Non ha gli standard di un hotel a 4 stelle.

Bidet nel bagno in camera.

La struttura è troppo vecchia, il letto matrimoniale è composto da due letti singoli, il bagno con la vasca e la tenda non è accettabile in un hotel a 4 stelle. Non è un hotel adult only come pubblicizzato dalla struttura. Manca di parcheggio. La colazione è l’unica nota positiva. Con il treno (attaccato all’hotel, stazione a 1 minuto a piedi) si arriva in 1h e 15 minuti a Barcellona a soli € 5,90 a tratta a persona direi ottimo. Ottima scoperta lo stabilimento “Nui Beach” collegato all’hotel purtroppo non compreso nel prezzo ma a pagamento 12€ a persona.

NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL

Cojimos una habitación con bañera de hidromasaje que nos costó bastante dinero.. y no pudimos disfrutarla porque todo el rato saltaba la luz y no salía agua caliente, ni una ducha caliente me pude realizar llamemos a recepción como 4 veces i todo el rato nos decían que en 10 m probáramos que ya estaría solucionado, pusimos una hoja de reclamación ya que habíamos pagado un precio elevado por la bañera de hidromasaje y no pudimos utilizarla mínimamente que nos cobraban la habitación como una normal, en recepción nos decían que no es su culpa que era un apago general, pero me imagino que tienen seguro y eso lo tiene que solucionar el seguro!! En fin no se quisieron responsabilizar y salí muy enfadada!!

A bit underwhelming for the price

The hotel is conveniently close to the beach (a 5-minute walk) and the center, which is a fantastic feature. Some members of the staff, including the cleaning crew, were very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean, smelled pleasant, and had excellent air conditioning.

We were, unfortunately, insufficiently informed on our first day and greeted in a rather cold manner, which led to a rushed-off feeling. It should be noted that the private beach requires a payment of 10-12 euros per person per day, which we initially thought was included in the hotel stay. This was, unfortunately, also not made clear on the first day, so we were sent back from the private beach to the hotel. The manager later greeted us sufficiently and provided all the necessary information. Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof; we could almost follow conversations happening next door.

La variedad del desayuno.

El ruido que generan los generadores que hay en el tejado, no se puede abrir la ventana por la noche porque te deja dormir. Las fotos de Booking no corresponden a la realidad.

Preț foarte bun pentru facilitatile oferite

Personal amabil, locație buna, camere spațioase. Am primit un pahar de Cava din partea casei și l-am servit la piscina

Awesome location and friendly stuff

Location is right by the beach within a walking distance so as Main Street. Hotel was able to accommodate a room right next to my parents room with free upgrade.

Pool was very cold. I wish it would be heated.

Perfect hotel, we had a faultless stay, enjoyed every moment.

Location was great, hotel was clean and staff were fabulous, couldn’t do enough to help. Special shout to Hosa the barman. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, I strongly recommend.

Excellent value, would stay again despite being close to train track.

Great breakfast. Good location near beach and train station. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Attentive staff. Value for money.

Some noise experienced during early morning due to location on a road and being near the train line.

Lovely clean and modern hotel in a good location, with very friendly & helpful staff.

Booked a 3 night stay, good location near the beach at the quieter end of the resort but still near to the main street of shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were excellent - so friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and nice buffet breakfast. Nice sun terrace with small swimming pool.

A bigger swimming pool if staying with children, but otherwise adequate.

Very nice place to stay. Very convenient location. Everything is close, beach, train, shops and restaurants. Ekaterina helped us a lot. Very attentive and very good person. The restaurant is excellent, everything is very tasty and there is a lot of variety. We will come again to this hotel.

Excellent stay, would love to return in the future

Great location, very close to the station Lovely room, top floor, great views of the beach and sea. The jacuzzi bath on the balcony was n excellent touch the staff were also lovely. The buffet style evening meal is also great value.

Nothing really. I did have a trail of ants in the bathroom on one day, but that’s not really the fault of the hotel in a hot climate.

Superb

The Hotel is super close to the beach and the train station, which is really good. The offer of breakfast, lunch and dinner. The change up of dinner every night and the food was always in buffet form.
