Formule all inclusive pratique.

The taxi driver that drove us from the airport told us “this place is a palace”. And boy was he right… Great food, kind staff, many options for children activities, quick response for requests, multiple shallow and deeper swimming pools (so they’re never crowded), private beach, great water park, food and beverages are available around the clock with solid options for both children and adults.
The mattress in our room could have been more comfortable. The water temperature on the kids’ section of the water park is too low (kids were constantly shivering).

We chose this resort because it had a wonderful sandy beach area for swimming and an included water park for the kids. Because the water park is private to the resort, the lines were very short even during our peak season visit, so each day my kids had their fill within 1.5 hours, which allowed us to enjoy the beach and pools. Since the location is very remote, the all-inclusive package/meals made everything so easy. We found the food to have lots of variety and great quality. Our room was at the very back of the resort, next to the water park, but we still had sweeping sea views, and everything on the property was kept beautifully clean at times.
Like most resorts, there never seem to be enough loungers by the pool, so people “reserve” them early in the morning by placing their stuff on the chairs, and many of them remain claimed but vacant most of the day. I do wish the resort was closer to other towns/sites/attractions, but we knew that when we booked it, so not a surprise. Really, we had such a wonderful, relaxing, care-free stay here… just what we needed!

Lots of pools and buffet ok.
Certain nationalities reserved all sun beds by pool by 7.30am the hotel should enforce a no reservation policy as many towels left on beds half the day and not used, some clients held beds on both the beach and pool all day very unfair.
The BBQ by beach was disappointing.
Some evening entertainment wasn’t really family oriented at all.
While branded spirits on show at the bar the staff used cheap u branded spirits making cocktails which tasted cheap and poor. The wine also was very hit and miss. For the price the quality was lacking.

everything was clean, the animation team was great, lots of swimming pools and the food was extremely good!

The attention of the hotel manager Mr Emmanoil Stratidakis who made our stay very pleasant.
Also, near the main restaurant there is a desk where the clients can contract a photographer to make them picture during their stay. His name is Stefan and I recommend him!

The hotel staff is really kind, and it's really important to them that you are satisfied, varied and very fresh food, pleasant and beautiful modern rooms, a cute water park, and a really beautiful beach strip.
nothing! The hospitality was perfect,
When the air conditioner in the room did not work, they moved us to a superior room and made sure we were comfortable and pleasant.
4.5 / 5.0
- the setting of the resort was very pleasant, the gardens were beautiful, a lot of hidden places
- really great food in the main restaurant, different choices every day, restaurant staff excellent, the snacks were fine, too
- good idea with whatsapp for communication with the reception ans the app for additional amenities - conditioner arrived within 5 minutes but bathrobes never arrived and for change of beach towels i needed to request 3 times. but still, good idea, i believe this will get better
- very client-oriented behavior trying their best not to leave you with any negative experience about your stay
- the aquapark and the deck with a bar - top!
- i liked hotel’s approach to reserving sunbeds
- i think we got a room upgrade but since i didn’t understand from the booking.com in which area of the resort our room was to be located, i can’t compare. thank you anyway, the view from our room was very nice
- the price in may is amazing and totally worth it even though you never know what weather you’ll get. i’m not sure i’d say it’s worth the high season price
- the check in process was very messy with lack of communication
- i didn’t like that people were smoking everywhere when it’s a family resort
- i didn’t like that workers started digging in our garden during our stay
- the beach is super small, the pools are really cold in may with little sunshine (we were not lucky with the weather), the indoor pool gets super crowded and the kids aren’t allowed to go to the only warm pool - the whirlpool
- even in may there was a queue to be seated for dinner, not all the restaurants were open and not all adverstised animation actually happened (eg beach volleyball)

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL. I HAVEN'T SEEN BETTER HOTEL STAFF IN ANY HOTEL. THEY WERE SO KIND AND PROFESSIONAL. THE FACILITIES ARE SOOO GOOD AND FOR ALL KIND OF AGES, COUPLES OR FAMILIES. ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS I'VE VISITED IN MY LIFE. BONUS: THE CHECK OUT WAS UNTIL 12:00 AND THEY LET ME STAY UNTIL 15:00 SO I COULD ENJOY IT EVEN MORE... THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING...

Pretty much what you'd expect from an all inclusive.
Staff was very nice and helpful.
Locals are super friendly.
Food is fresh and pretty good. Wide selection.
Our room was dated and could be at a better state.
Beds were uncomfortable.
Kids activity itinerary is unclear and was mainly aimed towards a large group of non-English speakers who attended the park on that week.
According to reception, there's an app/website that lists all activities and allows booking the restaurants. This wasn't operational during our stay.
Water park was closed due to a technical issue during the entire morning on the one day we went there.
A/C in the room was broken. Despite a visit from a service technician this wasn't fixed.

Everything was incredible, the food options are endless. You just can't be hungry enough! An all inclusive resort but with the service and vibe of a very exclusive one! The best part though was the staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nice and they genuinely wanted you to feel comfortable. Loved absolutely everything, will be definitely revisiting even though we are locals.
Some parts need a renovation, our room though was very newly renovated.

Nice sandy beach and very good food, nice flowers.
The hotel doesn't have functional air condition, we had 28 degrees in our room for the whole 6 days. The air condition they have it's something 30 years old, not working, we complained and they told they will "repair it" , it didn't help at all, after we realized it's not just our problem, in the restaurant it was super hot too. The room has 30+ years olf furniture and it looks like 2* hotel at the best, our bed was 2 single beds together permanently with the hole in the middle. There was no water kettle or coffee machine, which should be standard for 5* hotel. The baby bed we got was very dirty and broken. The hotel staff looks burned out and I felt like they hate turists and I bother them, the cleaining lady was very nice and did the best you can do with such ungly old room. The hotel is on the hill and it's million stairs and stairs to get to the restaurant or pool or beach (not handy with a baby).

Food was nice, lots of options. It was growded and a bit chaotic at times because there were lots of families. Kids loved the evening shows. I liked the pool areas and the beach.
Our room was next to the playground which made the room noisy even late at night.

Very nice hotel, resemble a small village. Sandy and clean beach. We have beautiful see view from the room. Very helpfull staff. Family disco is strongly recommended :). Very good food with large extent of choice. There was no problem to eat dinner even very late check in.
In my opinion the temperature of water in aqua park was definately to low.

The staff were great, the place was stunning, food was good and the entertainment was perfect for kids. Would highly recommend except for the massage.waste of money
3.5 / 5.0
For adults I reccommend to stay 3 days at maximum because afterwards you would get tired of kids and food; or just choose another hotel;
For Families it might be nice to stay a week if the pleasure of your kids is more important than the quality of room, cleanliness and variety/quality of food/beverages (compare it to a kind of Disney Land)
1) Even the hotel is huge (many rooms) everything can be reached within a 5 mins walk.
2) Very nice views and a lot of flowers and palms next to the walkways.
3) Nice artificial beach-> The beach is kinda "seperated" from the sea with rocks on both sides and in between is very fine sand which makes the beach super clean, comfy below your feet and safe for kids.
4) Nice professional bars (All-In) but only cheap whiskey/rum (<25€ per bottle) - might be very busy in summer
5) Aqua Park: The yellow slide is great fun the other slides might be fun for kids
6) You get everything you need in the hotel.
1) It is necessary to own a smartphone/computer/... to use their booking system to book time slots for everything: restaurants, gym, massage, ...
and it was often already fully booked for days in advance before we even arrived the hotel so we had bargaining with the hotel workers if it would be possible to fit me/us in which is just a pain in the ass. (they state that the booking system is because of Covid19 but this seemed to be more of an excuse than a justified reason; our stay was in April)
2) Food offer was huge but buffet is very busy and not very varying. There was no seafood/fish at the main buffet which was disappointing since the hotel is on a Greek island.
3) Beware there are a lot of kids and toddlers so it might be very busy/loud and the cupboard in our hotel room still showed the painting of an growing artist
4) Rooms look cheap for a 4 star hotel. Considering view: there are really less rooms with a view like on the photos
5) Coffee tasted bitter/burnt

The Concierge service ran with WhatsApp so you could make enquiries and ask for help without visiting the front desk.
The food was ok, not much choice difference day to day but ok.
The hotel worked hard to find solutions to the issues we had for example creating a 7am gym slot as all others were fully booked.
Our 5 year old loved the aqua park! The staff there were all lovely and really helped keep it safe and ensure the kids enjoyed the place.
Big blue Greek tavern was lovely, nice food and atmosphere. BBQ on the beach was ok, though more basic.
I think they have got the covid restrictions wrong. My main example of this is the fact that the gym allows one family per hour only in it. Yet other areas eg when getting food in the restaurant you are clearly in close proximity to others so it appears to be an odd call to make.
The gym is also very poor with missing dumbells, broken equipment, no water, no towels. The gym was so fully booked that upon arrival the earliest I could book in was 4 days time.
The hotel needs to do more for the environment. One quick example relates to the use of plastic bottles for water. Even when we asked them to just refill our own from the water cooler they tried to do this from plastic bottles.
The hotel is over crowded and it was almost impossible to find a sun lounger anywhere.
The beach is poor. The sun beds are packed in and the swimming area seems to run tightly alongside a boat channel which means it smells of diesel and also there was a whiff of sewerage in the sea (and a pipe visible) which wasn’t very nice.
Overall the hotel is really tatty. Very old paintwork, not kept as clean during the day as you would like (eg empty cups and napkins around the tables and on the floors).
We arrived so excited but I’m afraid we wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We were one of first guests arriving after thay re-opened in the end of May '21. Resort was still warming up, more people arrived in next days. Everyone from staff was super nice! We got upgraded to Family Bungalow Sea Front and it was a great, spacious room, with separate bedroom for children. The resort is just right in size, it is not one of those where you need to walk miles from one place to another. All areas are well designed and maintened, pools are nice (no crowds), beach sandy and safe for kids, no problems with beach chairs.
Waterpark is fun! Yellow slide especially ;) Water there was warm enough. During our stay they opened at 14.30 and it was enough for us after morning on the beach. Our kid was too old for kids club so no expereince from this part, howeverkids area looked good.
Food and drinks good, with cooking stations during each meal. Hotel minds country restrictions, you need to wear mask and gloves for buffets, proper supplies available.
Best regards to the team welcoming us on May 23rd!!!
