Super séjour

Logement très propre, personnel honnête, (m’avaient appelés pour prévenir d’un soucis avec la Clim, j’ai expliqué que cela était embêtant car nous avions 2 bébés mais ils ont trouvé très rapidement une solution, nous avons bien eu la Clim) Tout était présent dans l’appartement, nous facilitant grandement la vie avec 2 enfants ! Établissement calme, et literie confortable. Clim déjà en route quand nous sommes arrivés ce qui est très appréciable.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

L'emplacement, la superficie du logement, la propreté.

Quelques petits défauts qui mériteraient d'être corrigés pour pas cher: les convecteurs des couloirs du 1er étage à refixer, les balcons (le notre en tout cas) à rafraîchir, sans parler de certaines lumières extérieures qui ont du rester allumées toute la nuit, sans nécessité. Et le portail automatique qui est resté ouvert car des vacanciers devaient arriver... Tout cela n'a pas entaché notre séjour.

Déception totale à ne plus fréquenter.

Style camping. Comment est-ce possible d’avoir 4 étoile en ne méritant au maximum 2 !!! C’est de la honte. Chambre avec mezzanine muni d’un escalier super dangereux.

can’t imagine better staff than the ones we had at this property. helped us with everything. we had a car accident and they went out of their way to help us get a replacement.

Good base for exploring the area for a good price

Clean and tidy, lots of amenities (kettle, fridge, toaster), lots of space inside the apartment. Plenty of space in front of the hotel making it very easy to park. Very good value for money.

Narrow corridors, no bedding for one person in the room, location a bit out of the way..

spacious apartment with good breakfast and good value

convenient place for a stop over which is what we were looking for. buffet breakfast available even though was apartment. good value. did not use other facilities but there was an outdoor pool. secure parking. good value but we were off season.

not near the Centre and not walking distance.

If the shower and breakfast situations were better I would have said it’s a great choice.

The strategic location right in front of a main bus line and the excellent, very friendly service.

The biggest issue for me was the very inconvenient shower arrangement. The shower hose’s base is right next to the very low faucet. You can’t shower without holding the shower hose up in one arm, which doesn’t make showering that easy. The next issue is the meager breakfast. The options are so few and lacking in basics like fried and scrambled eggs that I’m not sure it’s worth paying for.

Wifi connection was good and the hotel had a parking, the staff was nice and the room was quiet.

- The cleanness of the room should be significantly improved: there AC was full of black mould and same was the ventilation in the bathroom, the floors were not clean and there were spiderwebs in the corners and inside the drawers. - The layout of the room was extremely weird: - the bedroom on top of the very steep stairs and has a terrible floor that was making sounds whenever you took a step - the shower/bath tube has a beam at about 1.70m so good luck if you are taller then that... you have to be super careful to not hit your head or shower bended.

We came for a week with my kids and the pool its the best of this Hotel. The kitchen was basic and maybe a bit out dated, anyway we didn't spend too much time in the our apartment. Its very well situated in Fréjus with good safe parking. . The breakfast was ok nothing fancy. Good value for money, in the end, if you are with kids.

Outdated apartment can go for a good renovation :)

My general opinion is good regarding my stay. Free and large parking area, perfectly working air conditions and kind staff.

The furniture and the equipment was OK, yet most should be renewed. Wifi was not that stable and some devices couldn't connected while others could. The pool hours (10h-19h) are a little bit confined. A broom and/or a mop to clean inside should be perfect.

The bedroom was clean & the bed was comfortable, I booked this location as people had said it was close to the centre but it’s not

Poor location , no restaurant & no bar , pool closed at 7 but maybe that’s normal
