Wonderful

A wonderful hotel where every detail is thought out! Cozy atmosphere, pleasant and friendly staff, cleanliness everywhere. Breakfasts were very tasty. And restaurants are very close. One of the restaurants is just opposite the hotel. Our room with a view of nature gave us a special pleasure! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Só não dou nota 11 porque não posso. Não só a melhor hospedagem desta viagem como uma das melhoras da minha vida. Levarei a Isabela no meu coração. Fiquei no quarto mais simples mas mesmo assim, o tamanho é excelente. A limpeza dos quartos é diária e muito boa. A localização é perfeita, bem próxima ao centrinho e a praia principal. O café é farto com várias opções, incluindo frutas e ovos feitos na hora. E o ponto alto é a Isabela, a melhor anfitriã com muita simpatia e várias dicas de praias e restaurantes.

Perfect stay, friendly family that care, perfect location.

Small family run hotel. Friendly, caring, spotless clean. Small, lovely swimming pool.. close to beach / shops/ restaurants but far enough away not to be noisy.

Just a minor point… no big deal.. it would have been nice to have a couple of small individual milk that do not need to go in the fridge for the tea/coffee in the room… but as I say this is just a suggestion.

O quarto ficava perto da recepção do alojamento, ouvimos barulho até cerca da 1h30 da manhã e a partir das 7h novamente. Para descansar não é o alojamento ideal.

A brilliant place to stay! Friendly, welcoming staff. Great choice of continental breakfast.

Fabulous place in a brilliant location! The room was very clean, spacious with a good sized fridge, kettle and hairdryer. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Breakfast was great-lots of choice and fabulous to eat overlooking the pool. Perfect location, near to bars and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful. Very friendly welcoming staff.

Very well located, just a short walk from the town centre. Our welcome was very warm and friendly! Lovely room with patio doors to a terrace. There was a very good selection at breakfast and the pool was great too. Wished we could of stayed longer!

Very spacious room with lovely terrace. Cold water available in the fridge on arrival. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely sat out on the terrace overlooking the pool. The swimming pool was quiet with plenty of sun loungers and shade if required. Shame we were only there for one night but we will definitely be back for a short break.

My family and I spent a night at Villa Welwitshia. Beautiful location minutes away from Carvoeiro beach and the famous Algar Seco, lots of restaurants and sightseeings. The staff was very welcoming. The only thing is I wish I spent at least another night.

Great value and very convenient.

Our room was large with a good sized seating area and a balcony with tow chairs, a table and a drying rack for our laundry. there was a bar fridge in the room and plenty of storage for our clothes as well as a safe. Great location, a 5 minute walk to the beach and downtown Carvoeira yet in a quiet area with a ravine behind. Lots of parking. A generous breakfast with fresh fruits, cold meats, cheese, several pastries, specialty coffees from a machine, yogurt, cereals, eggs upon request and always a freshly baked cake.

Nice Stay Close to Benagil Beach (Driving)

It was such a pleasant stay in this lovely hotel, everything is so tidy and clean, people in charge there are very kind. A very good point is that this hotel is very close to the famous Benagil beach (less than 10 minutes driving).

I liked everything and will come back anytime. Hopefully at a time to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool! From the staff, Isabela (she was great in giving tips and had lot of patience with my Portugués) and Virgilio who I met on my last day as I ended up extending to two nights, to the facilities: the villa is great, everything is new and clean. Room is very spacious and bathroom is just great. Breakfast was included and as vegan I could also have nice options( fruit salad, granola,coffee, jam and bread and several juices , plain fruits etc). The location was just perfect ( I did not have a car) and I did hiking for two days and the villa is perfectly located near shops/bar/restaurants and easily connected to the main trails entrances. There are also two beautiful cats! ❤️

Really nice place and a great value.

Location was just a small trek off the main road in a very quiet area. Super clean rooms, good breakfast provided, and friendly, helpful couple running the guesthouse. Layout of the building and grounds offered plenty of public space to relax, and secure parking area was a bonus.

Not just here, but everywhere we stayed in Portugal had unusually firm beds. My back will be happier in the States!

Easy walk into Carvoeiro and the town beach. Our host was very helpful at check in and had helpful advice on local restaurants. The room was nice and clean.

This is a very comfortable property for a stay at any time of the year.

immaculately kept property very centrally located but just far enough away from the Main Street to make it quiet and relaxed. very comfortable with everything you need and more. lovely outside seating areas and pool. A good continental type breakfast with different cake and croissants every day.

The hairdryer in the bathroom, just a personal thing and next time I’d take my own which would solve that….

Great stay in central location!

Perfect accommodation in a quiet but very central location, the main town and beach was easily reached on foot. We had a large room with a lounge area and balcony. There was also a pool which was open to use. We were made very welcome by the lovely host. The whole place, the rooms, breakfast room, pool and surrounding area was exceptionally clean and in good order. Breakfast was always very fresh and a good selection - coffee was very good! The host Isabela was very kind and helpful, she opened up for a breakfast a little early on the last day so that we could have a bite before leaving. We will be back!
