The property is new & fresh. The beds were the comfiest motel beds ever. Everything was nice & clean & they actually had full length mirrors in the rooms, which is a first. Buffet breakfast & barista made coffee was delicious & staff were very friendly
The parking spaces are very small.

Everything good
Fire alarm went off early in the morning but that’s not atura’s problem, that’s a customer breaking the rules.

As soon as we pulled up, we noticed there was quite a few places to park. The hill up to the hotel entrance killed me but I'm as unfit as they come.
The reception area was well looked after and I'm a bit of an introvert so the fact that they had self check-in kiosks, I was elated.
The room itself was quite spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable.
The highlight for me were the staff. No matter where we were, they always served with a smile.
The room was semi-clean. We did find there were some stains on the blanket of one of the beds.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Bar downstairs has a good vibe.
The shower in the bath. No rail to hang on to to get out for older visitors.

The facilities attached to the hotel were amazing, unfortunately we did not have the time to enjoy them. However we will be back to do so.
Just not having enough time to enjoy everything available on offer.

The smell when you are in the building so divine, staff quick to respond, talkative, informative and very polite.
Coming from a 5 star hospitality background I know what to expect this place delivers, immaculately clean, so so quiet, you felt you were the only one there, bed was divine, the room coffee facilities are great Mugs and even a pod machine which I didn't expect, even a great Mini bar. The linen was lovely, all Mr Smith brand amenities was available to use. Heating was on when I got in my room, easy to use. Even checkout was painless and car parking was perfect. Flat and easy areas to cart your luggage. Resteraunt and rest area lounge was lovely.
I even purchased their scent its so nice. Will return!! Thankyou
If anything to be picky was the WiFi was a bit slow and a tad painful pausing while watching on my note Netflix.

weve stayed at atura Dandenong 4 times now over the last 2 years. We highly recommend to our families if they come from interstate as we are based in Perth WA.
we love the comfort of the beds, the welcoming of the guests and esp the Check In machines so easy to use & navigate to check in and out. The staff is awesome helpful and friendly.
location is big for us as our family we visit are usually within 15min commute and Dandenong Markets being the first place we visit after we settle in at the hotel. Everything about the Atura Dandenong makes us feel special and luxurious love coming back and finding new updates added to the hotel but very ecstatic with our stay
We didnt like that our stay wasnt long enough.

The location is very well connected by bus routes and taxi service. I did not opt for breakfast. The room was very clean and tidy, it was silent, comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was large and had a tub facility. I recommend this hotel if you are looking forward for comfortable stay.
Everything was good.

Stay was going fine until the final night. Beds were ok, bathroom clean.
I travelled with my 5 year old son and our room was right above the function area. I was not told there would be a function while we were staying. I rang twice to complain about the noise and they said they asked them to turn the music down but because it's a hotel with a function room it's something I just had to deal with.
I feel I should have been told in advance ESPECIALLY because I was with my son. He also has Autism and sensory issues so you can imagine how much sleep we got 🙄.
Very disappointed and wouldn't stay again.

Room was clean. breakfast on site was good.
We were on 2nd floor and I think airconditioner was directtly above us. It was very loud all night.
Had to step into bath to have a shower which I didn't realise when booking the room. I have dificulty so actually need a walk in shower. (which I would check if they have thoose sort of rooms next time)

The in-house brewery was a great addition to the stay, it made the evening very enjoyable.
