The breakfast was delicious and par for the course for this kind of luxury boutique hotel. Staff were exceptionally helpful and discreetly solicitous, with one exception (see below). The grounds are gorgeous. Everything is lovely, quiet, immaculate, and pleasant. They have a locked parking lot, which on reflection we appreciated, and it has two spaces with chargers for EV (steadily used).
Service at breakfast was slow. Once we were served, the server vanished. We waited in vain for a return visit or for a staff person to nab. Not a big deal—we got what we needed from the front desk.

The location, nice garden, swimming pool and room
The price and the food quantity at the breakfast. That there is no restaurant for the dinner...

The hotel was beautiful and the grounds really attractive. The swimming pool area was lovely and towels supplied. The reception area was lovely and the staff most helpful with restaurant reservations and making a much needed hair appointment. We were kindly upgraded to a better room on our arrival which we really appreciated. A lovely few days here and we would return.
The only criticism we have was the breakfast. it cost €22 per person and, apart from lovely freshly squeezed orange juice and a little cheese and ham, it consisted of a huge basket of breads. The maximum the many hotels on our 2 week holiday charged was €15 so we thought this was a little excessive.

The warm welcome, Naomi on reception, beautiful breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel.
Pillows would be my only complaint. Little lumpy.

Nice room decor, pool with plenty of space set in a garden with olive trees. Really good lunch at the restaurant, breakfast was also delicious. We also enjoyed using the tennis court set in nature.
Very hard pillows in the room. Our room was facing the restaurant/pool area and had some issues falling asleep due to the noise.

We like the swimming pool. Lovely and nicely set up. quite deep so be careful with kids but very enjoyable
1. The breakfast: first we thought it was included and fair enough, I should have checked but only in the last day, the waiter mentioned it wasnt. The first waiter confirmed it was included. Then the breakfast is quite standard (croissant, jam, bread, nbutter, ham and cheese) and there are no real option if you want something like avocado toast. If we would have known the continental breakfast was not included , we would have ordered different thing instead of forcing us on what was served.
2. Breakfast again - Be prepared to have tens of bees eating with you. This is actually quite annoying and you cant enjoy it properly. you end up either going back inside to finish it or just leave.
3. The lounge has nothing cosy per se. No nice leather chairs or comfy sofas to chat and have a glass of wine.
4. The room was cleaned but they forget to put toilet paper and empty the bins.
5. No real possibility to have dinner in. They do offer a platter of cheese or charcuterie but after a day out you might just want a salad or a pasta bowl and stay in, enjoying the hotel, with a bottle of wine but nope. Every night you have to drive at least 10 mins to get the closest town and found something. Which means that you cant really have wine or beer to drive back. Roads are quite curvy and dark.
5. The check in/out process: Checking in, they did not confirm what we had booked (and surely we would have known about the non-inclusive breakfast at this point) and at the check out I did mentioned about all the above and did comment that I could have check as well for the breakfast but she was just like a robot. No sense of empathy. After settling the bill (1k for 3 nights, no dinners), she said that she forgot to add the morning breakfast!!! In all honesty, we actullay just took a coffee and a piece of bread because so bored of it and bored of the bees so I genuinely said to her that she can first have better communication with their staff and then to do whatever she wants with it.
