My recollection is that Booking.com says it has a restaurant. No. Only a bar. And no breakfast.

Well located, clean, very friendly staff, really good croissants for breakfast ;)

We stayed here for 1 night on our Camino Way. We got basic amenities, good overall. Room looks a little bit old, but it makes some atmosphere, no problems with that. We took breakfest for very resonable price and it was good, you can choose drink and croissant/toast/ some cake and take some fruits, great option for pilgrims, especially for that price.

The hotel sits on the Camino route so it was a perfect location. Nice room comfortable and very good value. Breakfast was excellent and included the best coffee so far on our trip.
The room was hot so could do with a fan and the noise from the street meant you couldn’t open the window.

Nice older hotel,good location.
Our room was at the back, window to courtyard, a little musty smelling. Tired.

The owner was incredible to attend to us and make our check in smooth and easy. The room was perfect for our stay during the Camino. The next day, breakfast was great and check out was very easy. They allowed our bag-transfer company to drop off and pick up with ease. We would stay here again if we visit A Guarda again.
P.S. when we arrived the front desk was closed. If this happens to you fear not! Just message the property and the owner will arrive very quickly!

Room had a fridge and stove. Plenty of room to spread out.
Power outage in early morning and when it came back on the internet was dead. Did not recover before we left. Not a big deal.
