Honteux

Nous avons été logé pour 2 nuits dans un studio, à notre grande surprise, à l'extérieur de l'établissement. Apparemment ils viennent tout juste d'être refait à neuf ; il y avait une odeur de peinture absolument insupportable, de la poussière de plâtre partout dans la chambre (étagère, bureau, salle de bain etc...), et des traces de chaussures et de plâtre partout dans l'entrée. Nous l'avons signalé dès le lendemain matin, ce à quoi on nous a répondu : "très bien, je vais le dire à notre équipe de ménage". Déjà, aucunes excuses de formulées, ni même de solution proposée, seulement cette phrase. Nous revenons le soir après notre journée de travail, nous rentrons dans notre chambre. Rien de plus n'a été fait, il y a toujours cette odeur de peinture insupportable, de la poussière de plâtre partout. Nous devons laisser la porte et la fenêtre ouverte pendant près de 30min (il faisait 3° dehors) dans l'espoir d'enlever un peu cette odeur insupportable accentuée par un chauffage monté à 25° par les équipes de ménage. Je prend donc des photos et des vidéos afin de pouvoir les montrer à la réception le lendemain matin en partant. Lors du check out, nous arrivons plutôt en colère. Nous avons le droit de nouveau à une réponse stoïque et sans aucune empathie : "nous en prenons note, nous ferons remonter l'information". Une nouvelle fois, aucunes excuses, aucun geste commercial, rien ! Les deux hôtesses d'accueil n'en avait strictement rien à faire. Je leur demande donc si lors de mon prochain séjour nous pouvons avoir au moins un geste commercial ; elles font semblant de ne pas entendre ma demande, et nous disent une nouvelle fois comme des robots "on prend note". Nous avons payé 175€ la nuit ! C'est absolument INADMISSIBLE, je n'ai jamais vu des professionnels avoir si peu d'intérêt à l'égard de leurs clients.

Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Piscine, spa et salle de sport. Appartement pratique. Propreté de l’hôtel. Centre commercial à proximité.

Si vous chercher un hotel avec un Spa pour un moment de detente passez votre chemin

Les chambres propres et spacieuses lit confortable petit dejeuner en Room service super

Nous avons reservée cet hôtel spécialement pour le spa . Le spa etait dégoûtant , des cheveux collé au sol les douches sont répugnante . Personne n’etait a l’accueil du spa nous avons du nous debrouillez seul seulement des serviettes poser sur le comptoir serviette qui sentait le renfermée odeur tres désagreable , les sauna n’était pas en état de marche . Le hamam était rempli d’eau au niveau des asises nous avions peur d’attraper des champignons tellement c’etait dégoutant . Il fesais froid dans tout l’ensemble du Spa nous étions frigorifiée .

Mediocre could do better.

The building work had finished, our rom was ready on arrival and we got a safe parking space.

We booked a table for 7 for dinner earlier in the day but didn’t get seated in main restaurant, we had to eat in overspill area which not so nice. Before dinner we wanted to swim but once again couldn’t be because classes were scheduled - same as last year. Why tell customers there’s a pool when you know they won’t be allowed to use it. Beer was WARM!!! All of them! The first beer we ordered, then the second (different brand) then the third!! We pointed it out - bar staff just looked up at ceiling like it was funny. Hot breakfast is really low quality - dry scabbled egg, badly cooked bacon & sausage. Finally, could Mecure please consider allowing guests to have a glass for a drink of water and a cup and saucer for a coffee in their room. Cardboard cups everywhere in room - really tells you what hotel group think of their customers.

Il y avait un problème de chauffage dans l'hôtel: il faisait une chaleur étouffante, en particulier dans la chambre malgré l'arrêt du chauffage. Une applique était défectueuse et malgré le passage du technicien, le problème n'a pas été réglé et je n'avais presque pas de lumière dans ma chambre. Mauvaise isolation : on entend énormément le bruit venant de la route. Ne vaut pas du tout les 170€ payés!

Very modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed, really hot water and fantastic water pressure. My only complaint was the air conditioning not up to the task and we needed to cool off by opening the window !!

Excellent overnight stay, close to motorway, comfortable rooms and nice breakfast.

Great for an overnight stay enroute from holiday priority in Italy to holiday property in France, close to the motorway, secure parking and area to exercise our dog. We arrived late so didn’t eat dinner or use the gym/swimming pool. The buffet breakfast had a good selection.

An excellent stay for both us and our dog

Friendly reception by Bruno at the desk. Very welcoming of our dog who was able to sit with us at dinner and breakfast and slept in our room. Large well kept grounds with fitness circuit

The room was clean and a good size, food good value and a nice member of staff behind the bar. The pool is very handy.

The internet is so weak in room 160 you can't use it. A deposit of 70 euro is taken on your card, it leaves you're account immediately but isn't returned immediately so beware. No information about this on booking.Com. I am Neuro diverse and I struggle when things aren't communicated or if things stated on the booking information are different to what happens. Two members of staff were rude. One female member of staff laughed at me when I was making a complaint about the Internet and deposit. My complaint about the Internet had not been logged so the Chances are it won't be resolved. For just under 100 euros it is pretty awful service.

Good, but EBI's (even better if) pool was open air conditioning worked.

When I booked Booking.com advised that there might be an additional charge because our family room was myself, my wife and our son who was 18. Mecure did not make an additional charge which we appreciated a lot. The hotel is very well located for our needs (we were en route to Courchevel) and its the third time we've stayed because of this. Secure parking is also CRITICAL for us - we are carrying everything for our trip including a lot of kit that would be very hard to replace in resort. Knowing there are gates to the car park that are locked at night is very important for us, aswell as knowing the area is covered by CCTV.

We also like this Mecure because it has a pool but couldn't swim because there was a class happening - the instructor taking the class tried to please us by inviting us to use the jacuzzi but a swim would have been nice after being on the road since 3:00am. Overall we think the pool / steam room / sauna really needs to be renewed - it looks like a poor relative compared to the rest of the hotel. Also the air conditioning in our room was not working, we were to hot during the night and had to open the windows. I raised this with staff and they smiled and said the whole system throughout the home was not working!!?? (So Mecure have a hotel on a key route to the French Alps and the whole place is fully booked with skiers but they can't find an AC engineer / get the parts to fix the AC?. This really felt wrong.
