Pathétique. Du pays dans un autre hôtel pour avoir Accès à une autre piscine pour avoir de meilleurs

Que des soucis tout le long de notre séjour. Et quand on va en parler au manager, il nous Souris en nous répondant « OK OK ». J’avais ces journées en 2022, ça a été génial. J’ai donc retenter l’expérience avec ma fille, et cela était désastreux

Drab hotel, sutiable for short stay

The size of the room was good, but it was an upgraded room, so I am not sure how the standard rooms are. The location is fairly good, there are shops within walking distance, including a mini mall (mostly electronics and perfume) but do have some food as well. The view overlooks the corniche and water

This is a dated hotel. The decor, furniture is all old and shows. The room given was the choice of breakfast options was not great. There was a constant 'lack of something' whether it was cups, spoons, dishes or something else. There was only one choice of yoghurt, but they provide no spoons. You have to ask the breakfast rectptionist for a spoon! The tables are not cleared in time and when they are, the cutlery is missing. The poor workers are understaffed and running around like headless chickens. They also give you only one towel - even in a family room. The hotel needs a big facelift and replacement of all furniture and fittings to attract more customers.

Номера старые, ужасная сантехника, смесители очень старые и ржавые. Кнопка унитаза плохо работает. Худшие завтраки которые я пробовал, вся еда обветренная и не вкусная..

Abu Dhabi è cambiata molto ed in meglio! Certamente una città da visitare ... in inverno !

La struttura è indubbiamente di valore, ottima qualità generale. Lo staff in genere è disponibile e gentile ... ma non sempre !

I servizi sono stati al di sotto delle mie aspettative, ricordo l'Hotel quando era Millennium... tutta un altra cosa !

Uprofesjonell service i lobbyen. Fant ikke vår booking i hotellets system. Etter ca 40min.fikk vi tildelt rom. Måtte be om romrydding. Enkel frokost. Lite svømmebasseng Lite hjelp til severdigheter etc. Bærer preg av manglende oppgradering

Good price value and okay for Stopovers

The beds are super comfy, Aircon works Concierge guys are super helpful and friendly

Smelly rooms, very old looking. Even tho we asked for a non-smoking room we had a room on the smoking corridor - so everything even the room smelled like old cigarettes unfortunately. When we arrived in our room there were towels missing and other things, felt like this rooms wasn't looked after very well :-( Unfortunately there was only one restaurant instead of three open.

Great place to stay. Needed somewhere to stay ahead of a flight and really impressed

I was really impressed by the hotel. Great staff - huge room and very clean. Breakfast was lovely. Well done team corniche. Excellent value for money.

Most was ok. The rooms are a little dated but in some ways really nice as traditional

I'd definitely stay again

I had a great stay, and very much appreciated the free room upgrade that i got. Lovely seaview with the sunset every night. As a single traveling woman i felt very safe, the neighborhood was safe to walk around as well. I was pleased to find a grocery store around the corner. An extra thank you to the guy cleaning on floor 11, for helping my stay be extra comfortable by providing me with plenty water, tea, coffee, towels and whatever i asked.

Cleaner windows would make watching the sunset even better

Old, dusty and ageing hotel! definitely not 5 star standard. Can find better 3/4 star hotels. I had to cut my stay short as i was not comfortable staying here.

Cheaper and older 5star. Nice value.

Location of the hotel is quite good. In the city center, it is withing only 5min walking from the corniche public parks, 7min from the corniche esplanade walk which is perfect for rollerblades, bicycles and walks. Breakfast is rather nice and served from 0630 to 1030. There are a few supermarkets nearby. Airport busline A2 stops in front of the hotel (need a ticket ahead of boarding though!). Hotel comes with pool, sauna, steam room and fitness room. As a 5 star, it has concierge service and taxi available at its entrance. Really excellent boxspring sleeping bed. Got a seaview outlook without ordering it at booking time (kinda free gift as they had rooms available... booking this view would otherwise have cost a premium) i guess, it was worth the money i paid for. Would book again if i get a discounted rate again.

5star hotel indeed, but 20yrs old which you can clearly see. Not to be compared with highclass luxury 5stars which you read about in the news or see on TV. Had to complain the room staff needs addition cleaning of my room: Stains on curtains and 'stuff' under the bed. Lots of stains on the sun beds near the pool. Complained about these to the manager. Manager confirmed they are gradually refurnishing their old rooms. The pool is rather small for a 5star. Strong suggestion: compare rates. I booked breakfast at my login! No private beach. Next public one is 5km walking. Bring your UK plug adaptors!

great location, pretty hotel, nice staff. close to the beach. room was extremely spacious and facilities are good.

Our room smelt like someone had smoked cigarettes all over it - next time would ask for a non smoking one instead.

Great stay in the centre of Abu Dhabi

We were upgraded to a better room for free (a huge apartment with bedroom, living room and 2 bathrooms). The front office manager Sofia was super friendly and she helped us with everything. The bed was really confortable and the location of the hotel was also very good. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The only thing we didn't like was that the swimming pool was opened only till 7 p. m. so we couldn't enjoy it.
