Location
There is a large fan outside which thorns on and off constantly throughout the day and night, making sleeping almost impossible

The location in the middle of the Picos. Off the beaten track village. Staff very good and good sense of humour! Parking available opposite.
No air con. Quite hot in room and bathroom.

The lady host was very welcoming and went out of her way to assist even though there were language barriers. There is ample parking across from the hotel with a dedicated parking area. The place is very picturesque.

Lovely, friendly and relaxed place to stay in a perfect location for us - walking from the door, close to lots of other great locations, including Potes. The restaurant food was delicious and high quality; the breakfast was really nice and set us up for the day. Muchos gracias !

The hotel looked very pretty and the location was lovely.
ne of our party's meals did not turn up. Also we were presented with a gas burner, a large frying pan, a plate of raw meat and were expected to cook this ourselves! Had this been explained to us, it would not have been a problem, but it was a bit of a surprise. Breakfast consisted of a slice of cake, some stale bread and that was about it.

The hotel was comfortable and very clean. It was very pretty with lovely views.
Prices for drinks were high compared to all other areas of Spain. Staff spoke little English so ordering dinner was difficult and location meant it would have been difficult to go out.
Breakfast very poor value and the man serving tried to charge me again for breakfast even though it was included in price. I had to get out my paperwork to show him. Also happened to another group member.

Nice place, nice location. Some authentic atmosphere.
We choose this location based on Booking, com reviews, but actually we think there are better value for money places around Potes in Picos de Europe. The room was quite expensive for an attic room without balcony (and no garden to sit as well). We asked on the spot for something more convenient, but that was impossible. The reviews suggested good food, but our experience was that the breakfast was rather minimal and the dinner not exciting. Better go to e.g. Casa Cayo in Potes for a great dinner experience. Anyway, we stayed there, loved the location, will definitely return to this region as it is beautifull, but will look for something different then.

Perfect location away from noise. Family hotel and eager to please. Casual and comfortable.
Only ONE plug in the bedroom next to only one side of bed for light, mobile phone and any other electric accessory you may have. Like many hotels you have to climb into the bath to shower so not ideal for people with mobility problems.

super cute and quaint. lovely breakfast. really a great feel for a lovely cabin in the mountains. highly recommend!
the shower is probably the worst shower we’ve had but mearly because of its size, incredibly small. but not worth deciding to not come because of it.

great location, quiet, traditional lodging, excellent food

Location is great - very quiet and nice views. We had a brilliant evening meal - a special menu del noche which they did for the three of us. Involved cooking our own steak over a skillet on the table which was good fun and the steak was amazing quality. Nice sized rooms and ensuits.
Bed was a bit hard. Balcony didn't have the view I expected but was nice. Bathroom shower in our room ok but small in my Sister's room. Bar could be more welcoming, was partly taken up by a table with paperwork etc on it. There is a small reception area but the nicest room is up on the first floor and the trek back and for to the bar would be a pain.

We loved the location, views, and cleanliness of the hotel! The little town is very small but very charming with incredible views of the Picos, we even hiked around and met the local dogs, cows, sheep, etc. which was fun and beautiful. Additionally, the owners were extremely helpful and kind, despite a language barrier. Overall, a wonderful stay and experience.
Nothing to complain about!
