Шумно і не комфортно

Очікування провести спокійно ніч

Замовляла окремі ліжка для двох чоловіків, в останній момент повідомили, що буде спільне ліжко і вибору немає. Про ремонти навіть не повідомили. Питання навіщо виставляти на Букінг варіанти вибору? В додатковому ліжко, яке принесли було зламане. Хлопець мав спати на підлозі розділивши велике ліжко і так вони ночували. Це не є сервіс

WYgodna lokalizacja w centrum, obok zabytków. Duży pokój z widokiem na zabytkowe centrum. Parking przy hotelu, smaczne śniadanie.

Bardzo słabe oświetlenie pokoju, wyposażenie wyłącznie w fotele - brak krzesła i biurka dla laptopa. Jest to hotel trzygwiazdkowy, nie czterogwaizdkowy.

Taký slovenský hnoj, tak na pol hviezdy.

Že to bolo 1. a posledný krát.

Podvod - v predmete podnikania nemajú poskytovanie ubytovania, čo vysvitlo pri kontrole dokladov pred preplatením "Dankovho" poukazu. Opravná faktúra bola dopytovaná viackrát, bez úspechu. Personál sa cítil otravovaný a celý ten bordel bol pod rekonštrukciou, čo samozrejme nikde neavizovali. Jedine po peniazoch išli profesionálne.

Slečna v recepci milá a ochotná, pokoj čistý, je vidět, že tam mají rádi zvířata:)

Snídaně mi přišla ve srovnání s jiným podobným ubytováním poměrně chudá, teplá snídaně ( míchaná vajíčka) na vyžádání. Nedostatečný počet příborů, paní doplnila na vyžádání 2 vidličky a 1 nůž ( no podělili jsme se :)) . Na snídani si musíte udělat čas, pokud spěcháte, radši ji oželte.

Hlavně sprcha, která už nejde nastavit tak, aby z ní na hlavu nekapala voda. Nepotřebuji masážní vanu, stačí mi obyčejná sprcha, která není napevno nad hlavou, už dlouho jsem se v hotelu s koupelnou nemyla u umyvadla :)

Room size okay. Nice breakfast, hotel parking limited but many public options just outside, friendly staff

Beds way to hard. Hotel very loud Small dogs from other guest was VERY noisy which was super annoying

Disappointing

Cats are amazing and very helpful and friendly stuff.

With all respect equipment is way too old for being a 4 star hotel. No garbage bin in room, lamp in my room was fixed with duct tape, most of settings in shower does not work, mattresses in bed are very old and not comfortable. Unfortunately it felt like a lot of dust, because I started to have allergy.

I would be glad to stay there again!

I really enjoyed staying here. Personal was very friendly and apartments are clean and comfy. Perfect location for sightseeing and place for parking.

The mirror above the wash basin didn’t light up and there was no hair dryer. But these things not really matter for me.

Quirky hotel in the centre.

We expected a room and got a large apartment. Interesting quirky design of the interior. Great views both of the centre and the castle area. Good breakfast included, including scrambled eggs freshly made to order. Impeccable cleanliness, both in the apartment and bathroom. Our apartment had a narrow stair up to a roof window which opened to a great city panorama. Private parking at the back entrance of the building.

Bad ventilation - the apartment on the highest floor became quite hot and stuffy. When I switched on the AC, it started to blow hot air instead of cold one (I switched the cooling function on before). We had to open the window wide which solved the problem but there was some noise from the street below.

Location

Very dirty. Dust everywhere. The pillows smell to sweat. I found a rotten apple in a drawer, which must be there who knows how long. TV not working

location is good, cleanliness is good, courtesy of personell is good, the design of the rooms and overall location is beautiful, furnitures and burger boutique very beautifull

shower, appearance good but not all the functions works, can be used only as a normal shower. TV was not working. No drinks on freedge and no tea available on the boiler. Screaming babies during the night

The bath was malfunctioning - the water stayed in the tube. However, we were offered to use another one so it was OK in the end.

Very good

The view, especially from the roof was beautiful. The location in the city center offers fast connection to all the good restaurants and historical part of the city. Unfortunately, you have to calculate with noisy night streets during the weekend. There are lot of bars in the surrounding.

Extremely friendly staff! Such a lovely experience

I liked that the staff was so friendly, the breakfast was freshly made to our request and was tasty! The room was big and spacious, with access to the roof! Was worth the money :) Clean and all amenities were there as needed.

The left side of the mattress, was a little too dug in. I would recommend switching mattresses (I think it’s been used for too long) since it had a hole shape. But other than that no complaints!
