down to take a spot
I think the venue has lots of potential and could be improved with a better management team.
4.0
nice private beach, friendly staff. Poor quality of the food, both breakfast and lunch
