Horror Hotel Varese

In esperienza terribile! Ci hanno dato una stanza sopra il ristorante ( che è l’unica nota positiva dell’albergo). Prima delle 2 di notte è praticamente difficile dormire. Aria condizionata non controllabile dalle camere. Non ci sono tende oscuranti nelle finestre. Nel bagno una vive una colonia di formiche volanti che ha invaso tutto l’ambiente. Un esperienza terribile!!!

Satisfactory.

I liked the surroundings and the atmosphere. I have very positive feedback for the staff who served the breakfast.

I did not like my room. It was next to another room with a wooden door where I think I heard voices one night and it was too small. Also the facilities were far from 4 star hotel. The staff who was at the reception on the first day needs further training. You cannot give the iron and the iron board to the guests and ask them to carry it to the room and back. This is the job of the hotel staff.

Nagyon kellemes

A hotel közelsége a belvároshoz, maga az épület az udvarral a parkolási lehetőség.

A szoba mérete elég kicsi volt. A hotel parkolójában nagyon szűkös volt a hely az autóknak. Az internet... egyszer volt egyszer nem és nagyon sokszor be kellett jelentkezni. A régi TV a szobában nagyon elavult.

Sehr zentral gelegen, sehr bequemes Bett, schöne Einrichtung Eingangsbereich und Restaurant

Fischgeruch im gesamten Hotel, Kleiderstange viel zu hoch, für mich nicht gebrauchbar, alte Wasserhähne, keine Kaffeemaschine. Frühstück sehr ungesund. Kein frisches Obst, außer mehlige Äpfel. Fast nur Süsses, schade, mit ein paar zusätzlichen Lebensmitteln wäre es top. Keine frische Eierspeisen. Alles in allem aber empfehlenswert.

Paar storende foutjes, verder wel een mooi en fijn hotel.

De locatie, vlak bij het centrum, is uitstekend. Het ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Vriendelijk personeel, fijne kamer. Parkeren gratis op het terrein van het mooie hotel.

De koelkast op de kamer stond in een kast zonder stroom, en dus deed ie het niet. Dat moet echt anders. De kaart met code voor de voordeur voor buiten receptie-tijden deed het alleen de eerste keer. Daarna was het aankloppen in de hoop dat iemand je binnen kon laten.

Die Lage des Hotels in einem schönen kleinen Park war sehr schön, das Frühstück sehr gut. So ein großes Bad hatten wir bisher höchst selten.

Der Weg in die nette Innenstadt war entlang einer sehr belebten Straße, die man auch am frühen Morgen hören konnte, nicht so schön.

AMAZING choice !!!!! We stayed in 7 hotels on this trip and by far , Art Hotel exceeded our

Amazing , courteous, attentive , friendly staff ( especially the breakfast waitress and daily housekeeper ) Rooms were clean , comfortable and meticulously serviced each day . Lovely surrounding gardens to eat and relax in . Hôtel only a direct stone’s throw to main shopping mall , restaurants etc

If at all , a suggestion that a full bar service be available at the hotel , so we could sit , drink and relax without leaving the hotel ??

Any item left behind will magically disappear

clean, charming, breakfast staff was really nice and attentive

some parts are renovated (bathroom, amenities), some aren’t. most notably the windows. poor sealing that let cold air seep into the room in addition to make noise insulation non existent. big red flag: a few hours after departing we realized that we left an item behind. when we called we were flat out told that it was impossible as the staff would have reported it. our fault for leaving something behind, but not for making it disappearing.

A good, clean place to stay for a reasonable money. Friendly staff, superb location.

The breakfast was good though it didn't change from day-to-day but that's not a problem for a short-medium stays. The room was clean and spacious and the location was very good, not far from the downtown so you can walk there for a dinner at one of the restaurants.

There is nothing to mention, everything was OK and as expected.

Overall stay was pleasant however it feels like the standard has dropped over the last few years.

Most staff were attentive, engaging and helpful and the location and access are excellent.

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and there was a lack of pressure with hot water, with it sometimes taking longer than 5 minutes for hot water to arrive. Disappointing that there was no bar service as this would be a nice location for apperativo. Breakfast in past stays has been a highlight however now feels a little main stream.

Room nice - big and bed comfy. Great location and good value for money. Building lovely old style. Would stay again, but with lower expectations

Didn't meet a single person from the hotel during my whole stay. Room was nice although aircon not effective/working. No facilities to speak of, so unsure how it has a 4* rating.

Relaxed experience in Varese

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the city center but still without any traffic noise in the rooms or in the garden. For 5 minutes walk you can reach either a little park with playground for kids, or the main street with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. We arrived very late (after 22:00) due to the traffic and the reception was supposed to be already closed. Anyway the people were still there and were very friendly, the "machine check-in' makes it even easier to check-in/out. The breakfast was very good, the restaurant is also excellent. The room was clean and spacious, it has everything you need even for a longer stay (towels, soap and so on). We had wonderful time there

Good place to stay in the center of Varese

Great location and beautiful grounds. Convenient on location parking and good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very large and great showers.

Place is a bit run down. It has seen better days. Room comfortable but musty smell permeates all and windows are high up and difficult to open. Room heating difficult to adjust and room far too warm during the night.
