Really great save for the aggressive heating!

The room was far too hot and it was impossible to turn down the heating. All you could do was open the window, which made the room noisy and gave a super cold draught against the very warm ambient temperature.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε φανταστική τοποθεσία. Τα πάντα είναι κοντά ώστε να μετακινήθεις με τα πόδια. Η γύρω περιοχή είναι γεμάτη από κόσμο και πολύ ασφαλής ακόμα και τις βραδινές ώρες.

Excelente opción para hospedaje en Londres

Excelente ubicación puedes llegar a muchos lugares caminando, tiene muy buenas conexiones de metro y buss, tiene muchas opciones de comida cerca, excelente atención, sin problemas para check in y check out, hotel muy cómodo en todos los sentidos, sin duda regresaría,

Probably will come back because of the location.

I would give location 11/10 if possible. The local assistance was very kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

The room was a bit hot as the AC cooling didn't work (just the fan) and the weather was exceptionally warm. It would be handy to have a minibar or a fridge in a standard room, but my fault, didn't read the describtion carefully. Also the carpet instead of wooden floor was a suprise.

A good break in London

It was in a good position for the centre of London. There was a very nice bakery next door for breakfast

La cama muy cómoda y todo muy limpio. La ubicación es excelente y tienes todo a un paso. Es muy cómodo poder acceder con un código y sin ningún tipo de llave. Puedes regular la climatización a tu gusto y tiene aire.

La habitación era especialmente pequeña, de hecho tiene un perchero que termina de comerse el espacio y una papelera especialmente grande. La luz de la tv (incluso apagada) es algo molesta.

It's a good hotel, but it needs work to push up standards.

Excellent location. Nice room.

Noise from the street was significant with building work across from the front of the hotel starting at 6am. Sound proofing between rooms was not great as I could hear everything from next door and I mean everything. Also found hairs on the bath and dust on the coffee tray with a cup that hadn't been rinsed properly. The toilet cistern in my room wouldn't flush properly. Also, the toilet is far too close to the bath to the extent that you can barely sit properly on the seat making it very uncomfortable.

Comfortable Bed Security Location

No houskeeping during the entire stay (6 nights). Having to ask for additional toilet paper on a 4 star hotel in London is medieval and something that should be addressed by who runs the place Poor soundproofing Burnt toast smell in the morning During checkout I was not asked about my experience For the price, I expected much better

Ik had Bedford Corner geboekt en kreeg Numa. Teleurstellend.

Fantastische locatie. Vlakbij metrostation Tottenham Court Road. Soho en Chinatown om de hoek. Klantenservice via Whatsapp is lastig bereikbaar en niet hulpvaardig.

Geen receptie, enorm kleine bedden. Geluidsoverlast vanaf kwart voor 6 in de ochtend door leveranciers van de pub. Daar is niet doorheen te slapen. Ook geluidsoverlast 's avonds tot 22.00 van de pub.

Nice but wouldn’t return.

It was modern clean good location

Lacked the usual warm welcome feel of a hotel reception. There was a desk and a nice member of staff there to assist clients during switchover period to what will be a digital online setup. Not sure how you would cope if you didn’t have a smart phone or it was stolen/broken . Any problems you are expected to address via WhatsApp which always struggled to find my reservation

Very Nice Hotel in the Heart of London

Perfect location at the heart of London and close to Regent Park. Good value for money while the room was pretty small.

They changed cleaning policy and did not clean our room for 5 nights. They removed little attentions such as cookies and newspaper in the entrance.

Stressful. Booking process was super unorganised, I got wrong / no info more than once. Location was good. No wonder

Location

First room was too small to even breathe in and smelt of damp and mould. After a day is smelled strongly of sewage. We asked to be changed. Second room was a better size and no smell but there was dust and someones hair left all around

Quiet and private space in the centre of town

We were very happy with the size of the room, it sounded like it would be small but the ceilings were nice and high and it felt spacious. There was hanging space, a comfy chair, coffee facilities, and tall windows that looked out to the streetscape. The location was great, easy to walk to multiple tube stations and whilst a fairly busy street we didn't notice any road noise when heading off to sleep.

Typing in the pin to access the room was a bit of a faff, but once I had memorised the pin it was actually better than having a key card. The shower was a little tight for my husband (who is 6ft 4).

superb Location, we were able to walk for most of our sightseeing, nice room, incredibly friendly staff (especially Hassan!), great bakery next door, great interior design of the room and hotel

all in all this was a Great place to stay. our bath tub was clogged the first night and the hotel immediately took care of it. some points could be improved though: for the price of the room you expect certain amenities: a fridge, storage space in the bathroom, a bin in the room. we only had house keeping once (we stayed 5 days, they only offer house keeping every third night) and I think every two days would’ve been better, no complementary water (you can buy some in the entrance for 4 pounds I believe)

OK, but expensive.

The location was great. The person who checked us out was very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were nice.

The person who checked us in barely looked at us or spoke to us. The two blinds in the room were broken and could not be rolled up. The radiator was on - in June! The room was tiny. I just feel that it was very expensive for what you get. Next time I will just book the Travelodge.

Perfect hotel for staying for a few days.

Perfect hotel for staying for a few days. Great location, a clean room, and a comfortable bed. The room was small but very ergonomic and cozy. As a bonus, there were my favorite shampoo and conditioner brand :)

Useful hotel for that part of London.

Good cafe next door. Free papers in reception. Room quite small but everything was there and the location was perfect for us, next to the British Museum and near the Aldwych. We might come back.
