Great Stay

Good location. Very near to bus terminal, ferry terminal and in heart of Kos. Quiet. Very clean. Air-con and balcony. Pool. Good breakfast. Really good value.

Kwaliteit en prijs helaas uit verhouding

Kwa locatie zit je overal in de buurt, dus dat is fijn. Hotelkamer wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt en personeel is vriendelijk

Het ontbijt was niet altijd lekker. En je hoorde je buren, het was erg luid in het hotel. Het zwembad is erg klein en het hotel is gedateerd. Ik vind uiteindelijk dat ik te veel heb betaald per nacht.

Very budget and it shows

Location was very nice. Close to many restaurants and center of kos. Breakfast was passable too. Just stuck to pastries and eggs

.Room still had rubbish on the floors on arrival .limescale on the shower head was filthy .Aircon was set having a timer turning off every hour and was hard to figure out how to stop .Housekeeping wasn't done one of the days (No fresh towels and bin by toilet not emptied) .Pool was filthy and nothing like the pictures .walls were paper could hear everything from neighbours to people in the corridors coming in from a night out

A super stay in the center of Kos city.

Room was ok, not big but with all comforts, location super for all sights in the center, historic places, waterfront promenade, swimming. Breakfast was super, with everything that someone could desire, stuff was very well trained, polite and ready to help you. Very pleased with everything.

not value for money

The location was good.

The staff were not friendly or helpful anytime I asked about a taxi I was told to come back later. Our bathroom was tiny the shower door was broken the entire time.

great stay close to all the ruins in old town

the room was comfortable and the rooftop terrace and pool was nice especially when it’s so hot. great place to sit and wait for your room to be ready

pool is quite small considering number of guests the hotel accommodates. It looks bigger in the pictures. noisy guests late at night in the hallways but this is something not under the control of the hotel but maybe some signs needed to ask guests to be considerate of other guests

The location - great for the start to our island hop around Kos. Helpful staff. Room enough, very small bathroom. Wished I brought my own hairdryer as this ead in the bathroom which was tiny!

Had a most enjoyable stay

Very central location Staff very friendly and helpful - especially the lady on reception and Alan the barman at the rooftop pool who is a proper gentleman and-a real asset to the hotel !

Perfect location and friendly staff

Perfect location: in town at 5 minutes walk to all nice restaurants and attractions, and walking distance to the beach. Pool: nice for a few hour to a day of relax, where you can be served by a friendly and attentive barman Yorgos: the hotel parrot was constant company to all our breakfasts Breakfast: fresh pastries (sweet and savoury), chance to taste a Greek breakfast, fresh fruits and yogurt

The two single beds we had were comfortable but did move too easily. Also, I was under the impression that I would have had a double bed (but this might be my misunderstanding). Very thin walls in the toilet: it's easy to hear the neighbour's television

Great place to stay in Kos

Hotel in a great area in Kos town with easy access to the waterfront, downtown and archaeological areas.. Quality hotel, reasonable breakfast. Room was nicely adequately spacious and the facilities were very good. The bed and shower and lovely smelling toiletries were pretty good and the air was very good. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff really helpful.

I think despite the "bonus" price it was a little more expensive than I expected, but that is neither here nor there for the time of the year. The doors can be a little noisy but that has more to do with the design when you close it as opposed to other people banging the door deliberately.

You hear everything from the other room.Not clean.Not a real three star hotel.

only the place otherwise very disappointing

Not clean.Not sound proof. Noisy refrigerator. Not well washed sheet.Blood spots on the sheet. Not well cleaned room. There. were sand and hair in the shower when i was checked in the room.

had an amazing stay would definitely stay again

very modern, clean, good breakfast, bar area was brill in the day and the night, staff were friendly, excellent location about 20 minute walk from the beach.
