El personal súper amable, limpieza, desayuno variado y la ubicación excepcional para conocer los principales sitios. Relación calidad-precio muy buena
Las vistas de la habitación eran a un patio de luces muy pequeño pero la habitación era muy luminosa

A good value option in Aranjuez. The breakfast was great value and the waiter super nice. The room was adequate, could do with updating, very dark walls and furniture. I saw that they were in the process of doing that
I booked a twin room and was given a double without any explanation. I should have said something immediately, but was too tired at that stage. The hotel did not appear to be full so I am unsure as to why I was not provided with the room type I reserved.
9.0
The cleanliness of the property and the facilities. We didn’t expect it to be 5 star but it is a lovely central Spanish hotel. The breakfast was a bonus as it was typically Spanish but plentiful. We highly recommend this hotel .
Nothing to complain about at all !

Really a great option for a couple of nights in Aranjuez. Fantastic location for the gardens. We got a parking space right outside. Staff really helpful and friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

Good location. Large room. Would be nice to have chairs on balcony so you can enjoy the street scene. Breakfast is really good
And service in breakfast room is exceptional. Jesus at front desk was very helpful with info on restaurants and offered to get reservations for us. Highly recommend this hotel.
Only downfall was the bath. Very large bathroom. Tub is jetted which I know many people love, but not great for older people. There are no hand bars or rubber mats for tub floor which can get slick. Trying to get out of tub which is also the shower was not comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, perfect location (plus free parking in the hotel’s street).
Furniture maybe a bit old, but still cozy. Weak wifi signal from our room.

Situated in the heart of the town. Although no on site parking there was parking available on the side street outside the hotel which was very convenient. Plenty of tapas bars and restaurants within walkikng distance. We were only there for one night but there would have been plenty to do if staying longer
Nothing

Beds are comfortable. The door that opens to balcony (in twin room) is very nice. Heating is comfortable. Breakfast is yummy, just enough to start the day.
Room with double bed for one person is a little small, but for 1 night stay, it does not matter much.

Proximity to the Principe garden and the royal palace. Only in Aranjuez 24 hours. Didn't do it justice.
Nothing!

The young lady on reception when we arrived was lovely and very helpful and we booked breakfast for 8.45 a little later than the time we would usually depart so I remember it quite clearly. Parking was difficult but managed to grab a space right outside. Room was clean and comfortable. Very well placed hotel in a lovely town, with just a short walk to town centre and multiple bars. Nice bar restaurant immediately outside hotel. After a night's sleep I was going to give the hotel at least a score of 9 out of 10 or 5 stars. However things went pear shaped, see next section
In the morning we took some things down to our car and although it was 10 minutes early I went into the breakfast area. Although there were empty tables, nobody queuing and a buffet I was told rather abruptly by the woman there to come back in 10 minutes. Not necessary IMO but fair enough - I was early. Went back at the appointed time and she refused to let us in saying something in rapid Spanish and pointing at her list. There were even more empty tables at this point. A small 'discussion' ensued with her shouting rudely and telling us to go away. In the end we sat at a table and helped ourselves to the buffet but only a croissant and juice each as we were so upset, instead of the leisurely breakfast we had intended. The whole thing was completely unnecessary and flies in the face of the old adage that the customer is always right, especially when we were but even if we hadn't been this was totally unnecessary. I had hoped to have a longer stay at the hotel at some time to explore this beautiful town but sadly there is very little that would persuade me to use this hotel again while that rude and awful woman is still there. Such a shame
