Bonito y céntrico

Reservamos una habitación familiar para cuatro y el tamaño estupendo, camas cómodas y mucho espacio . Desayuno excelente, muy recomendable, todo muy rico

Viel tegen, zouden niet terugkomen

Het hotel is een ouder pand dat mooi is aangekleed. Een groot nadeel van dit oude pand, wat niet genoemd is bij het boeken, is dat het heel erg gehorig is. Het bed in onze kamer was naast de deur, en op de gang was een oude houten vloer en trap. Snachts dus meerdere malen wakker geworden met het gevoel dat er iemand naast het bed stond omdat er een gast over deze trap ging. Oordopjes halen was een must om de nacht door te komen. Bij melding dat we amper geslapen hadden kwam eigenlijk geen reactie van het hotel, het was nou eenmaal zo. Verder was het ontbijt prima, niet bijzonder maar wel gewoon lekker. Staat van de kamer is mooi, maar wel met achterstallig onderhoud waardoor niet alles top werkt. In ene kamer werkte maar 1 vd 2 douches, in de andere kamer liep het water niet weg. In beide kamers was de ventilatie in de badkamer bijna niet te merken en zat de douchestang los. De knop van de radiator was kapot waardoor we de verwarming niet uit konden zetten (dit hebben ze wel gerepareerd tijdens ons verblijf). Algeheel was het verblijf niet wat we van een hotel zouden verwachten en zouden we hier dus ook niet nog een keer naartoe gaan.

Overall really enjoyed our stay and would re book if we were to go back to Bruges.

Great location, only 5 mins max to centre. Lovey old building. Good breakfast selection. Really helpful check in.

Shower power was hit and miss.

Great hotel for a couple of nights in the centre of Bruges will definitely return

Great location, right in the old town and close to everything we needed

Clean comfortable the rooms were large bathroom facilities were modern just a great over experience. Breakfast was nice with a little Garden and the staff are very friendly.

大変素晴らしい時間となりました。有難うございました。

一番良かった点は、フロントの対応です。英語が得意でない私達に対し、ゆっくり丁寧に分かりやすく話して下さいました。また、ランチを頂く場所をユーモアを交えながら、複数の候補を紹介頂きました。他、部屋は清潔で、窓からブリュージュの街並みを見ることができるロケーションでした。ロケーションも街並みの中にあり、有料、無料双方のバス停からも近く、移動がし易かったです。また、私たちの部屋が三階でしたので、階段でスーツケースを運びました。それなりに大変でしたが、大変いい思い出になりました。

Good location and value close to the centre

Good location away from the hordes of tourists but close enough that it’s a short walk to the centre. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Missed having a fridge in the room. We had to throw out small food items that we had stored in previous hotels.

Durch die gute Lage des Hotels in der Stadt konnte man fußläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.

Insbesondere die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, außerdem die freundliche Atmosphäre im Hotel, der Empfang durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter.

Die Sauna war hinter Büschen versteckt. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten. An den ersten Tagen gab es frischen Obstsalat, dann leider nicht mehr. Aber es war ausreichend, um satt zu werden. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.

Hit and miss

Great breakfast. Very friendly staff including cleaners. Location is perfect. Room had been recently refurbished and had a swish bathroom. Beds very comfortable.

Outdoor jacuzzi and sauna was closed, so this is misleading advertising in the hotel listing. Very few power outlets, no USB charging ports. Poor wifi, slow speed and patchy reception in the room. Water cut off every morning around 10am without warning. Hotel was extremely hot in both the room and common areas. No coffee/tea facilities which would have been nice to have in the daytime as were often popping back to the hotel for a rest.

No tienen personal las 24 hs Nos quedamos sin agua en el baño y no había nadie en el establecimiento La recepción está disponible 5 hs al día Nadie para recibir un reclamo o un recado fuera de esos horarios El desayuno esta ok El hotel se está refaccionando. Le sugiero que lo mantengan cerrado al público hasta que concluyan las obras.

Comfortable but we found the reception area too dark .

They allowed early check in (12nn-1pm) as we requested but when we came, we were told to leave our bags instead as they implement check in procedures at 3pm as usual. Confusing. They should have informed us clearly.

Good location, comfortable room. Delicious breakfast with many options.

When we checked in we were put into a room for two people, despite being 3 guests. Fortunately there was a 3 person room available, but it was in the back building where a lot of construction was happening. The staff were very helpful and apologetic but did not seem fully aware of how to next deal with the situation. Our shower also leaked onto the rest of the bathroom floor quite a bit.

Excellent value for money. We have already booked for next December.

Great location. Very close to the market square and secure underground parking. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are very basic, the bathroom has been added and there is a very basic folding door.

Good location, small family-run friendly hotel.

the checking-in receptionist did not have much of a personality, but the rest of the staff were great

we had to leave early for flight purposes. sadly this hotel only start to prepare breakfast @ about 07:00, for a actual breakfast time of 08:00. We had to grab a piece of cheese and ham in a serviette as they also did not provide breakfast bags- on- the- go

The Hotel ambient is so lovely, the breakfast was nice and fresh and it had a peaceful garden to drink coffee and rest the mind in the morning, central location, good connection for busses but also for sightseeing.

Awesome hotel and value for money, we had a great time here

The hotel decoration, the staff, the rooms, and even the breakfast were amazing! Also, they have a hot tub available for guests. I will gladly come back on my next visit to Brugges.
