Very good

Very clean room and big clean bathroom. Also a good hotel with enough available parking spaces.

Not having a late check-in. But wasnt a big problem as i made it in time.

Nice stay

The bed was confortable and they had free private parking

The door to enter the rooms had a code during the night, and the receptionist didn't have a good english to explain that we needed a code that was written on the envelope of our check-in (which obviously we left in the apartment)

Good short and worthwhile

Reservation without problems and keycard was. Waiting for us as we would arrive late. The information and messages were concise and helpful and in English ,they were very accommodating. We cannot fault them.

poor value for money at 100€ inc breakfast

warm reasonably comfortable.

small room. no milk provided with the tea and coffee in room. after a long journey it would have been nice to have a drink.

Perfect place for a short stay

the staff was super nice, waited for me to arrive (even after their shift ended), I had a really nice welcome. check in and check out were easy. location close to the airport. room is basic and comfortable. shuttle to the airport

A nice comfort stay as the name suggests

The hotel is nice & charming and has a good feel of homestay. The owner is very helpful.

The location is very odd for the people who don't have a car, it is 2 km away from the airport and walking is the only best option that takes around 25 min with luggage so that's stressful. Currently Uber charges around 35 euros for such a short distance. Connectivity to Cologne central is also time-consuming. Also not suggested to come back late to the hotel because you might not get public transport from the nearest railway station. So the best option would be to book in advance for a cheaper rate near the Centre.

Great Stay Once You Get There

good, clean, very nice staff. only stayed one night but seemed like a place you could comfortably stay a couple days.

location ended up being a bit of a work around with the trains. if you have a car, no problem, otherwise, be prepared for the 12€ taxi

Absolutely disappointed!

30 minutes walk from the Köln Bonn Airport! Loved the comfy, clean bed. The hot shower in the evening was just what I needed.

No shower gel, soap, tea/ coffee, spoons available. The cups were covered in dust. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes. No help from the staff to carry a 30kg baggage to the 3rd floor. Only 1 beer and 1 bottle of water for 2 people. No hot water in the morning. A loud noise woke me up at 4am and then at 6am. No customer service available after 8pm when I was in need of any supplies. When there was an issue with the card, the receptionist took my card (might have looked at the pin code), kept it until i sorted other things.

it was a pleasant to stay there, definitely for another time!

the place from the airport was quite close to the hotel. the room was clean and there was a mistake i made. I booked a room for the next day, your colleague fixed the issue and i was in no time in my room.
